Sad to read about patients being “turned away.” I’ve never experienced it or seen it done. Morgantown ZEN has always gotten patients enrolled and/or checked in even with seconds to spare before close of day. I suggest making an online order, modifying order notes/comments for better communication to the staff or simply arriving with enough time available for the computer systems to make transactions before closing. This is also the second review I have seen from this person in so many days which is odd. But ok, gone on.

I came in today to get a nice sativa because my grandma died. Not only did kevin have the perfect suggestion, but he also happened to be a great necromancy wizard. Amazingly, he had a “speak with the dead” scroll on hand that allowed me to ask my grandmother 5 questions and grant me closure that money cant buy. Give kevin a raise.

Being from the Eastern Panhandle, this was my first time coming to this dispensary. Everyone here was incredibly nice and helpful. Casey waited on me and she was great as was the gentleman working with her ( i did not get his name). I really love how different the atmosphere is here than the ones near me in Martinsburg, WV. I was also very surprised and happy to see that children under 10 can accompany the parent and older children can wait in the lobby. This is so helpful for those of us with small children. Marijuana is after all a medication and we can take our children to the pharmacy and even the methadone clinic, so why not to get our medical marijuana prescription filled? Keep being awesome!! I will stop in again on my way through when I travel next time for sure.

I went into cardiac arrest and Trey singlehandedly revived me. He then placed his head on my forehead, closed his eyes, and chanted an ancient healing prayer which not only unclogged my arteries but removed all microplastics from my body. Apparently now I can never get cancer either but idk if he just said that to get me to buy more products. Either way, it worked and I bought more products. Give trey a raise.

This place is off the chain they have so many products it’s like being in a mall for medical marijuana having so many brands, and so many options from so many distributors at such great prices its amazing. Plus, the customer service is amazing and their loyalty points and iphone app rock. Plus they keep that good 30% thc bud in stock! No one else does!

I came to this location for the first time this week and had a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly, made great small talk, and gave great insight & suggestions into their products. The back room staff was just as friendly and were able to answer every question I had, or guided me in a direction to where I could find it. I was also informed that they’ve partnered with a grower nearby and should expect consistent product in the next few months. This kind of transparency with your patients wasn’t expected, but was very appreciated. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

To start off they have really nice warm welcoming staff i was addressed queen my 2nd visit and it definitely brightened my day. I do like them alot and the flower is good i like relaxed drift off to sleep strina indica and hybrid more indica are my favorite i dont enjoy sativas much but the jack herer oddly relaxed me i liked it. Carts i didnt like as much as the ones i get from trulieve but the one i got was decent. Overall good experience although trulieve is my first go to only because they treat me like family, free merchandise, and you get all kinds of discounts such as ebt, veterans, and points give you 10 percent too. Trulieve and zenleaf are my people just a few things you guys can work on 😊

Officially open, and I can't say enough good things about the crew! My anxiety can be debilitating, and I instantly felt like I had walked in to a group of friends. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, super welcoming, and I'm excited to see this place continue to grow! Since it's a new store, there are only a handful of options, but something to help almost everyone needing relief. Also, being a brand new store, the only items they had were flower, but expecting to to keep adding other forms as well. So go & check them out, & Don't forget to tip your budtenders 🤗🤙**The place was kinda hard to find, but pull in to IHOP, and it's up the hill 😉
