My first trip I didn't know what to say or do when I walked in I had smoked before but there was always a negative stigma attached to it, but the staff walked me through the sign in procedure after signing in I was taken back the product line explained to me and told to take my time.i felt comfortable and at ease thank you Jeremy and the rest of the staff can't wait to come back. This medical card and a place like greenlight right down the road is much needed. I had a great experience. The budtender was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a good recommendation when I explained what I was looking for No they do not discount. The budtender explained that from the beginning. However their pricing was competitive. I sometimes think the "discounts" at places are just so they can mark their prices up then show a discount.

I traveled from Wayne to Logan and discovered two new AltSol strains that hadn't reached Huntington yet. However, my experience was marred by the absence of a first-time patient or industry discount, which is a fairly standard offering in other dispensaries across the state… Like all of them expect for them. This lack of incentives may deter my return, except for special occasions when they have exclusive products. On a positive note, the staff demonstrated exceptional knowledge and service. Payment options include ATM and debit cards, though it's essential to mention that as of January 25, 2024, MasterCard cannot be used at dispensaries.PS: The only reason I’m giving two stars is due to no first time or industry discount.

Very poor customer service…. Wouldn’t accept refund or exchange on 8 month old products that haven’t been rotated. Please save your time money and happiness by going to the landing , Kanacare or trulieve(:My wife went in earlier today to try to exchange and the district manager told her the “best” they could do was give her 50% off an 8th of her choice. This is unacceptable especially when my wife is pregnant and is having trouble with her gallbladder on top of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and digestive issues.She will not be back and this will be reported.

Variety was mind blowing! They have it all! Personally, I've found that I prefer the leaf with higher THC levels, but it's all excellent! Finally the best medicine in the world is available to southern WV, it's about time!
