They were great out of the gate but have proven to be sprinters rather than distance runners.They rarely have any selection to speak of and what they do have is usually not effective for my cPTSD.This forces me to shop much more expensive options.Management says it is all cooperates fault. However, they are just not forecasting. For example, my order is exactly the same every week for the exact same product with the exact same THC and terpine profile.Yet, it is never ready nor in stock.Plan on a more expensive purchase elsewhere if you use flower.

Nice bud tenders but not a big selection to choose from. When will Trulieve and the state of West Virginia push through the recreational marijuana bill that the people voted for to legalize marijuana in this state. Once that happens there should be more of a selection. Frustrated consumer.

I was nervous my first experience going into my first purchase. But this place is very welcoming and very repetitive with very nice and professional workers that are willing to help you and inform you with what you need. They have great promotions and they are very safe and thorough with every customer so I write this review as a very satisfied and loyal customer from now on this is my go to place and I hope everyone will go to this place at least once to try Trulieve. My first time coming here was great but the second 🤬… I called as I’m 2 hours one way to ask for a certain product that they claim to have and I get there and they don’t have it, I go again as I called and yep they had what I called for so another 4 hours wasted to be told no we don’t have what you’re looking for!!! I mean check inventory, stop telling ppl stuff to get them to come in hoping to buy something they didn’t want. Needless to say you wasted my time, gas, etc and I won’t be back.

I am so disappointed in this dispensary I cannot even put it into words. I've left a complaint but I'll leave this, too.I recommended someone to them because they always took great care of me. I even told her that she only needed, at most, 10mg for her inflammation as she has NO tolerance or experience. They sent her out with FIFTY MILLIGRAM capsules even after stating this.So, as literally ANYONE with experience would have guessed, she had a bad time. She spent her night vomiting and writhing. Believing she would die. She now says she will never touch it again.But give Brad my congratulations on wrangling on wrangling an extra 60 dollars a bottle from her. I will not be back.

Only issue and why I didn't rate five stars is I have currently been here 70 minutes when I even ordered ahead of time online. Only one employee in back with one customer being back there at least 40 minutes. I just don't understand what takes so long. I know times get busy but it is only busy because nobody is being served and customers are backing up.I was in and out within 30 minutes on 4/20 but today it's looking like an hour and a half.

They have an option to pre-order online and when you do and you arrive to pickup. They give you the excuse that state law does not alow them to prefill. Funny thing is that the other dispensarys in the area do alow you so when you arrive you don't still wait 30 min to be seen. Also you get online to check there menu and when you arrive they say sorry we didn't get what you are looking for and will try to sell you what your not after. Staff is argumentative when you question them. Wait times wouldn't be so long if the employees didn't go out in the parking lot and self medicate (as they say) in between every client/patient. I won't be coming back and will not recommend!

So far all the staff that I have had the pleasure of doing business with has been very polite, respectful, helpful, & never have made me feel like they were doing me some sort of favor by simply doing exactly what is expected of them & it seems anymore nowadays that's becoming more & more difficult to come across unfortunately. I can confidently say without a doubt Trulieve has set the bar high when it comes to customer service.

I really like this place. It's much more relaxed than cannabis in st. Albans and they have a return policy and back up not only their products but also the organic product. My only issue is consistency. I found the product that works GREAT but they ran out and I've checked the only 2 other Trulieve that are within the area and none of them have the product I'm looking for and I've checked all local stores every day for the past week and none of them have the Tincture. That's the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5

This is why I wait to review places until after I've been there a few times. Their service recently has gotten, what I feel, is unreasonably slow for the amount of patients waiting when I arrive and the time between when one patient leaves and the next is called back has also gotten slower. Additionally, online ordering isn't a viable option because their online menu for a location does not necessarily reflect what they have in stock at that location. This is annoying because I do not like certain terpenes so to look online or try and order online only to find out they are out when I arrive. Then they try and sell you something that has entirely different terpenes in it which leads me to believe the staff is not knowledgeable about their products. Of those in the area, I highly recommend The Landing 10 minutes down the road instead.

I’ve been to the Trulieve dispensary in Putnam village 3 times. Very pleased with the products and the people working at the dispensary too. Finally getting some relief from my arthritis, insomnia and anxiety. Oh yeah, and I’m not nearly as depressed either! Spent almost 1k there and never been impressed with loose airy buds that could pass as trim for extraction... smelles like hey or fresh cut grass no terps ever... where is the quality control how does this even pass to go out? You know they told me you can switch it out if you bring it back... well first time I thought it was an accident let it go second time shame on me I knew better and haven't been back since!

So far I’m very impressed by this medical dispensary. Clean, well-lit building with ample parking in front and rear. Open 7 days a week.Great patient perks such as discounts, thorough explanation of how different routes of administration work, and a warm demeanor from all the staff. The selection was a bit lacking, but I assume they’ve been busy, not to mention it’s a brand new business, so I’m sure they’ll be stocking up more and more.Your dispensaries help so many of us who are struggling to find relief.
