IF YOU ARE A SINGLE MOTHER WITH NO HELP DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! the security guard came out while we were walking in and immediately rudely informed me i would not be able to enter with my 7 month old (ya know really taking in her surroundings at that age🙄) i told them that i just wanted to get my medicine and i didn’t have anyone to watch her and was told that they couldn’t do anything about that. then when i asked why the security guard couldn’t answer why. i told him to get me someone who could. the manager came out and basically treated me like i was stupid because i wanted to bring her in to GET MY MEDICATION!!!!! they would not take my business because i had my child. this is discriminatory, but seeing that this has happened to other women on these reviews, i want to spread the word.

The bud tenders here are really a step above and beyond. Anthony, Izzy, and John especially have always been knowledgable, warm, kind, and efficient. It's more than half an hour drive to get here and there are plenty of closer dispensaries but it's so worth it to come here.

At trulieve, the walls are all white and the vibe is very pharmacy or Doctors office and the staff feels like they don't know a lot and are just there for you to get your product. They treat you like a patient with very minimal dialogue. At cannabist, well the staff is really cool and extremely knowledgeable in addition to getting approachable. They have better flower, better vapes, and better prices. Anthony helps me there all the time and he's a real cool dude but really every single staff member there is good people.

This use to be my wife and I's favorite dispensary until yesterday.Yesterday the male security guard made poor life choices and physically laid hands on my wife carrying my infant child as she tried to come claim her pick up order.She tried to videotape the assault and he tried to snatch her phone the entire time being berated.We have already contacted OMC, a few other organizations with interest in discrimination against mothers, several State reps that are personal friends and she has retained an attorney.As for me and the issue with my son being almost thrown to the ground;;In the meantime you can bet that myself, my wife, family, friends, and associates will never spend another cent in any of your establishments.

Also another great thing about them is they have a discount and clearance sheet everyday with products for as cheap as 12$ for 3.5 or 7$ for 1 gram on the list.. I don't understand the point of having this point system for people that already get the Veterans discount, like me, or other discounts other people get. We should be able to stack it like other dispensaries allow for. As soon as I pulled up the guard was outside the door waiting to check my I D. Not once did I feel intimidated or uncomfortable by this. Once inside I was greeted by the very friendly professional lady behind the counter. Filled out my paperwork as it was my first visit. And was called back to the store area. The employees there were so helpful and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I got exactly what I wanted and will definitely be going back to this store. Staff was friendly, and this is the only dispensary in the area that has any security - I don't fault them for that considering the location. Their Cannabis comes from Seed and Strain, and one of the strains was very poorly trimmed (Blue Gelato). Also, a bud that looked different from the rest was included in this container. It was exceptionally well manicured, and was distinctly purple where the rest were not. I had spoken to one of the budtenders about the supplier and they had mentioned that while they (S&S) usually trim via machine, they were currently hand trimming. In my experience, hand trimmed Cannabis tends to be more thoroughly prepared, but the budtender did not share the same perspective. Regardless, I do think he was correct in this case. The other two strains that I purchased were very well prepared, and I've had no issues with the cartridge.

Cannabist is the only dispensary I go to(except possibly on the very rare Sunday emergency😊). I have been to most of the local dispensaries. I just prefer the exceptional service I get here, and the discounts really help. Cameron was/is awesome, along with John, Anthony, Izzy and everybody else. Doin it! Doing it well guys!!

At trulieve, the walls are all white and the vibe is very pharmacy or Doctors office and the staff feels like they don't know a lot and are just there for you to get your product. They treat you like a patient with very minimal dialogue. At cannabist, well the staff is really cool and extremely knowledgeable in addition to getting approachable. They have better flower, better vapes, and better prices. Anthony helps me there all the time and he's a real cool dude but really every single staff member there is good people.

This use to be my wife and I's favorite dispensary until yesterday.Yesterday the male security guard made poor life choices and physically laid hands on my wife carrying my infant child as she tried to come claim her pick up order.She tried to videotape the assault and he tried to snatch her phone the entire time being berated.We have already contacted OMC, a few other organizations with interest in discrimination against mothers, several State reps that are personal friends and she has retained an attorney.As for me and the issue with my son being almost thrown to the ground;;In the meantime you can bet that myself, my wife, family, friends, and associates will never spend another cent in any of your establishments.

They have discounts for those receiving SSI that is stackable with other discounts, promotions, or clearance items. Also the guys behind the counter are ALWAYS there and are really chill people and offer suggestions and help if you can't decide or need products explained. Also a good easy location in Morgantown with easy entrance and parking. Definitely better everything other then zen leaf and truelieve that stuff from them is too dry and very bad weird service and also the reward program can give you from 5 to 20 dollars off of product and get points every time you shop some days you can get double points. Also another great thing about them is they have a discount and clearance sheet everyday with products for as cheap as 12$ for 3.5 or 7$ for 1 gram on the list.. I don't understand the point of having this point system for people that already get the Veterans discount, like me, or other discounts other people get. We should be able to stack it like other dispensaries allow for. This is for the money we have spent at your store for being a loyal customer and should be stackable with the veterans discount and other discounts you have. As soon as I pulled up the guard was outside the door waiting to check my I D. Not once did I feel intimidated or uncomfortable by this. Once inside I was greeted by the very friendly professional lady behind the counter. Filled out my paperwork as it was my first visit. And was called back to the store area. The employees there were so helpful and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I got exactly what I wanted and will definitely be going back to this store. I highly recommend!!!

Staff was friendly, and this is the only dispensary in the area that has any security - I don't fault them for that considering the location. Their Cannabis comes from Seed and Strain, and one of the strains was very poorly trimmed (Blue Gelato). Also, a bud that looked different from the rest was included in this container. It was exceptionally well manicured, and was distinctly purple where the rest were not. I had spoken to one of the budtenders about the supplier and they had mentioned that while they (S&S) usually trim via machine, they were currently hand trimming. In my experience, hand trimmed Cannabis tends to be more thoroughly prepared, but the budtender did not share the same perspective. Regardless, I do think he was correct in this case. The other two strains that I purchased were very well prepared, and I've had no issues with the cartridge.

Cannabist is stars above other dispensaries in MoTown. ALL the employees are friendly and very informative. I like that each product list the THC content. Other dispensaries only show "varies". I wish to know what I am buying. I was there on 4-20 and the experience was FUNFILLED complete with food trucks. Excellent store and I'm a return customer. Root to Rise.
