It was ok, the employees were nice...but 2 weeks ago I went to your Swan location, spent around $150 and they gave me a free 100 mg edible. I spent around $250 in your store and you didn't give me anything. That's enough for me to choose the other location, everything else being equal. A little thing, but those count.

Very small place. It's gets pretty busy at times with limited seating. During the summer months it's super hot they don't run the ac for some reason. Staff is extremely slow at taking patients in and into the backroom. I've tried online ordering to make the process simpler but in the end you'll end up waiting just like a walk in. I live 4 minutes away from this dispensary. I would rather go to earths healing which is 12 minutes away just cause the system they have is very quick and easy in and out in 3-5 minutes

A diamond in the rough. Hard to spot as it is behind the main office for a Motel 6. Never got very busy and employees were cool and knowlegable. Plus, you get the thrill of going to a sketchy hotel for your weed, just like the old days.

Easy order online and daily deals. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I even had a faulty cartridge and wasn't able to make it back same day, they were accommodating and made the exchange no problem the next morning. Great place!

The people at this dispensary don't know how to or are too lazy to do their jobs correctly. I went and was sitting there for 30 minutes I'm patient but not that patient. Once I notice a few customers that came in after me being served before me I went up to the lady at the window and asked her. She said I was up next so I sat down and continued to wait. I let another 15 minutes past at this point there was a whole new set of customers in the waiting room with me. so I went up to the guy when he called the next person back and told him I had been waiting there for 45 minutes he told me okay you'll be up next. Then he continues to call back other customers that had arived far after I had. He didn't plan on calling me whatsoever. Until one of the customers in the waiting area spoke up for me when they called his name and told the guy "hey I think she should go next not me". The guy worker blamed it on the system they have even though I had already complained twice. Literally the customers have better customer service than the workers at this harvest. I felt like crying out of anger and I did once I made it back to my car. PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER HARVEST DISPENSARY THIS ONE IS TRASH!

The female front desk receptionist around 1 PM on Tuesdays is completely rude and disrespectful actually hung up on me and was unwilling to put me through to a manager! They are completely biased against having a child with you in the lobby even if you pre-order ahead of time! Absolutely prejudice and rude disrespectful joint I’ve been smoking for over 25 years and I would never in 1 million years recommend this place you can’t even see the crystals on the marijuana because they’re all prepackaged without see-through packaging. It’s ridiculous! And they constantly try to hijack you on donating the rest of your money, which is super uncomfortable! Every time I pre-ordered as well nothing has ever been accurate in my order they have always throw in something in accurate and wrong but because of the disrespect from the front desk how are you supposed to get helped? You can’t…

I've tried to make this location work far too many times than I should, because it's the closest, but this'll be the last time I come here. I put an online order in and no response (this isn't the first time this has happened here). I eventually went in and there's one person in the store, with three employees. As I had assumed correctly, if I just told them I had an online order they'd be forced to fulfill it right then & there. I shouldn't have to play games to get a product that's available to me, especially one that's considered medication.This place is a joke. If they take forever responding to your online order, just go in and tell them you have an order. Their lazy employees will be forced to fetch it. Always have them double check the order back to you, because their online inventory doesn't always represent their actual inventory, as they've sold me totally different strains. Their staff is also not very knowledgeable about their products and really only know what they like to buy. There's a new guy at the front counter with glasses (from the Swan location) and he has probably the best customer service and knowledge you'll get at this location. So, he'll probably last about another month...If you like shady dispensaries that used to be shady strip clubs, located behind shady motels, full of shady people, then this is your spot!P.S. I've also noticed they severally lack any female or femme employees, which to me says they've created a culture there where anyone but a grungy guy won't make it.

Hands down the worst dispensary in town. Employees have NO sense of urgency, they have the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a dispensary. Every time I go in there I either leave because I’ve been there for more than 30 minutes, or there’s a huge line out the door and I won’t even bother going in. Even if you make an online order they take FOREVER to even call you back.Don’t go here, and if you do expect to be there at least 30 min.

I came in asked front desk at check in if they had any of a specific product and the desk girl was too busy checking me in correctly and basically ignoring my question when asked over she replied yes we have that product. When going to the back asked for that product and was told no we are all out. How did that change from the literally 4 min since I checked in? Who doesn't know what they have or what they are doing. Waste of time. Stop and listen to the patient first and why such a high turnaround. A week later now trying to call and find out if they have product and ni answer the phone.

I ended up going somewhere else.I highly recommend skipping this location. As others have stated, the customer service is limited, the location is sketchy, the management is "odd", and there just doesn't seem to be any motivation to change the core issues they've apparently had for over a year now. Which, is really disappointing, especially when we're dealing with medicine.Even though this location is closer to where I live by quite a distance, I'll definitely be going to the Grant & Swan locations, or somewhere else entirely.

There is literally only one very sweet girl that works there and deserves so much better than this second rate buyout. If you can, go somewhere else. Worst ran dispensary ever. I like the harvest on swan and the elm location but the melo park location is SO POORLY RAN. If I order ahead of time I still have to wait 20 mins they never have my order ready…today I made it a point not to order ahead of time because it doesn’t seem like it helps…walk in people get in and out before me. And of course tonight they are doing online orders before the walk in. Spent a whole HOUR at this dispensary waiting. Never going to this location again too many BAD EXPERIENCES.

I really do like Harvest a lot and I highly recommend it. Just make sure that if you are getting any Apple sauce that you check before you leave because I literally got a jar that looked like someone stuck their finger into it but that was the only native thing that I have to say and I've been there for over a year

Most of their good employees are leaving due to mistreatment. Let's be honest everywhere in town has deals, most places are better than theirs. What keeps people coming are good employees and they're losing all of theirs. When I got called into the back after a 30 min wait for in alone order (while people who got checked in before me went to the back) they told me they didn’t have my order ready and they just kept asking what was my order. No priority for medical paitents. Why do I pay hundreds of dollars for a medical card when dispensaries don't give medical paitents priority. I think they might have 20 chairs in their lobby. None reserved for medical paitents or handicapped that can't stand for long periods. The staff was polite once you finally get to the back. I'm overall disappointed.

Harvest is great, but Menlo park is incredible sketchy especially if youre female. My first time here i did get lost not realizing the door to get in is in the very back of the hotel. poor signage. I recommend not going here at night as its poorly marked and again very sketchy.Use the buddy system!if you want it to be a quick trip make sure to order online ahead of time otherwise if you just walk in you could be waiting upwards an hr.

    Update: I've been all over Tucson & this is the place to get good weed at really reasonable prices!This place is a little hard to find. Once you find the place you are reminded of being in trap house, but the place is clean & well stocked. Plus they always have good deals. They also sometimes have free stuff for the first twenty five customers that's how we got into the Jeeter!

    Hands down the worst dispensary in town. Employees have NO sense of urgency, they have the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a dispensary. Every time I go in there I either leave because I’ve been there for more than 30 minutes, or there’s a huge line out the door and I won’t even bother going in. Even if you make an online order they take FOREVER to even call you back.Don’t go here, and if you do expect to be there at least 30 min.

    They either need to shut off the online ordering when they have only one window open or have the "express windows open" all times.on my last visit the supervisor was telling the budtender to make sure she goes as fast as possible because she is working the express lane so I figured I should order from express so I can hurry. Today only 1 window open and the lobby was packed and 3 employees standing around

I came in asked front desk at check in if they had any of a specific product and the desk girl was too busy checking me in correctly and basically ignoring my question when asked over she replied yes we have that product. When going to the back asked for that product and was told no we are all out. How did that change from the literally 4 min since I checked in? Who doesn't know what they have or what they are doing. Waste of time. Stop and listen to the patient first and why such a high turnaround. A week later now trying to call and find out if they have product and ni answer the phone.

    Placed my order online at about 7:28pm, received confirmation of my order at 7:44pm, then never received a message about my completed order. I ended up going somewhere else.I highly recommend skipping this location. As others have stated, the customer service is limited, the location is sketchy, the management is "odd", and there just doesn't seem to be any motivation to change the core issues they've apparently had for over a year now. Which, is really disappointing, especially when we're dealing with medicine.Even though this location is closer to where I live by quite a distance, I'll definitely be going to the Grant & Swan locations, or somewhere else entirely.

    As PurpleMed, I loved this location. This harvest location is so lacking in luster it's depressing. Always out of specific products, the staff is kind of rude and arrogant. There is literally only one very sweet girl that works there and deserves so much better than this second rate buyout. If you can, go somewhere else. Stop wasting your money here.After they lost a member of management. Think her name was 'Diva,' this location really hasn't been the same.

    Worst ran dispensary ever. I like the harvest on swan and the elm location but the melo park location is SO POORLY RAN. If I order ahead of time I still have to wait 20 mins they never have my order ready…today I made it a point not to order ahead of time because it doesn’t seem like it helps…walk in people get in and out before me. And of course tonight they are doing online orders before the walk in. Spent a whole HOUR at this dispensary waiting. Never going to this location again too many BAD EXPERIENCES.

    Love this place. Super friendly Customer service they are extremely helpful And they don't hurry you out the door They pretty much answer all your questions. I really do like Harvest a lot and I highly recommend it. Just make sure that if you are getting any Apple sauce that you check before you leave because I literally got a jar that looked like someone stuck their finger into it but that was the only native thing that I have to say and I've been there for over a year

And they have no deals to accommodate the fact that they have no product. I left today getting nothing cause the store is not prepared. Whoever the owner is... thus effects your company.

    Most of their good employees are leaving due to mistreatment. Let's be honest everywhere in town has deals, most places are better than theirs. What keeps people coming are good employees and they're losing all of theirs. They dropped their loyalty system, the building is a wreck, and their prices aren't great for the quality when other places are offering better.

I put in my online order and they claimed to not have it ready when I specifically but in an online order and got my ready pick up text. When I got called into the back after a 30 min wait for in alone order (while people who got checked in before me went to the back) they told me they didn’t have my order ready and they just kept asking what was my order. The parking lot is small and out of the way, so it can be a bit inconvenient, and the store gets busy at peak times (4 to 8 pm most days) so if you're going during these times prepare for a bit of a wait.     I usually leave here frustrated because it seems a bit unorganized and several times after I have been called to the back and they were out of whatever it was that I came in for, I felt totally rushed and left with something that I didn't quite really want.Tonight Jeremy helped me and he was super friendly and super helpful on top of being knowledgeable and he did not make me feel rushed one bit. I think this is the first time I left here completely satisfied with my purchase. Please don't ever let him leave, and if I could get his schedule that would be great 🤣🤣#teamjeremy

    No priority for medical paitents. Why do I pay hundreds of dollars for a medical card when dispensaries don't give medical paitents priority. I think they might have 20 chairs in their lobby. None reserved for medical paitents or handicapped that can't stand for long periods. The staff was polite once you finally get to the back. I'm overall disappointed.

The only " Hello welcome " was from the actual security guard out front. Mabye the staff had a bad day . However for all 4 representatives to just be grumpy isn't really a "welcoming " vibe

Stick to the other harvest locationLobby and sales rooms are too dark and unsettling.Waiting room is disorganized and I was left wondering if they passed me over because it wasn't clear who was a medical or recreational so I couldn't determine or anticipate my place in line and if was soon to be called into the sales floor.I could be wrong but selection feels more limited if so hoping the expand that.The wait itself wasn't too long to be fair but the way its managed made the wait feel much longer.

    Harvest is great, but Menlo park is incredible sketchy especially if youre female. My first time here i did get lost not realizing the door to get in is in the very back of the hotel. poor signage. I recommend not going here at night as its poorly marked and again very sketchy.Use the buddy system!if you want it to be a quick trip make sure to order online ahead of time otherwise if you just walk in you could be waiting upwards an hr.

    Customer service is awesome. Everyone seems to be nice and very helpful. And if you aren't too sure exactly whatever it is you want when going to the back that's ok because they have containers in the display cases that have the strain, amount of THC% as well as the price written for everyone to see.
