This Cannabist Care Center is my go-to place for all my alternative care needs. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and safe. Security checks your ID and medical cards at the door, please bring any other information with you such as SSI letters, SNAP, and paperwork for your discounts on products including clearance items. You will be immediately or within a few minutes greeted by a specialist who will then check your information again, and allow you to be buzzed into the main area. Mackenzie is my favorite person of all time, she's helpful, kind, patient, and caring, and truly understands a variety of products to help you with pain, anxiety, and lack of sleep. Whatever questions you may have Mackenzie and her team are happy to help, and make you feel right at home. This is my honest opinion, I've been to other companies, and their vibe wasn't as good or helpful. I believe everyone at CannaBist Dispensary Beckley cares tremendously about their patients and works towards delivering an exceptional experience both in shopping and in medication. Always a decent place to go! I feel like a lot of the time their prices are high but a lot of times they have great specials to make up for it. People are friendly bouncer is over the top outlandish and cause more anxiety with patients than necessary. I can personally relate to how anxious and how much stress and wry I get just knowing I’m goin there and sometimes I put it off for a day or to just bc I don’t want the headache of going thru the process just to buy my meds! But overall good selection decent price if u watch what’s on sale and great people will be goin back in about an hour. One last thing sometimes I wish the bud tenders would just shut up and stop pushing product I’ve smoked weed since I was 10 and I no what is what and so on I don’t need them to push there unsold stuff on me and try to tell me what will work better for what yes some people may love that advice and that’s great but sometimes they need to do a better reading of who they are selling to it causes great stress when I’m trying to listen to there conversation on what they think is good and so on and then read the menu and find what I’m really looking for at the same time after I turn down the first five things u suggest and I say I’m not sure exactly what I want but I’ll no it when I see it and I’m trying to read just chill for a min lol but that’s just a small bit pick thing if I had to really find something negative but it’s with all dispensaries not just cannabist. What good is going to a place for medication when they talk to you like an inconvenience. As a patient it was unexcusable to talk to someone in such a manner, and that's precisely why I'd only use this place as a last resort. You can deliver information without being rash and rude. Service was really good everyone was really nice and extremely helpful my only complaint is with the prices we are in West Virginia which is really a poor state and most of us are on Medicaid or Medicare and SSI and we haft to pay cash for our medicine and it’s hard enough making it out here on low income so my only thing is that the medication that we need should not cost so much just please try to make ur products more affordable for the poor people out here poor people need good high potency medication to why do we haft to suffer in so much pain because we are poor when most of us cld get out and work harder and longer and get jobs if we all had the medications that we all need.

Went my 1st time a few weeks ago and it was a great experience things was way different then I had imagined, this place is very very professional I had recently had knee surgery and they was very helpful they tried to accommodate me in any way and helped me, the staff was very understanding and so nice. Any questions I had they answered, The prescriptions are high priced and can see how many in wv that truly could benefit from this can't afford it so I just wish the Dr fee and prescriptions didn't cost so much so others who need it could benefit from it.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THE MEDICINE WAS A1. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. THE SECURITY GUARD WAS ONE OF THE BEST PARTS. HE MADE ME FEEL AT HOME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHILE DOING SO.

Went my 1st time a few weeks ago and it was a great experience things was way different then I had imagined, this place is very very professional I had recently had knee surgery and they was very helpful they tried to accommodate me in any way and helped me, the staff was very understanding and so nice. Any questions I had they answered, The prescriptions are high priced and can see how many in wv that truly could benefit from this can't afford it so I just wish the Dr fee and prescriptions didn't cost so much so others who need it could benefit from it.
