Terrible team service here. Called ahead and was told I get 20% off on my 3rd visit plus $9 from my last two visits accrued. Guy checking me out told me none of that was true, exact words, while telling me to hit the atm if I need more money. Extremely rude and passive aggressive for no reason. What a joke.

Just found the same strain I bought here cheaper at another dispensary. Not good. The people were nice so 2 stars instead of 1. I guess I’m “starting my journey” somewhere else.

I was asked by the staff to do a review and since majority of the staff is nice I said ok. I like the staff however I am not a fan of the facility. I think it’s very poorly run, I always always always have an issue every time I go. Other dispensaries I go to are extremely fast and I never have any issues. I think it’s pretty stupid to have to show your IDs more than once. One time should suffice. Especially when literally they are the only dispensary who ask. I avoid going there for the most part because I would literally rather drive to Fine Fettle in Stamford from Orange than deal with the issues at curaleaf in Milford but sometimes it’s unavoidable. But there is literally an issue each and every time I go. I’m giving two stars only because the person who asked me to do the review is actually really nice I can’t remember her name but as for the way the dispensary is run in my opinion it’s one of the worst around by far.

I would love to know what is going on that Milford has barely any inventory. Stamford is loaded.I also sent an email to Curaleaf with a complaint and never heard back. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is because the staff is awesome other wise they wouldn't have any.

I have been to a few dispensaries and this one is by far my favorite. The staff treats you well, always friendly, the hours are great and even open on Sunday and the sales are awesome. I would never consider going to another dispensary, Curaleaf has everything I want and need . The parking is great, easy in and easy out and never have to wait more than a couple minutes.

Have to sit in the car for 2 hrs to wait. Explained I'm in a hurry to get to my sick mother. They disregarded and said 100 orders were ahead of me. And I have to wait. I said what about express check out. He said he's never heard of it. I showed him the website where it says EXPRESS CHECK OUT. He said "oh.... I don't know sorry.... you have to wait"

Stay away from Curaleaf locations. They have decent products, but buy them elsewhere unless you want to deal with some of the worst customer service in the cannabis industry. Sunnyside has some great discounts on their products.

I love this place! I have been to several medical dispensaries in several states and Curaleaf in Milford has the best prices hands down. It's the main reasons why I transferred and Curaleaf of Milford is my "home" dispensary. Every single staff member here is courteous, professional, knowledgable and overall amazing. I only go here when I have to. It was terrible when it was Arrow Alternative and it's terrible now. The only good staff is who me and my mom call Smiley. Always respectful and has a big smile. Does the sign in.

More often than not, it’s not the best experience. Many times I’ve been, the staff is rude and makes me feel like I shouldn’t be there. They also limited their hold on orders to only 24 hours, which is much stricter than other dispensaries. I’ve also been very concerned with the low quality of product they allow. Specifically flower from AGL, most times I can taste mold that’s in the cannabis. I’d much rather take the drive up to Westport, that dispensary is awesome and so friendly & helpful!

Sometimes the service is not great, sometimes the staff is rude and seem to forget they are at a MEDICAL DISPENSARY. I feel like some of the staff should NOT be in customer service. However, the product is great, sometimes a little dry, but a Boveda pack does the trick. Sometimes it feels like I am just a number, like at a deli, whereas other dispensaries i had visited I felt more like a patient and more comfortable than i do at Curaleaf.

I purchased two separate quarter ounces of different strains of flower. I opened it and it smelled great but as soon as I started to touch it I noticed that it was super flaky and dry. Then I check the label on both of the containers, and it said that they were packaged at the end of September, a total of five months later I received it for medicinal purposes. I can’t possibly believe that this company is so money hungry that they’re willing to jeopardize the quality of product that they’re putting out to the market. I can’t be the only one who thinks this. Go to literally any other dispensary and buy any other brand other than Curaleaf, you’re Burning through your money, literally.

My mom and I are patients I’ve gone but I am hearing horror stories. My mom has never tried this place I have before the curealeaf acquisition I was going when it was arrow. Now you can’t call in your order anymore? And now there are very long wait times with 2+hours wait?! I’m going to consider switching then.Update 2/7/2022: I hate that if you order like at 2pm they have limited pick up times and it’s normally like 5pm. I used to have my stuff ready within the hour not anymore and it’s a huge inconvenience for me.

Place used to be great, I'm not sure what happened, but my experience is the last 2 months have gone completely downhill. BTW, they put your order together an hour before you pick up, not when you order. So they often run out if you pick up late in the day, and inform you when they fill that order, an hour before pickup, making it impossible to replace items that couldn't be filled in a timely manner.

Very Poor Customer Service. Failed to disclose important policy information ahead of time preventing me from making purchase. Asked why I wasn't informed ahead of time but could not get a solid answer. They should definitely inform their employees more about their own policies and when to let the patient know the policy is vital to their purchase. This was a horrible first experience and don't know if I'll be going back since they didn't seem to concerned about their mistake and that I was unable to get my medicine.

Once the product leaves the building, even if still sealed and unopened, you cannot return or exchanged! I thought I was getting indica. I now have sativa that I can't use. That's my $60 loss.

The new staff have attitude problems and terrible customer service! (Still a couple good ones left) but even the old staff quite working here as well. They take forever with orders now, every week they change the rules. I’ve been turn away 4 time within the last 2 weeks because of these new rules. But their not consistent, every staff say something different! I used to recommend this place, now I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Dispensary AT ALL !!!! Now it’s time for me to get a new dispensary!!!

Dispensary has gone downhill since new management. Few really great people, used to be worth the trip, now I’d recommend anywhere but. New staff make outright deceptive statements (promised a discount on an order if I returned by 31st), then management refused to honor the discount. Since their sales person hadn’t given me the discount card, I couldn’t use the discount. Good product but then again same products at other dispensary. Just be careful to not rely on sales associates for info.

Now I remember why I switched to a different dispensary. I switched to this one because it’s closer to work and the hours are more convenient, but none of that matters if they never fill your order. My first time back at this place and I couldn’t even pick anything up. I’m submitting a transfer form tomorrow. I’d rather go 20 minutes out of the way and get my order asap. Why even have a designated pick up time if they are only going to fill it whenever THEY feel like? It’s been 4 hours past my pick up time. This may be the states biggest dispensary but it’s by far the worst since Curaleaf took over.

I have enjoyed using this facility for years since I first got my medical card and I can say it's the best I've ever seen or been to. This is because of great products but moreso because of incredible people. From the security at the door to Ian at the desk to Bucket in the back, I know that I will be well taken care of. I had a problem with ringing out last time and manager Telly and my checker resolved it in the most amazing way- truly proving that the customer is not only always right at Curaleaf, but the customer is the focus of the business. I’m so happy I switched to curaleaf . this past Friday was my first time at this location I couldn’t believe how fast I was in and out yes you will have a wait time to go pick up your meds but once you receive that text your refill is ready for pick up the wait to get inside to pick up and leave took me no more then maybe 5 min if that . All the employees from security door guy to the people at front window to the back are all so welcoming and respectful to their patients highly recommend .

They literally aren’t accepting online orders at this time. What does that mean? That means you have no means to your medicine. The Milford dispensary is the only one that this is the case. I can’t believe it. I hate writing these kinds of reviews but ever since the switch to CL, it is a terrible experience every time. The only light in that place is the kind young man behind the window with such a great attitude. I wish I knew his name but he is the only part that makes it okay. It’s really sad how bad it’s gotten there. I don’t know who these people are writing good reviews but that’s all false. Waits are long. The people behind the windows giving you your medicine and exchanging cash are all rude with stank looks on their face. They are extremely slow and rude. They talk amongst theirselves and take forever to process a patient. They need to seriously do better. They think discounting promotions will make it okay but it doesn’t.

Honestly using the dispensary is almost a handicap over being helpful. Every time a make an order it takes longer than 5 hours to be filled. This is why I continue to patronize the atypical dealer rather than wasting 2 days figuring out if I should get from where I’m supposed to get from! Service has always been slow but now it’s not slow, it’s impossible to order something and have it the same day! Quite sad since they should know their is plenty of other dispensaries and dealers that do business a lot better then them and also are a million times more convenient. by looking at competitors websites it seems now that curaleaf is pushing more of their own products now that they have aquired arrow. They don't have as much flower from other growers anymore limiting your choice. Just check for yourself. I like the place and the staff but I may change to southern ct. I put my order in at 1:06PM on Saturday. It’s now 9AM on SUNDAY and I still have yet to get the text that my order is ready, it used to literally be a few minutes. You now have to show your ID’s THREE TIMES. Once outside, once at the front desk, and once when you pay for your order. I didn’t realize my ID’s have the ability to morph throughout this process, why else would I need to show it 3 times. The staff is always super nice, but this is ridiculous.

I used to love going to this place. I was a customer until today ( October 28, 2020). I had to switch over to Southern CT Wellness & Healing.the switch over made me give this dispensary a 1 star. Everything has to be done online, all orders. No more call-in orders. Then you have to wait for a text to tell you when your order is ready. Prices are subject to change at anytime. When you get to the dispensary after getting through the long line, due to the slowest inside. You have to now show proof that you got the text to pick up your order. then go inside and wait longer. Today I got to the door, had to show proof that I got the text to come pick up, go inside, show my ID, when I was called to the window to pick up my order. I had to show my ID again so I can received my purchase. So now I take it , since I was asked twice to show my ID. You have to show your ID twice. Once at the front and once when your paying for your order. Like they did to me today. Curaleaf you surprise me. Your better off staying as a grower and not as a dispensary owner.

I tried ordering on the new website only to find out that the wellness center comes up instead of arrow dispensary at 255 and after ordering last night received a call saying I wasn't a patient, so then I had to Google map it so I could finally get to the right online menu only to find that the flowers I wanted were now out of stock because of the amount of time wasted. I think it’s pretty stupid to have to show your IDs more than once. One time should suffice. Especially when literally they are the only dispensary who ask. I avoid going there for the most part because I would literally rather drive to Fine Fettle in Stamford from Orange than deal with the issues at curaleaf in Milford but sometimes it’s unavoidable. But there is literally an issue each and every time I go. I’m giving two stars only because the person who asked me to do the review is actually really nice I can’t remember her name but as for the way the dispensary is run in my opinion it’s one of the worst around by far.

    I have been to a few dispensaries and this one is by far my favorite. The staff treats you well, always friendly, the hours are great and even open on Sunday and the sales are awesome. I would never consider going to another dispensary, Curaleaf has everything I want and need . The parking is great, easy in and easy out and never have to wait more than a couple minutes.

    More often than not, it’s not the best experience. Many times I’ve been, the staff is rude and makes me feel like I shouldn’t be there. They also limited their hold on orders to only 24 hours, which is much stricter than other dispensaries. I’ve also been very concerned with the low quality of product they allow. Specifically flower from AGL, most times I can taste mold that’s in the cannabis. I’d much rather take the drive up to Westport, that dispensary is awesome and so friendly & helpful!

    Sometimes the service is not great, sometimes the staff is rude and seem to forget they are at a MEDICAL DISPENSARY. I feel like some of the staff should NOT be in customer service. However, the product is great, sometimes a little dry, but a Boveda pack does the trick. Sometimes it feels like I am just a number, like at a deli, whereas other dispensaries i had visited I felt more like a patient and more comfortable than i do at Curaleaf.

    I purchased two separate quarter ounces of different strains of flower. I opened it and it smelled great but as soon as I started to touch it I noticed that it was super flaky and dry. Then I check the label on both of the containers, and it said that they were packaged at the end of September, a total of five months later I received it for medicinal purposes. I can’t possibly believe that this company is so money hungry that they’re willing to jeopardize the quality of product that they’re putting out to the market. I can’t be the only one who thinks this. Go to literally any other dispensary and buy any other brand other than Curaleaf, you’re Burning through your money, literally.

    My mom and I are patients I’ve gone but I am hearing horror stories. My mom has never tried this place I have before the curealeaf acquisition I was going when it was arrow. Now you can’t call in your order anymore? And now there are very long wait times with 2+hours wait?! I’m going to consider switching then.Update 2/7/2022: I hate that if you order like at 2pm they have limited pick up times and it’s normally like 5pm. I used to have my stuff ready within the hour not anymore and it’s a huge inconvenience for me.

    Place used to be great, I'm not sure what happened, but my experience is the last 2 months have gone completely downhill. BTW, they put your order together an hour before you pick up, not when you order. So they often run out if you pick up late in the day, and inform you when they fill that order, an hour before pickup, making it impossible to replace items that couldn't be filled in a timely manner.

    Very Poor Customer Service. Failed to disclose important policy information ahead of time preventing me from making purchase. Asked why I wasn't informed ahead of time but could not get a solid answer. They should definitely inform their employees more about their own policies and when to let the patient know the policy is vital to their purchase. This was a horrible first experience and don't know if I'll be going back since they didn't seem to concerned about their mistake and that I was unable to get my medicine.

Once the product leaves the building, even if still sealed and unopened, you cannot return or exchanged! I thought I was getting indica. I now have sativa that I can't use. That's my $60 loss.

The new staff have attitude problems and terrible customer service! (Still a couple good ones left) but even the old staff quite working here as well. They take forever with orders now, every week they change the rules. I’ve been turn away 4 time within the last 2 weeks because of these new rules. New staff make outright deceptive statements (promised a discount on an order if I returned by 31st), then management refused to honor the discount. Since their sales person hadn’t given me the discount card, I couldn’t use the discount. Good product but then again same products at other dispensary. Just be careful to not rely on sales associates for info.

    Now I remember why I switched to a different dispensary. I switched to this one because it’s closer to work and the hours are more convenient, but none of that matters if they never fill your order. My first time back at this place and I couldn’t even pick anything up. I’m submitting a transfer form tomorrow. I’d rather go 20 minutes out of the way and get my order asap. Why even have a designated pick up time if they are only going to fill it whenever THEY feel like? It’s been 4 hours past my pick up time. This may be the states biggest dispensary but it’s by far the worst since Curaleaf took over.

    I have enjoyed using this facility for years since I first got my medical card and I can say it's the best I've ever seen or been to. This is because of great products but moreso because of incredible people. From the security at the door to Ian at the desk to Bucket in the back, I know that I will be well taken care of. I had a problem with ringing out last time and manager Telly and my checker resolved it in the most amazing way- truly proving that the customer is not only always right at Curaleaf, but the customer is the focus of the business. I am a loyal lifelong customer and unless they stop hiring such professional and effective employees, that is certainly not going to change. Cheers Curaleaf, from a thankful customer!

    I’m so happy I switched to curaleaf . this past Friday was my first time at this location I couldn’t believe how fast I was in and out yes you will have a wait time to go pick up your meds but once you receive that text your refill is ready for pick up the wait to get inside to pick up and leave took me no more then maybe 5 min if that . All the employees from security door guy to the people at front window to the back are all so welcoming and respectful to their patients highly recommend .

    They literally aren’t accepting online orders at this time. What does that mean? That means you have no means to your medicine. The Milford dispensary is the only one that this is the case. I can’t believe it. I hate writing these kinds of reviews but ever since the switch to CL, it is a terrible experience every time. The only light in that place is the kind young man behind the window with such a great attitude. I wish I knew his name but he is the only part that makes it okay. It’s really sad how bad it’s gotten there. I don’t know who these people are writing good reviews but that’s all false. Waits are long. The people behind the windows giving you your medicine and exchanging cash are all rude with stank looks on their face. They are extremely slow and rude. They talk amongst theirselves and take forever to process a patient. They need to seriously do better. They think discounting promotions will make it okay but it doesn’t.

This is why I continue to patronize the atypical dealer rather than wasting 2 days figuring out if I should get from where I’m supposed to get from! Service has always been slow but now it’s not slow, it’s impossible to order something and have it the same day! Quite sad since they should know their is plenty of other dispensaries and dealers that do business a lot better then them and also are a million times more convenient. Thank god pot will be federally legal soon and I won’t have to rely on a store that doesn’t even value the customer their serving or their schedule. Absolutely unacceptable.

    by looking at competitors websites it seems now that curaleaf is pushing more of their own products now that they have aquired arrow. They don't have as much flower from other growers anymore limiting your choice. Just check for yourself. I like the place and the staff but I may change to southern ct. Wellness as they have so much more.

    I put my order in at 1:06PM on Saturday. It’s now 9AM on SUNDAY and I still have yet to get the text that my order is ready, it used to literally be a few minutes. You now have to show your ID’s THREE TIMES. Once outside, once at the front desk, and once when you pay for your order. I didn’t realize my ID’s have the ability to morph throughout this process, why else would I need to show it 3 times. The staff is always super nice, but this is ridiculous.

    I used to love going to this place. I was a customer until today ( October 28, 2020). I had to switch over to Southern CT Wellness & Healing.the switch over made me give this dispensary a 1 star. Everything has to be done online, all orders. No more call-in orders. Then you have to wait for a text to tell you when your order is ready. Prices are subject to change at anytime. When you get to the dispensary after getting through the long line, due to the slowest inside. You have to now show proof that you got the text to pick up your order. then go inside and wait longer. Today I got to the door, had to show proof that I got the text to come pick up, go inside, show my ID, when I was called to the window to pick up my order. I had to show my ID again so I can received my purchase. So now I take it , since I was asked twice to show my ID. You have to show your ID twice. Once at the front and once when your paying for your order. Like they did to me today. Curaleaf you surprise me. Your better off staying as a grower and not as a dispensary owner.

    I tried ordering on the new website only to find out that the wellness center comes up instead of arrow dispensary at 255 and after ordering last night received a call saying I wasn't a patient, so then I had to Google map it so I could finally get to the right online menu only to find that the flowers I wanted were now out of stock because of the amount of time wasted. This was very inconvenient and the new website is almost exactly the same as the other milford dispensary.

Bluepoint is the worst dispensary I live in Madison and will travel the extra 20 minutes to go to milford because bluepoints just that bad
