I came by today to jump on one of their MANY great deals. I was met at the front desk by a pirate who made me feel absolutely welcome, with jokes and stories, he kept the busy room entertained and happy while we waited. Cody, who saw me in the back, was kind and patient with me. This is not the first encounter with these two gentlement and I certainly hope it is not the last!

The budtender was great. However, the lady who checked me in said I did not qualify for the military discount because, "You didn't do anything. You're the spouse, not the veteran." | found this to be insulting, because, trust me, military spouses, enable the veteran to serve. I have birthed babies by myself, I have raised children for years of their lives by myself, while my husband was deployed. I did all of this while working a full-time job. So, to be told that I did nothing is offensive. Plus, I have been to dispensaries in the state of New Jersey, Maryland, Maine, and West Virginia. I have never been denied a military discount at any of those locations, or any store, such as Lowe's. hallmark shop. Michael's. etc. You are literally the only business that denied me a military discount. I don't think l'II be shopping at any of your locations again.

Worst dispensary in Morgantown without a doubt. You’ll sit in the lobby for 30min while the employees hang out and sulk. Employees are rude and seemed bothered by the fact that they have to do their job. The older woman manager seems like she hates the job and it definitely shows through her attitude

I drive over an hr to get my medical cannabis and placed an order online so it would be ready. I of course got stuck in traffic and arrived at 7:50 and the doors were locked. Another patient was leaving and I asked them if I could just pick up my order and that they don't close for 10 more min. The manager came out and was very rude and lied to me by telling me it is state mandated to have customers out by 8pm. And the law is 9pm. I told him it was one item that was already ready and I had the exact money to pay and he said "I don't know what to tell you". I have never been treated so poorly by a dispensary and will not return! Newleaf right down the road will from now on get my business as they kept their doors open to make sure I was taken care of.

Love the store but every time you use your card you get hit with a 3 dollar fee and it counts as a non bank atm transfer which your bank charges you for at the end of the month. I use Huntington and watched this happen twice now. If you go, pay with cash and save yourself some fee's until they fix this problem.

Last time I was in the Sabraton location I had a wonderful experience when I met with an employee named Delaney. She was so polite and knowledgeable. She answered any and all questions I had (sometimes even re-explaining things I wasn’t understanding). She is such a delight! Never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. It’s very hard to find employees in any line of business that is as knowledgeable, patient, and sweet as she is! More places need employees like her!

This place is amazing! A part of my weekly routine I look forward to. The people really do make the atmosphere so welcoming. I get anxious in places I'm not familiar with and it didn't take me long at all to warm up to all these great people. The generosity is out of this world. From the free merchandise and food to the warranty policy. They really give you the room to explore new products and strains. I live in Harrison county and though I can't wait for one to open down the street I will still be coming here often just bc of the environment and personalities. Very grateful for this business.

The initial experience is like walking in to any typical government building meets a Doctor's office waiting room. Then you go back and it is like literally walking into the Apple Store. It is awesome. I met with Dave G. who took as much time as I wanted with me. He answered ALL of my questions (and there were so many) and I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. They deeply encourage doing your research first and they have a lot of information on both the pros and the cons of each type of product. It was extremely informative and helpful. So I'm thinking I'm buying 7Grams of ATOMIC#33 turns out I ended up with 3.5G so I was like maybe there's a mistake on the lable so I go buy scales cause I'm very confused on what happened cause I bought 1oz of this and the scales said 3.5G per jar I bought 4 so I'm not to happy to pay big money and it not be the amount I payed for not to mention I bought 1oz worth they said but if I do the math right then I'm only getting a half Oz. How ever it was the first day and the state but still no excuse, to over charge for a product and then take half us West Virginia's work hard for there money.

I see someone gave them a 1 because they ran out of pot before noon. I'd like to point out there are almost 5k west Virginia's who have their medical card and this and 1 other dispensary are the only option at this time available to 5k people. Thank you all for being the first in our state to service us. Not sure why dude didn't order online for pick up before he drove 70 miles. Seems like his own damn fault. Thank you for offering products to us and updating your website as more product becomes available and in stock.

So I'm thinking I'm buying 7Grams of ATOMIC#33 turns out I ended up with 3.5G so I was like maybe there's a mistake on the lable so I go buy scales cause I'm very confused on what happened cause I bought 1oz of this and the scales said 3.5G per jar I bought 4 so I'm not to happy to pay big money and it not be the amount I payed for not to mention I bought 1oz worth they said but if I do the math right then I'm only getting a half Oz. How ever it was the first day and the state but still no excuse, to over charge for a product and then take half us West Virginia's work hard for there money.

Excellent experience. I highly recommend this dispensary. Give them time and they will dial their service in. Its the first one in state history for goodness sake!!!!! Everyone should be on their knees blessing this company for taking a chance in our state.

I see someone gave them a 1 because they ran out of pot before noon. I'd like to point out there are almost 5k west Virginia's who have their medical card and this and 1 other dispensary are the only option at this time available to 5k people. Thank you all for being the first in our state to service us. Not sure why dude didn't order online for pick up before he drove 70 miles. Seems like his own damn fault. Thank you for offering products to us and updating your website as more product becomes available and in stock.
