Very rude gentleman waited on me today. Very aggressive and rude. Will take my business elsewhere. They never have any deals going on that are comparable to the other dispensaries. Made a mistake on ordering and the gentleman got very aggressive with me. Whatever you do don't make a mistake on your order !!

Had $50 l dropped after being startled by a tall black man hovering over me in the corner, a patient and nothing was done, the staff expected me to report it to the Sheriff's...it's not my job! it's their business......yet I need my medication.....this state is very disappointing to say the least....nevermind the drug problems 😒

Best dispensary I have been to. I have been to the Morgantown NewLeaf as well as the Fairmont location and it is well worth the 1.5 hr drive to get better service and fresh product! Highly recommend giving them a try and you won't be disappointed!

What a great shop! Great staff! I can’t stress that enough. Great product! Wow! We get the best of what is on the WV market from these angels. If you are in the Eastern Panhandle, this is the only place without a 8 hour drive. And honestly, they really are selecting the best of what is out there. And the prices are SUPER reasonable. Love these guys, love being able to live a regular life, PLEASE support our local dispensary!!!

The staff is so friendly and know so much about the products. That really helps when trying to find just what I need without it being too overwhelming! I love the fact that they hire employees that are also patients; they understand how hard it can be (and expensive) to find what works. You can tell the staff really cares. The variety of products here is great too! My only problem is there is too much to try! (What a problem to have!) I appreciate the loyalty program as that definitely helps me try more products. Grateful they are now open 6 days a week. Definitely recommend!

I was shocked to see a dispensary going into Martinsburg — never thought I’d live to see the day that cannabis would be legal, even medicinally, in WV!My experiences with NewLeaf have all been fantastic so far, and I expect this to remain the case. Plus, they’ve only been open for a month or two yet their selection has already improved significantly. They now carry different forms of cannabis in a respectable variety of strains.So far, the only issue I’ve encountered was the one time that a cartridge was defective, but that wasn’t on NewLeaf obviously. Even so, the manager had me bring it in for a discount toward my next cart. They definitely didn’t have to do that although it was greatly appreciated.The staff is the real game-changer here. They’re knowledgeable and also just nice people. It’s easy to stand around shooting the breeze with the staff who are patient, accommodating, and who actually care about the patron. Apparently, another dispensary is opening on the other side of town…. Well, the NewLeaf team has set the bar pretty high! 😁
