Are you kidding me?!?!Okay the medical marijuana users go to the head of the line, no problem. That don't mean every clerk has to help medical users only. These people waited until the recreational users line was 20 deep before one clerk decided to serve one of us. I was there for almost 30 minutes. Totally unprofessional and incompetent.

First time going to a dispensary and to ever buy weed. I don’t know much about it but curious and eager. Though I was strangely scared and awkward about it. When I entered the was a guy/guide who asked if I have been there before and I said no. He proceeded with explaining how one would buy. There is a terminal like a large ipad/monitor where you shop for what you want. I was surprised to know that there are so many categories (stick, buds, edibles etc.) and varieties. Each item has a description like flavor profiles and chemical content percentages and stuff. You then check out and then like at a pharmacy, you get called when it is ready. It is not FDA approved and so it’s cash only. Credit cards cannot be used to pay. I felt adrenaline just having to go through this buying experience 😂 yeah I’m square hahah

Prices are high. I can get way better deals up in Litchfield or Beyond Hello and it's not that much further. Also, don't trust these reviews. They give you a discount for giving a good review. Scam.

I am sad to say I won't be returning to this location. I have gone here since they opened when legalization took effect, and it gets worse every time I go in. The employees are cranky and rude, which is odd to say the least given the entire premise of the business. The cherry on top last night is that I wasn't given my proper change for a cash sale, or any at all for that matter. It wasn't a large amount of money, but anything helps this time of year. After going through the gauntlet of rude employees, I simply didn't want to raise a fuss about a trivial amount of money ($7.50) and wanted to just leave as quickly as possible. This effect of wanting to leave as quickly as possible is not good for a retail business- which should go without saying.

Ascend has pretty good quality products and prices, but the customer service is beyond compared to other dispensaries in this area. I particularly wanted to highlight the bud tender by the name of Amy, she was amazing, and I will be returning due to the experience she created! Thanks again Amy!
