Wanted to correct my review .. they are a amazing customer service store .. everyone there especially the regulars are super laid back but still treat me like im the greatest .. I previsaid it was expensive ..yes if you dont learn how to navigate the specials ..you should always get at least 15 percent off.. may not seem like a lot but after several years going here ..its just math.. thanks for great service ...you know anyone who needs a bud tender ..I wanna try that out

Wonderful shop staff by amazing people and offering great prices. Super competitive with uncle Ike’s outlet in White Center.Shout out to Trinity and Jasmine, they are both amazing and you should all be tipping them at least five dollars per visit. 😉😁

I’ve always had good experiences at this dispensary—until I was helped by Trinity yesterday. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was off. He seemed annoyed to be helping me and was taking a long time to look for products, almost like he didn’t know what he was doing (I asked for pesticide free products). I tried to help move things along by pointing out something I thought I’d had before, and that’s when his energy got even worse. He got defensive, told me I didn’t give him time, and basically told me to go look at the side display myself. It felt like he just didn’t want to deal with me.When he finally brought out some options, they were all very expensive. I asked about the 30% discount clearly posted on the sign in front of me, and he told me I had to order online to get it—something I’ve never been told before. After that, he flat-out told me someone else could help me instead. Thankfully, Abe stepped in, looked up my previous orders (which Trinity never even attempted to do), and helped me get exactly what I was looking for.To top it off, Trinity was dressed in booty shorts that looked like underwear. I don’t care if it’s a dispensary—there’s no reason for a grown man to be at work wearing something that unprofessional. It was distracting, inappropriate, and just added to the overall bad impression.I’ve never felt so disrespected or uncomfortable at this location. If this is the type of service and environment that’s going to be tolerated, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Great store. Believe it was better before the smash and grab incident tore the place up. Now, there isn’t really much on display as before, not even a price so that makes things kind of weired for shopping. Prices have went up as well. But it’s still a go to when in the area. Still have a great quality good though.

Asked if I can mix and match for the half oz deal, the bud tender said yes. Then my subtotal didn’t match the price listed on the display. He responded with it’s because you got eights. That’s why I asked if I can mix and match…. He then did a refund and gave me my change and was short 10 dollars. When I said this he said no I gave you 16 and wouldn’t believe me but he game me six… go anywhere else the bud tender was not helpful at all and stole my 10 bucks.

This place is great for people who know what they want and don't like to wait. I've been here twice and had great experiences both times. I ordered ahead online and they had amazing specials and a search/filter system that made it so easy to find exactly what you want. They package your order for pickup quickly and message you when it's ready! The dispensary is cash only with an ATM inside. Even if you order online you pay with cash in person. I don't mind this as they give you the total when you place your online order so you know exactly how much you need to bring and can just get cash back somewhere else for free if needed. The staff is friendly and efficient with great recommendations. This is my favorite dispensary I've been to since I moved here, and I haven't been to another since I found it. The prices are reasonable and they have a wide selection of local brands!
