All the people are very knowledgeable about your products, but they need to pay more attention to their customers who come in and are waiting to be waited on. Today myself and 2 other customers were waiting and one of the clerks walked right by me and waited on a person who had just literally walked thru the door. One of the customers and myself had been standing there for at least 5 minutes with clerks walking by and not offering assistance until I said something. The stuff I get is right by the front counter. The guy actually walked out of back room walked right by me and asked the lady who had just walked in if he could help her. This has happened the last 3 times I've been in there. It's rude.

Stop in from time to time and usually a great experience. This time not so much. Talked to two separate employees both of which lied about product availability. Enjoy the prerolled jars and everytime I am in the attendent gets in the lower cabinet to get what I need. This time I was told everything available was on display so I looked in the cabinet and behold there was what I was looking for. I was then lied to the second time and told that anything down there wasnt available for sale. May try again in the future, I walked out.

This store has the absolute worst customer service, they will help friends first, they are rude, impatient, and talk about customers way too much, people can hear you, ya know. Currently the biggest offender is the older large blonde woman who acts as of customers are an imposition to her.

There's a lot of good people who work there, but I've noticed the higher uppers when they are their are rude, and very disgusting to their employees, every time I come in I'm helped by a amazing person, but when the lady boss is there she over talks and yells at her employess!!!! It needs to stop

Never a long wait to be helped, offering a variety of daily specials to compliment the everyday all the time affordable products. Location & hours are very convenient.I've personally had experience in receiving 'above & beyond' service from the employees as a whole. They never stopped pursuing in assisting me until the station was completely resolved.I highly recommend Colville Herbal E Scents. I am a 110% satisfied patron.
