My favorite dispensary in West Virginia, by far. Why you ask?1. Location ( near my house)2. By far, the best customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable3. Great selection4. Fast service, I usually can show my Medical card and WV ID, then get served right away!!!5. Open late usually til 8pm6. Locally owned and operated. I always see the owner there. He is a great guy! Very personal and really cares about his customers.

I had my first patient visit at the Kanawha City location about two weeks ago. The facility is absolutely beautiful- it feels like walking into a high -end hotel! You sign in at the front desk and staff will assist you with whatever questions or needs you may have.You are enabled to bring a guest who is not a patient, but I believe they must be 21 years of age or older and must sign in with an I.D. They are also not permitted to purchase products for personal use.The staff was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Nick, Brett, and Teena - who were all extremely knowledgeable and kind. The prices offered are fantastic and completely reasonable.As a new patient, I’m beyond thrilled with the facility, the service, its staff, and amazing products. I will remain a patient at this location and am so grateful!!

TL;DR: Charming and knowledgeable staff, great brand selection, competitive pricing, easy to find and park, passion about quality cannabis, future-forward.Pros: - Great selection of brands. Probably the best I’ve seen in the area.- No pressure / overselling.- Friendly staff, happy to chat.- Fair prices.- Easy access.- Flower lovers!Cons: - Traffic. It’s in Cross Lanes.- Still getting their footing with the timing of drops, but I like seeing new dispos grow and adapt as the industry continues to take off.BTW: I love their passion for Alt Sol’s commitment to quality flower.Speaking of: Try Strane if you have the chance. These feel like exotics. I got both hybrids available and they REALLY feel like hybrids; not “hybrids” - which are basically just mislabeled indicas. Jet Rings in particular felt very intriguing. Awesome dispensary set up in the style a proper medical cannabis dispensary should be. Huge waiting area as well as large showroom area. They have display counters all over the showroom displaying the packaging of each product as well as have things sectioned off according to overall general effect of each strain and product. Staff is super kind and very helpful. They also give a nice industry discount which I love being able to use here!
