Adam gave me the worst customer service experience of my life. He was rude, kept cutting me off and talking over me, and had a horrible attitude. He barely showed me options, I had to ask multiple times for him to show me something else when I told him I tried the strain before and it didn’t work for me. And he’s a manager? I hope he gets fired.Besides, all the prices here are jacked way up. Go literally anywhere else, you’ll save money and won’t deal with ignorant management.

They were just very rude and say a bunch of things that aren't accurate then get mad when you clarify. Other places will treat you with respect. Knows very little about cannabis.They claimed "their" closest bathroom was at the 76 station. Like what in the brainrot?? If you don't have a bathroom you are not open to the public. Paying customers are not the public so bathrooms should be open to them. If you can't handle humans, there are plenty of forests to walk into.

Stopped in while traveling from outside the area. HEADS UP!! They DO NOT recognize medical cards. Outside looks good, inside presentation was nice. Vibes are WEIRD! Asked for flower grown in living soil and was shown aeroponics. Asked if they had any American glass and was told no but then comments American glass seems to be better quality. Uneducated, unenthusiastic, lacked genuine connection with customers. Not a recommended stop. Husband made the comment “It’s like it’s made for a different age of consumer”

Solid shop, and the menu is streamlined and updated. was able to look online and then see the same product in the store, (I've had issues with other stores not updating when they don't have something)location is secure and has a nice parking lot. easy to access and wheelchair accessible.friendly staff, clean store and good prices (well labeled as well). David today helped me with my purchases.would recommend stopping by.

The building is a cool spot hidden behind some trees with songbirds chirping. The staff was stellar in getting me high quality product with a friendly demeanor. From the front door Tyler welcomed me and set a positive tone for the rest of the visit. I was lucky enough to chat with all 3 tenders, Sonder, Aaron, and Jacob. All 3 were great employees and overall this shop is one I’ll be happy to come back to.

Tried to withdraw $20 from their ATM, it charged me $25+ (more than the $20 plus the $3.50 fee), and did not dispense any cash. I brought this to the attention of the "budtender" (which is an insult to all bartenders worldwide), and was told literally "that's too bad, nothing we can do about it...it happens alot"So let me get this straight, you guys have a malfunctioning ATM that withdraws MORE than it says it will withdraw on the screen, then steals that money from you, dispensing no cash at all, and not even an attempt is made by the staff to remedy the situation, or even direct you to someone that can help. NONE. Zero effort.We deserve better than the treatment given by the staff at ICC. You deserve better.***you can see the response by the owner below, and how they respond to people they have screwed over. What an incredibly ignorant, callous reply. Why would I be making this up? Literally what would be in it for me? You can tell easily from their reply what kind of person they are and what kind of business they run. Pure arrogance.

The budtenders here were very attentive to what I was looking for and provided excellent service! The flower choices that they picked out for me was spot on except for one that comes from their company but apart from that I’m a happy camper, the full spectrum mfused cart is delicious and packs a punch! So grateful for them having the dragon balm which they say sells out quick I was just so happen to be there right time and place ! Definitely recommend to visit and try their products!
