Didn’t even know this place was there but I’m glad I found it. It’s cheaper, faster, and friendly staff who were great. I would still be waiting in line at the other dispensary in town. Plus it’s closer to my house. I’ll be going back for sure. And the guy saved me 25 dollars by suggesting products to me that were the same that I wanted but cheaper and more popular.

Love the set up, and felt more than welcomed! Very chill, very bright, and colorful (as well as the employees!!) love that I was given suggestions on products I might enjoy the next time around!! Definitely in my opinion a step up from the other dispensaries out here.

Came in this afternoon hoping to buy some flower. Unfortunately I must of gotten the crankiest employee of the bunch. Rolled her eyes several times, and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t even introduce herself, so before I left I asked the front desk person the name and they said “Aubrey” so to Aubrey I hope whatever made your day bad today never happens again. I did not buy anything because I didn’t feel welcomed. Will be going to my tried and true beyond hello!

What is this company thinking? I don't think much thought went into this store at all. Opening week, the prices are horrible, and no respect for medical patients.Let this place close. They don't deserve to be in business as they have no respect for people or the industry.I had very high expectations from this store as they could have brought better prices to the area. Competition is usually great, but this store (sadly) is on the road to failure.

Cookies introduction to town, AKA, the grand opening, went poorly.There is no online menu .No sales.Very high prices.I didn't receive a discount for having a medical card. The tax was over $30.The DJ's choice of genre did not fit the crowd.By the time you survived the line (which was as long as 3 hours), the vendors were either packing up or gone.The Bud tenders were cool.Thanks for bringing the over-priced dispensary back to town.Staff is great, though.

I've never been to cookies before. I went yesterday and the experience was crazy a lot of information, new flower, the building on point, staff is chill. And yes it's a little pricey but honestly get what you pay for. I got one and I was lifted for few hours. And all these people talking smack on this place just literally don't go there go to beyond hello. There's so many negative comments. How would you feel if someone did that to you. Treat things you want to be treated back simple as that. Overall my experience was very cool and I will be going back again

Myself and 2 other friends of mine went to the grand opening. It was in the paper wrong, but we stayed anyway. I'm glad we did. While waiting in line, either the owners or employees came out with water and donuts for us all. They had vendors for food, 2 busses to smoke the product on, glass blowers, and a band. They handed out products like papers while waiting in line. The staff is helpful and cool. They know their products inside n out. They treat you with respect, and their product line is magnificent. I will be back, and I'm sure my 2 other friends will be as well!

It was an ok experience. Definitely a lot of kinks to work out. U can't just browse and see what's what on the app u have to be hounded by an employee. They couldn't even tell me the THC percentage on my purchase. I will stick with beyond hello 💯
