Columbia Care has been awarded a West Virginia dispensary permit to open a cannabis store. Once open, Columbia Care in Fayetteville will carry a selection of cannabis based THC and CBD dispensary menu products to help qualified patients who have received their medical marijuana cards. All products sold at this dispensary will be tested by 3rd party independent labs licensed by the Office of Medical Cannabis.
West Virginia residents must have received your MedCard from the state to be able to shop at open dispensary locations, including Columbia Care in Fayetteville. To do this you must first visit with a qualified physician near you or online to get certified.
