Let’s start by saying I manage The Bake Shop over in George and have managed stores in the industry since day one. I live in Wenatchee, so I’d stop in to buy rosin a few times a month. I saw some rigs last night, so I came back this morning to purchase one! When I got home and tried to put water in it, I noticed the hole was almost non-existent in the down stem. Couldn’t even use the rig! I brought it back tonight, and they refused to exchange a product that was basically a paper weight. Honestly, it's just super weird business practice not to back the products you carry or exchange defective items. Cannabis products I might understand, but it’s glass. We will always take care of our customers over here at our shop, so we will definitely be letting the vendors and other people in the industry know how the managers/budtenders treat customers and people in the industry. Willing to lose a customer that would buy a few grams of $50-$70 rosin a month for a paraphernalia exchange is wild to me… Straight bums.

Everything sold here is cheaper everywhere else, brand and quantity included. You get carded twice by policy. The oder of cleaner is so strong you can taste it in the air. Customer service is voided due to being busy double checking others ID cards will not return.

Hard to find and the Weed was a little expensive. Decent, but expensive.However, I'm giving another Star cuz a very cool guy in his backyard (next to a huge parking lot) gave me perfect directions to Nirvana. Matter-o-fact, I saw Stevie Ray Vahn smoking a fatty on his way by. What a cool cat that guy is!
