This store has the absolute worst customer service, they will help friends first, they are rude, impatient, and talk about customers way too much, people can hear you, ya know. Currently the biggest offender is the older large blonde woman who acts as of customers are an imposition to her.

There's a lot of good people who work there, but I've noticed the higher uppers when they are their are rude, and very disgusting to their employees, every time I come in I'm helped by a amazing person, but when the lady boss is there she over talks and yells at her employess!!!! It needs to stop

Super friendly & welcoming employees. Helpful & knowledgeable of their merchandise. Never a long wait to be helped, offering a variety of daily specials to compliment the everyday all the time affordable products. Location & hours are very convenient.I've personally had experience in receiving 'above & beyond' service from the employees as a whole. They never stopped pursuing in assisting me until the station was completely resolved.I highly recommend Colville Herbal E Scents. I am a 110% satisfied patron.
