I’m have been coming here before it was local roots and I’d have to say that the whole team (including the lovely skinny white girl) has always been nothing but kind and caring only place that will make sure I leave with good smoke ,the right smoke ,for the right price. Anytime I go in it’s always smiling faces and farewell goodbyes. Anyone that feels they don’t get good service obviously gets personal and should give the store another chance best service I’ve had around the PNW

I've ordered online and when I get to the store. 1st x order is not filled 2nd x not filled all the way and not what I ordered 3rd x not what I ordered but discounted some other crap and 4th and last time, not what I ordered. So I'm done, they clearly don't need or want my business...
Amazing deals and good workers. My only complaint is that the long is super long and I feel like you guys will move the line faster if you separated them be online orders and walk ins. I know it’s a small space but lines keep getting longer when we are not working more efficiently
My fiancé and I just left here and we have to say that we had the best experience we have ever had at a dispensary. Not only was Kirk incredibly helpful, but he was so willing to educate us on different types of strains and oils. We were only there for a short amount of time but we learned so much! This hidden gem isn’t your typically in and out dispensary! The staff take the time converse with you and make product recommendations based on your wants/needs. I’ve never had a bad experience or bad product. I have many other options near me but I will drive to this specific store. The staff are welcoming and the vibes are always on point. Keep doing what you’re doing!
I’m from the east coast and we help some friends move to Yakima….I googled dispensaries and Kush21 come up….. so glad it did had a very great experience there. i purchased a defective cart on may 10, i went to go return it as soon as i could and was judged heavily by the dude named christopher. i was denied the return after some rudeness so i went back the next day to do the return with the approval of the manager. i did that, and purchased a cart as well. i got home and the returned cart was defective as well, so i continue on and just open the other one i bought.today, i go to return the 2nd defective cart and the other employees let me know that i have to wait until they switch shift leads to do the return. i say okay and i wait until they get there. i tell him, oh i’m here for a return they said i have to wait until they switch team leads, i’ve been waiting here. immediately he goes, i already told you, that you have to wait until monday for the manager. he thought it was still the same cart from last time which is why he spoke to me like a rude know it all. i tell him this is separate and to stop with the rudeness because that happened last time.so i give him my receipt but accidentally brought the wrong packaging. he tells me this isn’t the right packaging, so i say okay let me go get the right one because i have both, i go get it. i bring it back and he says to me, “this is sketch because you first brought me the packaging for gorilla glue but want to return the purple punch” i was like yeah because i bought both, you told me to get the right one so i did. he got defensive and was like, “i didn’t say i wasn’t going to do it, but if you brought these to me i would say go kick rocks…”, in that same rude way.what was the point in me getting the correct packaging if i’m still being judged and talked to like i’m a sketchy person even after the fact?another employee walks up and hears us because he is almost yelling for me to go get my ID, which i was always going to go get i never said no. she says it’s okay i can just go get my id so we can do the return. as i’m walking out of the door to get my ID, i hear him swear like this is frustrating for him. i get it and he process the return.she helps me get the new cart, and i tell her he was rude again, and she told me he wasn’t being rude, that he just wants to get as many people possible because they’re busy. while i do agree it’s busy i still don’t feel like his rudeness was necessary especially because i had no problem getting the correct packaging or anything else….she was very helpful though i do appreciate it.
