I’m leaving my review today because I just had a great experience with Adam as my bedtender. It’s such a treat to get a budtender who not only really knows their stuff but how to talk about it. I’ve been to this location a few times and have always had. - good enough experience to keep coming back. As long as you understand where to stand, and when, this is a great dispensary with great employees.

I usually never write reviews at all but i feel like this one is a must. Ive been going to danks for the past 2 years but this year it seems like you have to give them 1-3 hours to pick your online order. Ive always done online order but this year every time i place an online order when i get to the store it still has not been picked & when i go it is not busy at all. Every time i have to wait 20-25 minutes for what i ordered to be found & every time i get told “it hasnt been organized yet”. Majority of the time im just trying to do a grab & go type of thing but i get stuck waiting. They really need to work on organizing their product as well as working on their customer service. Idk the guys name but he has light colored eyes & like blondish curly hair he prioritizes helping a specific type of female regardless of who’s been waiting first. I called him out for it the last time he ignored my partner & i to help 2 girls who had walked in 2 minutes prior while we had been waiting 10 minutes. He told me “Next time order online & stand over there if you dont want to wait.” No apology nothing just straight up rude. That made me start going to cannazone in the parking lot next to Danks. Seriously get it together.

I have been going to this location for years and it is an excellent experience every time! The store is clean, organized, and the prices are great. The budtenders are patient, professional, and really know their stuff. Special shout out to Ashley, Trinity, Jairo and Arwen! They all work so hard and their warmth and kindness really make my day! After waiting six hours, my online order was never ready.I tried going to the store in person after the six+ hour point, but they never had what I ordered to begin with. The website is not accurate, and the employees don’t have any knowledge to help you.I ended up leaving empty handed. The employees didn’t have any knowledge to recommend anything when my order was not filled. Absolute worst dispensary employees I’ve ever dealt with, I’ve lived in 5 legal states and been to plenty of stores.There are several other places to go that are far more helpful, don’t won’t waste your time here.

This was my first time visiting Danks, Adarius was my bud tender today and he was AMAZING, SUPER informative about the company and their deals, he helped me get a good deal on a disposable, zips could never! - definitely coming back here more often.

Absolutely nothing special about this store. Prices are just the same as all the others. They don’t have many very good products. They have a lot of low-grade medium grade products to overwhelm you with but nothing good it just seems like a bunch of crap. The shop is too big. There’s too many products too many cheap products. It’s just confusing. There’s no help if you don’t need to be rung up right away they just walk off and let you wander and make your own decision which I like because I know more than them. I wouldn’t say there’s nothing bad about this store. It’s just the products they carry aren’t very good. I guess if you live in the location or right next to it, it’s good to go to. I only live on 196 and I will not go here as I consider it too far and nothing special.

This cannabis store is nicely laid out with many glass cases that make it easy to see the displayed products. The bartenders are friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of all types of cannabis products.

Cas was on fire!! Most knowledgeable bud-tender I’ve ever talked to. Been here multiple times with a friend and FINALLY someone who could actually educate me and my buddy. Needed something strictly for pain management and she recommended the most delicious edibles. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Amazing customer service from Caleb Hart!!! My first time coming in, I took almost 20 mins because I was being indecisive. He kept a smile on his face the whole time and didn’t rush me not once. Also, store has a great variety of products for a great price. My new spot for sure.

I was told once several years ago that the owner of the store prices topicals at the lowest price point possible because they do not believe that people in pain should have to pay more than they have to for relief. That is still reflected in their pricing (you won’t find Dragon Balm cheaper anywhere) & that same degree of kindness & humanity is always seen in their staff. Every experience at Danks is a positive one with friendly, knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to help.

The manager messed up my order 2x spoke with her after but won't fix issue it as it's not a product problem. The products are fine, the manager could use some help and additionally with customer service and retaining customers. Last time there. I would go next door - Cannazone can actually use your points and they are amazing at customer service. (I only went here for a specific product but used to be a regular) Last time here EVER.

A poor experience, pretty to look at, but operates very poorly. Budtenders aren't very focused n poorly trained. Prices are average with Cannazone next door offering the same if not better deals with every dollar you save here you save 3 next door. Ordered online and my ofer was terribly prepared with the budtender placinh random things in my bag n gaslighting me when i told them so. Took 3 people to figure out why my 70 dollar order was almost 130 bucks. Even after i kept telling them that they had placed random items in my bag. Also security is lousy, not even there to check ids

Decently priced products but off-putting customer service.Looked online for what I wanted before going in and made my choices. Arrived, went to the ATM, and then proceeded down the line to the front. There was no one waiting in line, there were 2 employees helping customers and one organizing products. I didn't know where to stand to wait for an available employee and the one organizing products didn't look up so I continued down the counter to stand behind someone being helped, to be helped next. When it came to my turn, I told the employee the items I chose and as he left to grab them he proceeded to tell me that "he'll help me this time but there's a line that I need to use next time before being helped". I told him that I did walk down the line, I used the ATM, but there wasn't anyone in it when I arrived and it's not clear where to wait to be called next. Then another employee assisting a different customer walked by and just said "yeah there's a line".I'm fully aware of how to buy products at your store but the lack of clear direction on how to actually wait to be helped and a complete lack of situational awareness and customer service displayed by your employees altered my perception of this place of business (which I supported throughout the pandemic!!) and ultimately I decided to leave and make my purchase elsewhere.Wednesday 4/10/24 330pm.
