The lady I dealt with was great I just did not like their setup you can't look at any of the items before you get in line. They are all underneath the counters where you check out. So I had to ask to see if they had what I wanted

This has been my go to spot for over a year and in the last 2 months I've had issues with both this spot and their connected vape store rips. I went in to purchase a hand full of things, as I always do. The customer service was fine, the product wasn't the best selection at the moment but that happens. The Issue I've run in to was that I was charged for an item 40% MORE EXPENSIVE than the item I received. I intended to purchase a $36 oz, which is what I received however I was charged $60 for a different product. When I realized this mistake and called to see what could be done if anything I was very rudely asked by the manager AJ why I hadn't checked the things I purchased. Why I hadn't noticed the price difference in the products as tho I as the customer should be calculating my orders cost before the budtender when purchasing multiple items. Instead of customer service I was met with being blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine by a manager no less.

Blonde girl kept trying to push thca weed on me and I wanted regular thc, not the skinny blonde girl she’s nice. She kept telling me it would smoke the same and didn’t get it. The one working behind the front desk, very rude, rudely walked back to grab my thc weed. Never going here again

I did an online order this last visit I made and I’m am disappointed because it said the flower was indica online. Me thinking that everything was okay with my purchase I left the store and came home to enjoy the flower the had bought and little to my surprise it was a sativa. I’m very disappointed with this because sativa is not something I enjoy smoking I wish the guy who helped me would have allowed me to look at the jar and the tags because I would have said something right then and got something else so be cautious when ordering online and definitely check the labels before you leave the store. And who ever post your product online should pay more attention!!!

The quality of Marijuana is getting bad. The reward thing Is a joke now. Sometimes it records most of the time it doesn't. It should be a thing once you get to a certain amount everything should 30 percent every time you come. I've spent well over 60 grand in zips within 2 years. I'm not exaggerating either and I leave a 5 to 10 dollar tip every time I go there. The discounts have changed also. I've spent alot of money in there!!!!
