Been a regular customer at this location (South Hill) since it was known as “Satori”, then “Peace of Mind” and now “Lidz.” The store has improved a lot over the years! I love the new interior! The budtenders are the best! To name a few, ERIN, MARIA, SARA(H), EMMA, Sadie, Natalie, COLLIN, NICK, Dallas, all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! They have a great variety of products at reasonable prices! Best pot shop in Spokane!

Ask for the best possible all-in-one vape they had. They recommended me a cookies all in one, Gary Payton and velvetz. It is so bad if they’re calling this live resin I feel bad for everyone in Washington. Cookies should just pack up and leave. This is for the worst and most overpriced vape I’ve ever had. It’s clearly Hemp derived trash. After 12 years of legalization its never ceases to amaze me how much the product can continue to just be terrible in Washington. I legit just threw it away at the gas station next-door. I should’ve got the bartender’s name. He should definitely not be working in Cannabis if he thinks this is actual live terps 🤮🤢🤮

I had been in this location once a few years ago before it was Lidz. I had a friend from out of town and they wanted to buy something before a concert. There was no hello, no help and it didn't feel friendly so I didn't go back. Tried the place on 29th and it had a similar vibe. Maybe it's me?I decided to try Lidz awhile back because I didn't wanna go off the hill one day. I've been going there since. Every time I go the budtenders greet you right away. They have no problems answering questions or helping you find what you're looking for. They have a good selection at all price points which is awesome. Their website works great. That's usually my go to way to shop because I can take my time browsing, and the order is always ready ridiculously fast. I had ordered a pickup to the wrong store once and they were nice enough to figure it out and make sure my bf had the right product when he went in to grab it. Had to return a defective cart for the first time and everyone was really cool about it (their receipt clearly states their policy). Logically I knew it wasn't a big deal to return it, but I was so nervous going to do it. It was the easiest return of my life. As someone with anxiety and health issues, I appreciate that the experience is always kind, quick, and easy. I highly recommend this place if you like kind humans.

The selection has increased like crazy and they have always had a good selection of products to begin with!I've left other despenseries because their selection was low at times, but never here have i had that trouble! Just finished a bag if their top shelf stuff. It was very dry and not 3.5..I find out afterwards, my bag had a huge hole in it, covered with tape and discreetly done at the bottom of the bag.All it took was to replace the item or SAY SOMETHING. One of many issues with this place.Long time customer, referred alot of people there. Much rather go someplace else than deal with shady business like that. Photos below!

The only thing you can’t get cheaper here then any others is lighters, cannabis and glass has them beat there… the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable and the products are high quality . The staff are wonderful but forget to tell the customers of the changes in their return policies for vapes when they happen. Their return policy changed, and they never let me know that it had gone from 10 days to 5 days even though I go there often. There is a tiny sign (maybe 4 x 3 inches) I was directed to view by the staff by the bottom of the cash register that has a snippet of the policy on it. I did know the policy before it changed, so there was never a need to peruse all of the small signs in there in order to glean the change. So, now I'm out almost $100 because of it. I won't go there again. The staff are great at Cinder too!

Yo, I can not stress enough the chill and completely calming energy of this shop. Super stress free browsing was allowed, and believe me I like to look around and space out on the cool glass. I felt welcomed the second I walked in and the store clerk Logan was totally ready to assist me with any and all of my questions and inquiries. Props to y’all up there on the hill!!
