He helped me find a disposable and a couple of pre rolls, even made sure to let me know about the discounts for the day and saved me some money! Will definitely be back to see Sergio again soon 🥰

I guess I’m spoiled with Kush 21 in Everett but the prices seem a little far-fetched but for the most part really nice shop decor looks great. Customer service was prompt bought an infused pre-roll haven’t smoked a pre-roll in a while but so far so good smoke weed every day!! actually the pre-roll is pretty good. It’s definitely worth 10 bucks.Private parking.

We ordered online. They sold us one item we did not order, one item that does not fit with a standard vape battery and one that taste like grape. We are adults who don't need to mask the flavor of cannabis, nor do we support vendors who fail us so completely.

The store is always clean, looks great, and has great selection. Prices are pretty average and not super high. They have deals though and a nice point system.Only thing is that its pretty hit or miss on the bud tender who helps you. I have had really great experiences there where they are super kind. Then I have had really weird experiences like yesterday where the person seemed...threatened? Or shut off? Idk maybe she was having a bad day but it went sideways and I think she cautioned another customer not to talk to me like I was a threat. Left me with a pretty weird feeling of what the heck did I do?I will still go back and hope to just not run into her.

The establishment is clean, well maintained and lovely decor. I live super close and have passed by this location many times. I was really excited to get my usual and possibly something new since budtenders are usually so knowledgeable and help with discovering new products.My experience today with the person who tended to me and checked my ID made me feel really bad, uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had asked him some questions regarding disposable vapes and if there were recommendations or anything similar to the Imfused Recover CBG vape. He already seemed like he was in a bad mood and was very curt/brisk in his answers to me. He pushed two products towards me like "that's it" with no further details. I felt like I was annoying him and felt super uncomfortable in asking any questions so I just picked up what I originally came for and checked out and even during that process he was being passively rude towards me.Unfortunately this first time experience has left a deeply unsettling impact on me. I don't feel comfortable returning to this shop or running into him again. It's a real shame because this place looks decently stocked with a variety of products for discovery.

Recently, she helped me find some incredible flowers, and as always, her cheerful and friendly attitude made the whole experience so much better. Been coming to this shop for the past year and always admired the service and the discounted items. Today was an unusual day. Was at the shop the other day and was told that i had a total of a thousand points racked up. Got there to get some and was told i did not have anymore points, bummer! I will stop shopping there now!!!!!

This place needs to fix a lot. They have a gate they card you through which is weird to start then all the employees are on IPads so they don’t know who to help next they have ask everyone standing there in the room who’s next. No line to keep track of who’s next instead everyone looks at each not sure. Until you put in an order with them on a iPad so you then can go stand in line to get it. Pretty stupid process! Plus their prices are higher than most shops. I guess they have to pay for the over use of technology just to look cool and high tech but it doesn’t help the business! Your just paying extra to look cool.

Paid $24 for a 2 gram PNDUB bag, got home and saw it had 1 nug in it, weighed it and scale shows 1.2, daylight robbery at the least. Never coming back to this place, neither should you. Customer service is also below par with associates acting like they doing you favors, better stores in the area.
