*Edit: I went back to see if this place had improved and I honestly wish I had not bothered. The selection is somehow even worse than before. It feels like the store is playing a game to see how empty the shelves can get while still pretending it is a dispensary. There is nothing fun to look at and nothing new to try. It is the kind of selection that makes you wonder if the buyers just gave up completely.The budtenders also seem even more irritated now and spend most of the time complaining, which does not help the already depressing vibe. I really hoped things would be better on my return visit, but the whole experience has gone downhill so much that it is almost impressive in a tragic sort of way.*This place has gone downhill fast. The online menu is a mess confusing slow and often inaccurate and the in store selection is just as bad boring limited and way behind other shops. The sales feel lazy and uninspired with no real effort to create value for regulars.The website looks AI generated and does not match the local personal touch this shop used to have. Ever since the management changed it has been obvious the new team does not have a clue what they are doing. I miss the old management because at least they cared about the store and the customers. Really disappointing to see such a solid shop turn into this.Forgot to mention the new name is so uninspired. Whoever came up with it lacks depth and creativity.
Longtime customer. Now former customer after a bad experience with the "Better" hashtag. Better Hashtag is worse hashtag. Issues with the new website, continually low stock.Speaking with the new management to try to resolve a very simple issue that was the fault of the website/staff was turned around and made my issue for not calling (you can't trust the online prices - management told me that I should call and confirm the price every time). I was offered a 10% discount, but no apology for having to incur an ATM fee because of the discrepancy between their online and in-store prices, which has never happened before in the many years I shopped here. I was a customer for a decade, but there's enough other competition around!
PLEASE BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I had the worst experience at this business with the manager and it was not my first bad encounter with this awful person. Nasty and rude while I was asking about products they don’t carry. For the last 3 weeks I have asked about products they don’t have on display. I get the run around and then the person tries to sell me MORE expensive product telling me that I will be saving 30%!! Bull, 🐂 just tell me the truth and quit lying 🤥!!This not the only dispensary that has incentives to come back!! I will keep you posted as the dispensaries that do!!!

My neighborhood pot shop since I moved here 3 years ago. Angell and Nic are the best 🩵🩵 they always have great promotions running every day of the week, and their inventory is huge. The space is large and very accommodating. The rest of the staff are lovely as well, and I look forward to visiting not just to restock but to chat with them too. Thanks for bringing joy to my day!
Recently underwent some ownership changes. The new website is absolutely horrible. Online ordering experience is so bad, please go back to previous online storefront host. I can't even sort by price and it's very difficult to get to the THC% info IF it's even there in the first place. Also got some items with the weight in the item name but then the weight it's categorized as is different. Please, please, please, get a better online storefront ASAP!

I’d like the owner to know that is one of the best bud tenders and employees I’ve seen in some time. Professional knowledgeable and patient. The quality and variety is great. Prices are great. No suspended internet when I ordered online. They had a broad selection of good quality products. I was initially greeted upon entry for my pick up and immediately attended to. The shop was clean and compartmentalized. Great location by plenty of restaurants in Fremont.
Honestly was very disappointed with the service here. The manager was incredibly rude to me and refused to verify if my State licensed ID was legit. I simply asked how they verify ID's and instead of using an ID scanner, she took one look and declared it fake then told me to leave the store. If you can't do basic ID verification, you shouldn't be selling period.
I went in today, as it was my 21st birthday! Nic behind the counter was an absolute sweetheart and helped me figure out what I wanted. They were super nice and wished me a happy birthday! Ill definitely be coming back just from the customer service alone🫶

There seems to be two or three knowledgeable staff members but I always get saddled with new hires who have zero knowledge of marijuana and zero sales skills
Overall uncomfortable short unpleasant experience, Saw on the menu it had 20% so i went in just to get told that’s for online orders… i was the only one in the store 😭 just seemed so odd. won’t be back
Bought a product that made me ill, went back to exchange for a different product, but the shop says they're not responsible. Otherwise the shop is friendly and helpful on my other visits.
I was helped by Ben this evening. Easily some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Not only did he upsell me he also convinced me to sign up with an account. He was genuine answered all my questions and went above and beyond to take care of what I needed. Because of him I will now only shop here.
I have epilepsy and unfortunately had a big seizure at Hashtag. They were super supportive, sought emergency medical attention, and just overall made me feel safe. Big shout out to Ben for saying he was proud of me after the seizure passed. This place now has a special part of my heart.
Love Hashtag! I'll place an order online when I'm already downtown, and it's ready before I get there (less than 10 mins usually). They have a great selection, and consistently carry a large stock of specific items I need that I really struggle to find elsewhere - and I appreciate the discounts they often have going on, which make it more affordable for me. The staff are friendly and laid back, but very knowledgeable and helpful too, perfect mix. 🙂 Plus their partnership with the Last Prisoner Project is amazing. If you're looking for a new shop to support, I'd def recommend this one. It's pretty far from where I live (I'm in Federal Way), but I'll keep coming back! Thanks Hashtag!
