Staff misleads customers. Incorrect product was sold to me from a staff member being dishonest. I selected the item, the staff member then brought out a similar product held it back not visible for me to see unless it was in my hand . Once I received the product I mention this isn’t right to another staff. This staff member contacted a manager. The female manager then came out to belittle me after viewing cameras to see what I selected vs the staff coming out and not mentioning anything being different about a product they sold me. I shopped at this location since it’s been up and never came across dishonesty and feeling like I got scammed.

You cant check their product upon receiving at counter if its not working good luck to you its as good as you lost your money just like robbed by them. They demand absurd things for return of defect product like make video with your face and product in it and send official email to their hq etc. Oh that general manager Spanish looking lady dont give a cent about customer rudest person you could counter. In this line of business try different dispensary (real story)

We always use your products, buy here and in Lisle, but unfortunately we encountered an unpleasant woman who works as their manager, I don’t know her name. customers will understand what I’m talking about now, sometimes they don’t top up vape products or the drug itself is broken, we all understand that this is a human factor and perhaps there was a defect, and when I encountered this, I could always return the product and get another one, but today it was just terrible, she was very aggressive towards us, refused to do anything, citing that I left and returned, literally 1 minute passed, which was confirmed by their video camera recordings, there was a receipt, I tried to change or get my money back, manager two employees were spoken to rudely and simply walked us away. when this happened to me for the first time in the city of Lisle, I returned a day later, since I discovered the defect only at home, their manager kindly changed it for us, and from then on I checked it immediately in the car.thanks to this unpleasant woman for ruining my day and terrible service.I didn't want to pick up another one, I just wanted to get my product for my money.I'll attach a photo of the product below.

I love the selection, options are pretty much endless. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They always have stock of what I need. I always like looking through their merch and books they have available. My favorite part is having them ask the standard questions when they check your ID. Like are we gonna answer Zodiac question or my address today? I don't know but it's fun!

I had such a good time being roped around by everyone and in the end not able to do my purchase. It was so great that no one could explain why the sudden change and I had to leave with no product.
