Trash weed and the male budtenders are rude and unattractive, pick a struggle bro. I've met maybe 2 decent bud tenders in the several years I've periodically stopped by. They have facial recognition on the front camera, but do not get consent from customers for it or even let them know, i only asked because of the blue and red blinking lights on the camera outside. When I looked on their website to see what they do with the information, the website doesn't even mention it. Also, the ATMs double charge you the fee. First when you take out money, second on the next day.

These guys are way too high. I’ve been told I share the same birthday with one of the employees and every time he says it like it the first time we have ever met. Other issue is if you have something messed up like pricing maybe don’t try and have a whole what is wrong moment in front of your customers. Honor the pricing, move on and fix it. Don’t leave someone searching for a good min and then when it come to the register telling your customer that the price is wrong and offer options that are not the same quality is a waste of people time.also stop putting products out that aren’t for sale yet. I see more product I can’t have then I can.Edit: Time has passed since writing the review. They still don’t have accurate pricing. To often am I at the register spending more than I plan for. I don’t want to take more time shopping. Teach your employees to honor the price shown on shelf and stop making people pay more or research for something new. You’re wasting your time and money and my time and money. If another shop was closer to these college apartments you guys would be in trouble. If you have the time drive to Green Nug they are cheaper and accurate. I was close to erasing the review from before but I’ve never dealt with so many issues at a pot shop.

Usually an excellent experience, had a late night at work and got there just before closing time. Sign was still on and my phone clock hadn't ticked over. Thought I was in the clear but was asked to leave by the employee. I don't blame the employee for wanting to close on time but it still sucks. I mean it would take 2 minutes to serve me I arrived before closing. I wont argue with the employee so I just said ok and left.

I love going here for the deals and friendly staff. Max, maria, and meghan (i apologize if i misspelled any names) in particular are ALWAYS so friendly, helpful, attentive, and fast at their job when I come in. They are knowledgeable, so sweet, and create SUCH a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in the shop. Lovely place, lovely staff, great deals!

Will never shop at this store again. The sales guy with glasses is rude Everytime I go in. I put up with it when my daughter would shop there but I surely will stick with happy times as my regular. I knew better than to even stop there I'd suggest your employee go use the product before coming to serve the public or go back to GameStop(looks like he belongs there) I just wonder how many others Mr rude has chased off!

I truly can not say enough good things about this shop. It is small, but they have such a good lineup, at all price levels. I am in here multiple times a week, and I have gotten to know much of the staff by name. My last visit I happened to get Jimmy, and he is just the best. He always has new suggestions for me to try out, and somehow remembers my preferences, even though I am sure he sees 100's of customers a day. Solid service for sure. I love the wish list they have put in. I asked for ATF one week, and the next time I was in, I found it in dabs, and pre-rolls. Made my day!!!

This store is always amazing. Between the variety of products and the knowledge of the tenders Its always a great experience. Specifically today I had to make a quick run in the morning and Joshua was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was not only great with me, but when multiple people came in, and he was by himself, he made everyone feel welcome and not rushed. He had answered so many questions and just made it a fun experience for a morning run. Thank you for hiring amazing people and giving us a nice spot to shop here. There are many options in Pullman, but by far this is my favorite and the only place I shop now for my evenings relaxation 🙂

Forgot that today was Sunday and that my local shop closed early tonight so had to make the 45 min trek up to Pullman from LCV and although the drive wasn’t desirable, Lexi at Kush21 made it absolutely worth the drive. She has the best personality and is so enthusiastic to talk about her inventory! You can tell she truly loves her job and was very knowledgeable with the store. Lexi was able to provide me with great options for me based on my preferred terpene profile I requested (which doesn’t happen often). Hands down my favorite shop in the area. Everyone is knowledgeable and can always help me figure out what I’m looking for. Some days they are extremely busy and I have to wait a bit, but I still get all the help and get to chat with them like I would when they’re a bit slower. I always recommend this place to my friends because I know they’ll have a wonderful experience. Definitely will continue supporting them and their staff.

Loyal customer for years, but it’s becoming more and more clear that the children are running the show. Badly organized, not getting half (or more!) of what’s on my online orders, and while most of the staff have usually been okay, the kid with the lip rings specifically was pretty rude for no real reason. I get that it can be a stressful environment to work in, but taking it out on customers is just not acceptable. I’ll be getting my stuff from Satori (or anywhere else, really) from now on.
