Most all the people are wonderful, especially the young lady with purple hair. She is a godsend. But y’all need to hire more people, there’s always a wait and they’re short staffed. There’s no call for that.

Friendly staff and good all around experience, they are knowledgeable and can answer just about all of your questions.They carry a wide range of high quality medical products that are all lab tested and safe. The new RO line of products are great as well and affordable.Make sure to have your medical card ready when you walk in and again when you get to the counter to place your order then you can put it away.They also accept empty containers for their products so long as you have removed the labeling with your patient information on it.The parking lot kinda sucks but that's okay.10/10

Awesome store!! They are very helpful, patient and all around caring staff. Would have been five stars but latest visit one of the new helpers (or new to me) in the back kind of inserted themselves into the transaction and started making opinionated statements as known facts that I knew were untrue. Not a bad experience just uncomfortable because I will not typically correct people, and just dont think people should be handing out second hand knowledge that they themselves personally do not know, and just because it shows up on google does not make it a reputable site. Just hope the newbie learns quick from all the other great staff. (Side note: the tech I was personally with not once tried to pass his statements off as fact and encouraged me do my own research but did give me his recommendation based on his experience and had very useful knowledge that I knew to be true.)

Trulieve in Teays valley is the best dispensary in the hurricane/Charleston area by far!! From the moment you walk in to sign in, to the moment you walk out with your purchase, the staff is very helpful and welcoming! My experience was phenomenal! Kayla, Hanna, and Steven were all very helpful to me when I was deciding on the best purchase for my needs! Trulieve has the best product, the best prices, and an unbelievable return policy if you’re not happy. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I highly recommend. Staff is very knowledgeable about the product they sell! Won’t go anywhere else.

Every one is fun an helpful! Wanna give a shout out to Kayla Jo, she's very knowledgeable on all products ,she will fix you up with the right medicine for you. So make sure you ask for kayla Jo she has directed me on the right pain meds for me ,an yes its working.an also if it wasn't helping, I could take it back an she would try something else for me.

This is the nicest, most friendly store around. The employees are very attentive to your needs, they are very knowledgeable about their products. They make you feel like you’ve known them forever. They will make your day a lot better! They also have a new bud bar that you can check out the strain of the week. They can help whatever ailments you may have.

Great place, best in the county I have been too! Great selection was not disappointed one bit! Great atmosphere as well as friendly staff….. Alex was who took care of me nicest guy so helpful and full of knowledge! Would recommend the drive even if you are not in hurricane! It’s worth it and make sure to ask for Alex he will definitely have you well taken care of!!

I just walked right in. signed in just like at a doctors office. had the best experience I've ever had at a dispensery. I cannot believe how close it is to my house. I am so grateful that also. YOU have to try this place out asap. get your card, get legal and get your mind blown away. you will not leave disappointed. I'll be back there, in a couple days....just like I said.

Another fantastic addition! Great location with plenty of parking, as it's on the corner of the entrance to Putnam Village (right behind Liberty Square). Seating area in lobby and restroom for patients. Must have a WV medical cannabis card to enter. The folks who work here are fun and make it a safe space. Ask questions! Let them know what type of results you prefer, they are trained and knowledgeable about their products.
