6 months ago I purchased a expensive torch from this store on Vashon . Altogether over 50.00 dollars. The gentleman tried the torch in front of me. It didn't light, but said it just needed to be filled. "If it doesn't work, just bring it back". I took it home filled it, it wouldn't work. I took it back, within 15 minutes of purchase. He looked around, said it was the last one on the shelf. Didn't know how to refund the money on the register. Told me, his wife, the manager would take care of me tomorrow when she was in. Went in the next day and spoke with her. She told me she was going to the distributor tomorrow, and told me that she would pick me up a new one when she went. Told me she would call me. This was a Sunday. After not hearing from her all week I went in to the store. She wasn't there, she is supposed to be in tomorrow I was told. Okay. I came next day, nope. Three days later, I had a chance to talk with her. She told me she hadn't had a chance to go yet. OOkay. But that she was going later this week and that she would call me. Three weeks later no call, no they didn't have any more, here's your money back Not a word. Product and receipt I'd given back the first day to him so his wife had everything she needed to deal with the problem. It took two more days of coming in and I finally talked to her. She at that point was VERY RUDE . Told me she, didn't have to do anything, NO REFUND. NO PRODUCT, NOTHING except rudeness was I got. I have bought alot of product from there, had several 30% off on the books and 10% or 2. Decided to stop in a make a purchase. Now my account has been wiped out of discount points.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED SHE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR. I tried to contact the owners, but I couldn't find out who they were. Not a good way to do business. WATCH OUT

I am very comfortable at this place. They very good explaining what different things are use for,such as back problems and sleep. Ra was very out going easy to talk to. Actually all of the employees I have met with were helpful. Other places I have felt I wasn’t wanted there because I didn’t know what I want.

Best prices on island (at least on all items I’ve checked) and lovely staff. Ra and Jules have been so helpful in increasing my cannabis knowledge with their approachable and friendly advice. Great discounts all week long as well!

We were out visiting Vashon Island and needed to make a quick stop to grab some goodies. We found this store, went inside and man, was it cool! The displays were presented in a very unique way, and the owner was SO knowledgeable that we were planning another trip to go back just to go to this store! If you're on the island or if you're out exploring and come across this store, you've GOT to stop in and check it out!

I’ve been to dispensaries in four different states, and this was the best one EASILY. Huge, chill, and all the information you need (strain/amount/price/what the product looks like) is all within the customers eyeline at all times. The owner is a GEM too. Wish I lived in WA so this could be my regular dispensary. (Better prices than the other place on the island too.)
