⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a huge shoutout to Sebastian at this dispensary! Every single time I come in, he’s the absolute best at helping me find exactly what I need. His recommendations are always on point — whether I’m looking for something to relax, focus, or just enjoy my day, he knows his stuff.On top of that, he’s such a sweetheart — super patient, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. You can tell he loves what he does and actually listens to what you’re looking for instead of just pushing products.If you ever stop by, definitely ask for Sebastian — he’s top tier and makes the whole experience 10x better. 💯

This is my local shop and I frequent here about twice a week. It has a great variety of flower to choose from, and usually always has some pretty good deals happening. If you can’t necessarily find what you’re looking for the staff is always very helping finding an alternative that’s just as good or even better. They have a budtender named Ben who’s helped me in the past who is very knowledgeable about all the “ins and outs” and health benefits of what you may be looking for.Overall a really nice shop!

Here’s a helpful review: check the dates on 1 stars before you write off a place.First thing I noticed about The Vault was how clean, respectful, and helpful the staff were. I believe it was Enessa (?) That helped me. Phenomenal customer service. My usual experience with most dispensaries feels more like TSA than a buying experience, but Enessa made some extremely helpful suggestions, treated me like a person, and even provided some education to help me pick out strains in the future. A lot of dispensaries will BS you to upsell whatever junk they’re pushing for the week, but despite being offered some of their current promotional items, it didn’t feel like a “sale”, which was nice. Enessa was straight forward and professional. wish more businesses had this level of customer service. Will be coming back!!

Sebastian the manager always greets me and my company with warm welcomes and great service and always is polite and patient also always gives the best suggestions!! I started going here when it first opened for the fact it was still alive when I got off with late. It has retained that awesome feature and has added a Ton more since. The place feels safe everything is really displayed and well advertised. Unlike some other stores this one has and retains a wife variety of bottom, top and middle tier stock. They don't sell out often and if they do they are not out for long.The staff are amazing I've never felt more welcome and taken care of then I do here. I have never had a real problem with any purchase ( knock on wood ) but I recently did and it wasn't anything other then a bad flavor pick but to make up for is the store was very quick to come up with and execute a solution for me.If you are on the fence climb over and come into this store the people, product and placement are customer oriented and focused.

Great experience shopping here for the first time. The person with the long, purple hair and tattoos absolutely made me feel welcome and provided the best specials and recommendations. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and great selection, but also a very fun place to visit. Parking was easy and their open late!

Absolutely will never return as long as that mean security lady works there. First she makes me repark. Then decides to yell at me more in the store. Then she was getting yelled at by some lady on my way out. To much drama for me, not to mention the black guy withblots of hair bud tender was super unhelpful and in a horrible mood. He didnt seem happy there, i felt very uncomfortable. In fact I felt very unsafe. I won't be returning. If I could give a zero star I would.

Every time I’ve gone here I’ve had an issue whether it’s unfriendly staff, product that stops working before it’s ever gone, and now I return a cartridge literally an hour after I purchased it because it very visibly wouldn’t screw on to my battery and I brought my new cartridge, packaging, and receipt along with my battery and my old cartridge that threaded on just fine just so they could see. It took 20 minutes and 4 different people for the outcome to be that I needed to buy a new battery when all items were given and shown that needed to be. I shouldn’t have needed to spend any money. The second she tried to screw the new cartridge on and had the issue I described and when she screwed my old cartridge on no problem I should’ve been exchanged the cartridge and been on my way. Dani the store manager has horrible judgement calls and staff that clearly can’t make an appropriate customer service judgement call either. A joke of an establishment.

Love this place. As a newbie who has lots of questions, they are helpful and friendly, and I don't feel dumb when coming in here. They have a decent selection and something for everyone. It's a bit of a smaller shop, so it's a little cramped at times, but honestly, the vibe is nice, and the workers are amazing, so I highly recommend.

Had to stop by here for the first time to pick up an order for my sister that she placed online and since you can't use a card to purchase cannabis the order is set aside for you to pay cash in person after showing your i.d. My first impression of the store was good they check your ID at the door you lower your mask for 1/2 a second for the camera and then a large counter is in the middle against the far wall with flower, and concentrates on the left side and what appeared to be edibles on the right side. I stuck to the left side and got a little something for myself and picked up my sisters online order. They had so many employees all being proactive and helping customers that the whole process was quick and easy and they had really good prices also! I will definitely come here again In the near future nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend The Vault for anyone looking for a good recreational store.
