Weed taste like dirt that you would get back in high school in like 1995. Half the time the carts don’t work or make your chest super tight because they taste like fertilizer quality of product very poor. And they don’t stack discounts for veterans or snap like every other dispensary and Morgantown does cannabisyt by far has way better products and they stack .Modern flower is trash and that’s premium go to any other state and that’s considered low quality.

Third day in a row I have bought a vape cartridge here two of them now have had the safety seals, torn off or just not actually pressed onto them. None of them have seem to have actually had medicine in them and I have returned all three vapes three days in a row, pretty sure someone is taking the liquid out of these and refilling them with flavoring

Sadly, the Trulieves I've gone to have gone downhill. Virtually no high THC flower. Unhappy employees. Deals mostly on old or near expired product or very low THC. It seems trulieve just wanted to come here & take West Virginia patients $$. Do yourself a favor & try Cannabist. Or even an independent shop for more personalized care

All the trulieve store in Morgantown get the TRASHY FLOWER !!! They send all the good stuff to the southern part of the state because of the market while they put the trash here and ground up trash here 😡 no more trulieve for me Cannabis sell the modern flower also beeen advising them to get the good

on your sale for 1 g vap but ran out of 1 g vap You would not sell me 2 .5g vap of the same kind and would NOT sell to me .when your out of 1 g vaps you should let costumer have 2. .5g vaps when you run out of 1g vaps !!!! Today was my first experience in a medical dispensary and was assisting a family member who had also never been in a medical dispensary. I was beyond impressed with the environment of not only the facility itself but more importantly the staff.. their professionalism , knowledge and helpfulness couldn’t have been greater in my opinion! Our “escort “ if I’m correct with that term- was kahja probably mispronouncing it and if so I’m so sorry! Was so knowledgeable about the products and uses for not just the family member that is the patient but also with me just as a visitor and didn’t have to take the time to explain what she did and was so patient with both of us to make sure we knew exactly not just what we asked but explained it until even I still cannot believe how much information I received ( and understand now). I must say every employee there today was so professional and helpful with not only the patients and visitors but one another. I will not only recommend but encourage anyone in need of their services to contact them! Awesome job! Thank you again!

Staff was really cool and helpful but when I got home I just felt like something was off every single one of my jars of flower only weighed 3.0?? Called a buddy of mine who also got flower there that day he threw his on and sure enough all 4 of his jars only weighed 3.0?? An 8th last time I checked was 3.5 I feel like to spend that kind of money on flower and than have every jar come up a half gram short sure adds up quick very unprofessional on trulieve's end! I will be reaching out to them to see what and how they can resolve my issue. Never thought I would have had such an issue with a state dispensary but from now on I will be checking everything shame anyone has to even do that.
