Only dispensary I really go to and that is mainly because of the prices and I really like their oils. However they have changed over the passed few years with different staffing and policies which is understandable. Just try to stand up for yourself here or they will steamroll you into buying whatever they want you to buy and nothing you actually want to buy sometimes I leave that store feeling very uncomfortable like I've been victimized why can't they just let me have what I ask for? The representative named Shana is one of the original people still their and one of the remaining people that will treat customers like human beings instead of a piece of juicy game 🎯. Great place to go but the people can be hit and miss.

So the first few times I visited, they were fairly nice and accommodating of me having to have someone with me. Thats why the two stars. ( my mom or husband). Today I was told they don't let people back unless you have a reason. I have severe anxiety and very rarely have days I can shop alone. Today my mom actually used an fmla day to spend time with me because I was extremely anxious and all in all having a bad day. The lady who didn't even have a name tag on, said I wasn't walking impaired and I could shop alone. Then proceeded to say. "Well you go to Walmart and stuff alone, right?". No ma'am. My mom and husband or a friend accompany me 95 percent of the time. On a side note even on those days when they are with me I sometimes have to leave my buggy and just go home and try again another day. Anyway. So they finally agree to let her back. As she is my power of attorney and medical caregiver. We wait. We think everything is fine. As soon as we were called back she started in on us. About how it's her choice. So I was like ok. I'll get her a caregiver card for the future. (So she can either go for me or with me without any resistance). She continues to be rude and say she still doesn't have to accept that. And I asked why we were even arguing can I just get my stuff so I can go. And she said she wasn't arguing in a terrible tone with awful body language. I said yes you are ma'am. And I don't need this today nore have the energy. Can I have my card back so I can go. She argued some more. I had to ask for my card again. She finally gave it back. And I left. Called a dispensary in buckhannon. They were extremely understanding. Gave me no fits and were very kind about what I had just gone through. Trulieve gave me a very hard time about having anxiety. "Because I can walk on my own" I will not be back. And if you have problems with anxiety I do not recommend you go here.

They do not stand behind their products, you pay a premium for concentrates and they can't even be bothered to make sure the contents don't spill over into the threads. Continue returning the products and they will get really mean with you and tell you "Youre just gonna take it home and smoke it anyways". Inappropriate and unprofessional.

How sweet it is!!! Trulieve is a Trulifesaver, thank you for providing much needed cannibas relief to the residents of West Virginia. Walked in for my first visit as a medical card holder and immediately felt welcome. The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable on different strains and what relief they provide. My budtender Will was easy to speak to and attentive to my personal needs, for sure my go to guy for the green miracle. One last thing I have to say about my visit, while speaking with the staff I was thrilled to see their level of excitement and see people who truly enjoyed their profession instead of dreading it.Will and the Trulieve Weston crew, you guys rock!KeefeUPDATE: Trulieve is still by far the best dispensary in Dub-V. It was a replacement 50mg pills. Had to get it replaced by something I’m not real comfortable with using. The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Both dispensers that opened have very limited product. It’s not the staff’s fault. This law was approved in 2017. Why we are just now able to have legal access, they don’t have much to offer. The staff tries its best to work with you and it’s appreciated.

I took a chance and drove the 100 miles to Weston. Great location; easy to find and plenty of parking. Flower product is much better than I anticipated. Well worth the travel time and expense!

Erin, in the Weston location, has been extremely helpful in explaining the process to me in applying for the card. As I am not a patient yet, she helped me tremendously with the many questions I had. I will definitely make sure I come to the Weston location for her to help me. She really took the initiative and helped me when I am not even a patient yet and I am forever grateful for her.

I visited Weston’s Trulieve from Morgantown. I was helped by a gentleman named William. He gave great advice about the product and he was very knowledgeable. It was a replacement 50mg pills. Had to get it replaced by something I’m not real comfortable with using. The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Both dispensers that opened have very limited product. It’s not the staff’s fault. This law was approved in 2017. Why we are just now able to have legal access, they don’t have much to offer. The staff tries its best to work with you and it’s appreciated.
