Not super fair to rate this place...YET, but I will try. I moved from AZ where you can get medical certification on site at dispensaries so I was unclear how it worked here in VA. The woman at the front desk was super friendly but also firm in her explanation. She is a fantastic "gate keeper"! No one is getting into the back half while she is on shift! She explained how everything worked, pointed us in the right direction and welcomed us to return once we had the appropriate documentation. So well done front desk lady, you represented your company well! I'm getting my certification ASAP & WILL be back. Followup review will come later.
Wonderful employees.Crystal is one of the most friendliest people whenever on register. She takes good care of you as if you were family and is very kind understanding and patient . She tailors to your needs and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She pays attention, Almost like if it’s just you and her and no one else is around. It’s hard to come by people who are just genuine all around that and care and aren’t rushing you out the door. This location definitely snagged an excellent employee. You have to stop by so that you can experience what I’m talking about for yourself. Trust me, You won’t be disappointed.
The front desk person should not be the face of your business at all. They have no respect for the people that come and go. That person is able to be disrespectful to customers and employees, seems like there is no consequence for an individual that provokes someone but does not like the what they get in return. The person name is Krystal or Crystal or whoever they want to be called.
Bought a product a few hours earlier. When I finally got home, I opened the pouch and it smelled musty, like a basement. So I checked out all the buds and some of them had like little bugs and black stuff on them. So I went back to speak with someone. They took the pouch into the back and then came out 10 minutes later, and she told me it smells like perfectly good weed. That there was no bugs or issues!!! So I went to show her the nasty buds and they were missing!!! They must have taken them out when they took the product into the back room for 10 minutes!!! Ive been a loyal customer for years, never complained before and all I wanted was to resolve this issue!! An exhange would have been acceptable !!!Horrible customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISPENSARY TO ANYONE!!! There products are unsafe to consume and they don't care about customers!!!

While this is a nice facility, the selection and variety in strains and growers is lacking greatly. The price points are over priced for the strains and products offered. The “premium” brands are in no way shape or form “premium” or “top shelf” in any manner. If there was not a discount given for veterans it really would not be worth purchasing any product from this dispensary. The choices of flower and edibles are very sparse and are lacking in potency and quality. Then there is the fact of having to wait ten to twenty minutes after placing an order at the kiosks. Everything is already prepackaged. There is no reason you should have to wait that long for your order to be filled when everything is right there ready to go. This place has the potential to be a great facility they just need to take a big look inside their operation and see there are areas they need to be better and improve on for their customers.
The staff have been fabulous from day one. Every staff person I come in contact with has been nothing but kind, lighthearted, and knowledgeable. A wonderful combination of experience and compassion you don’t always get in the industry.
People serving you act as if it's an inconvenience.Seams like you have to be a certain age and look to be be treated correctly.Product is very below par.Is what it is until something better pops up close.I give it 2 stars because the place exists
I shop here 1-2 times a month. It is sooo much easier to order online and set up pick-up times. You practically just walk in, get signed in and straight to counter, pay ( very nice staff) and out the door in 5 minutes or less. Love it 🤓
By far our favorite location. Inventory is always good and staff is the best!! Always greeted with a smile and pleasantries! Other locations are more convenient to us, but the extra miles/minutes are warranted with the service received!
I have had the best experience dealing with the same lady Everytime because she has the best customer service and a very professional positive outgoing person her name is Nikki!!! She has helped me with a lot and always very polite and explained everything in very good detail!!
Everyone's very nice and friendly. I've only ever had one issue and that was with a broken cartridge out of the package and they were able to take care of me and replace it. Always very timely and have a great range of products! Happy to be a customer here 🙂
The young lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my online ordering and she took care of it quickly so that I did not have to wait. Of course the people checking me out were also very friendly. This Beyond Hello is a great place to do business with.

With the various dispensaries that are available in the whole state of Virginia(I travel and have tried most) the Beyond-Hello chain is by far the best one I have had the opportunity to visit every one of their locations and while they all have great quality and variety of products, excellent prices and good friendly employees the Manassas location has by far the best staff from the receptionist and cashiers all the way up to their pharmacists and the Manager I can say from experience talking and dealing with them all and the entire staff at the Manassas location of Beyond-Hello are the best followed closely by the Fairfax and Woodbridge locations that also have a great team but The Manassas team is the best i highly recommend and even more highly recommend it for anyone who is new to using this medication
It doesn't seem like the state of Virginia is going to expand adult use sales this year.This makes it even more unfortunate that Beyond Hello has not expanded their delivery services into the Winchester, VA. area. After all, it's the closest location in this part of northern Virginia.And from my understanding, this particular location has been opened for AWHILE.I've been a customer here for less than a year, with a singular shopping experience. I was not impressed at all. Low quality pre-rolls, stale flower, and limited selection of product.The least you would hope for is the opportunity to have a better experience if they delivered. Not take a chance by driving 40 mi away for the same issue.

Customer service in beyond hello in manassas is always good. They are always kind answer any questions. Idk girls name who was at front desk on 3/2/24 around 5 but she was so kind and helpful and even came to check on me while waiting for my order being I had to submit my new certificate there. She made sure to reassure me my order would be done soon. Also the gentleman who checked me out again don’t know his name he had glasses and has helped me before but he’s so sweet and helpful.

Good things first. These folks are so nice. I walk in and it feels like I’m around friends. The place is super clean. The establishment itself I would rate 5 stars. Buuuut the flower has to be the driest I’ve ever had. I’ve come back 5 or so times, getting a different strain each time and every one of them you can crumble into a powder with your fingertips. It’s as if they put the buds in a meat dehydrator. It hurts so bad to smoke and I get into a coughing fit almost every time. Nothing is the slightest bit moist or sticky. Hopefully something can be done about it. 5 stars if not for the dry flower
Always enjoy stopping by, never had an issue with the staff they’re very nice and helpful. I should ask for names when I go since I will most likely always come here lol. I find that ordering ahead on the app makes life easier than getting off work and having to order and wait at the location instead, sometimes that can be a bit of a long wait.
You will not be greeted with a smile here. The girl is rude and it’s obvious she doesn’t like her job. With the rules changing so frequently it would be nice to have someone up front who is kind, nice and friendly to explain to you what you need to get in those doors. Customer service is very important. This operation needs to find someone who can be professional to be their front door representative. I will not be coming back.
My experience at this location was decent enough. I arrived relatively late in the evening. The restrooms were particularly "dishevel" 😂.The wait time was a little drastic for my initial visit, but understandable. The product selection was somewhat slim and upon purchase / review, the flower I received was noticeably dry. Not sure if that was due to storage or batch issue.Now, from my understanding, this location delivers to immediate areas around Manassas, VA. However, for this to be the only MEDICAL CANNABIS dispensary in the northwestern region of Virginia, I'm confused as to why this location does not deliver to the Winchester area (ZIP 22601). It's incredibly inconvenient for patients who aren't able to utilize personal transportation due to pertinent health complications.Hopefully, this issue changes very soon. ✌🏾
Bait and switch, more than once. The product delivered was five or six percent lower than what was displayed on the web site. That is drastic. That is way unacceptable. The person at the counter basically said the folks in the back are aware of the problem, but aren't going to fix it. So you're saying you're OK with being dishonest. I wonder if the FTC has any interest in this problem? What other business or product does this? Are you going to start cheating on the weight next? I'm never going back. You just lost a long term customer.Oh, and to respond to other recent posters - in what Universe does this place have good prices and good selection? Not true!
I wish all customer service people could be trained by BH. This people know their stuff and are always happy to help. Today they helped me add my certificate because I couldn't print. Everytime all the time. You guys ROCK!!!
As far as Virginia dispensaries go this one has to be one of the better. Great prices, far better product than some of the southern counterparts. The expansion of the military discount has been fantastic as well.Everybody I interacted with the work there was absolutely awesome and knowledgeable. If I'm up in Northern Virginia I will certainly give this place a visit.
Great place, Tyler up front is a big help. Top notch service. Honestly though I believe you guys should go back to your previous security protocol with unlocking the door for each customer. Feels safer. Keep up the great work guys!
First time going, extremely easy process. Walk in, handed the receptionist my card and my ID. I filled out a brief paper and went into area, ordered on a iPad. Sat down and 5 minutes later, was called up to register to receive order n pay! Super easy. Very pricey on flower, vapes are cheap.
The pharmacist was super helpful. We had a consultation at 4 and didn’t get out until 6. The process could be a bit more streamlined.
Great experience with Nikki. She was very kind and helpful. Answered my many question. Also, the person (male with glasses) who checked me was super kind, patient, and helpful!

This was my first experience going to a dispensary, having just received my medical marijuana certificate. Having very limited experience with marijuana, I had made an an appointment with the pharmacy consultant. I was greeted warmly at the front desk and and the pharmacy consultant was so nice and very understanding and took time to listen to my preferences and needs. He lined me up with an appropriate product and before too long, I was cheerfully helped at checkout and on my way. It was a very positive first experience!
I was nervous being my first time, but just like anything else, it took patience and steady breathing of the wonderful aroma in the air to feel calm. Was such a great experience I highly recommend the store to break first time anxiety
Far beyond exceeding job. Excellent excellent professionalism from Tyler and Daniel up front. Also before I left Frazier checked on me he's management. Everything was very comfortable and laid back I did not feel pressured or rushed or even like I shouldn't be there. All in all it was an excellent trip and I will be back. Highly recommend!!

I must say I have been going here for a couple of years now and I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service. The issues I am having is with management and not the regular staff. There is such a high turnover that the staff doesn't have enough time to cause issues with the customers.My problem that I had today was with the one of the managers named Melissa, she is very aware of the issues that I have had in the past. If anyone has been there recently, they have the worst organization with the pick- up orders. They used to text you and let you know your order was ready for pick up, they stopped doing that. Each person at the front handles the line differently. I asked her (MELISSA) why she took the other people that came in after me, before me and she gave me some lame excuse about how I shouldn't sit down when coming to pick-up my order, but it was her unprofessional tone and her loudness, as if she wanted the whole lobby to hear the conversation that I felt was unnecessary. That's not leading by example at all as a manager, especially when you know that customer has had issues from the staff in the past. Why would you tell any customer not to sit down? I only sat down for two minutes because there was no organization with the line. People were everywhere and I didn't want to be in another customers way. I normally never sit down but today with it being 95 degrees, I needed to sit down for a minute. I don't appreciate her being rude. I will not be coming back to that location; I don't pay for people's rudeness at all. Whoever is the owner you need to investigate your managers at the location because the issues start from top down. It has gone downhill since it first opened up.

The brotha✊🏾 at the front desk was extremely patient with me as I was super anxious to be in a dispensary in the first place (my first time).Not only was the initial process quite smooth; the inside specialist named TYLER was super thorough with the dynamics of each product’s effectiveness as well as being considerate to the fact that I was being financially conservative ( penny pinching). Just so happened, I’m a Veteran and they have these “Military Mondays.” Long story short……I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED and will be back for the phenomenal product and great service!! Good job guys.- RR
First time here. I was skeptical after reading several negative reviews. My experience was good. Staff were great!!! Only disappointment is I saw no wax or good carts. Flower prices are ok but the rest is very expensive and not all that great. Got home had purchased a tincture and the bottle was sealed but leaked in the box causing lost product. Overall good experience.
Tyler is the main reason I still use this place. He’s always friendly, knows cannabis, efficient, and has some great recommendations. Hard to find great customer service but refreshing that he’s there holding it down!
The staff is always so nice when I go in. Had the pleasure of being checked out by Alicia. She was very funny and I can't wait to go back! Always very clean and pick up is super easy. I mostly vape, and have had the opportunity to try a few different kinds and brands.

I had a great experience. Everyone there was friendly and efficient. I scheduled my appointment, arrived about 5 minutes early, was greeted promptly, completed my consultation, and I received my order in a timely manner. I did spend about an hour there in total, but reading the other reviews prepared me for that. I think as long as you follow the instructions on the website, you'll have a smooth and easy visit.
This is my second review for Beyond/ Hello in Manassas, I personally have never had a problem except for the website. But if you download the app it works a lot better! Just this past Saturday I put in a pretty sizable order in the morning through the app and when I went to go pick it up it was ready for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I've never had a problem with their customer service or the security. I hope this helps with anyone that is reading all the bad reviews. And I'm sorry that there's people had a bad experience. And if you live in the Richmond Virginia area check out G Leaf. BH sells some of their products too.
This location is so much better now. Way to turn things around👏. In and out, when ordering online, not sure about ordering onsite. People have always been nice, which I failed to mention in my bad review. Fairfax is the only location I haven’t visited, but I love the consistency I see at all the other locations in Virginia. None of these stores should be under a 4.5 rating. Same quality of service, same wait times, same delightful people. Appreciate it!
Yesterday was more than horrible. I understand being short staffed but a pre order that y'all said was ready still took over an hour to checkout and I was one of the lucky ones. I had stopped by earlier in the afternoon and the line was long, waited about 10 -15mins to get in the door finally made it inside to be told the wait was close to 2hrs even with preorders. Also what's up with the tip jar and tip question on the card machine this is the only dispensary I've seen with one? Just wondering? The rules change weekly on the checkin process to the point I have to ask what they are today at the door. One plus staff did get nicer than months before!
This place has the best customer service. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable and made the process very easy. The prices are not bad, although the selection is pretty limited. I'm sure that'll only get better as more time passes, though!
I've had a little bit of trouble with their website, but I found if you download the beyond Hello app it's a lot easier to place orders. That being said the facility in Manassas Virginia is very clean, the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable of the products that they carry. No long wait times. A very enjoyable experience.
Went to the Manassas store for the first time. Much bigger then Sterling and Alexander stores. The guard ask if I was picking up I said doing a walk in. He asked for doctor note or script. I said I am in the computer he said it doesn't matter. Interesting because Sterling said that I wouldn't have to show it again. Luckily I took a picture. I showed him and he didn't even look at it. Went to the front desk and one of the 3 ladies asked if I was picking up and I said I am a walk in. She said can I see your ID. I said sure I am.in the computer. She said I doesn't matter. I said really. She said is there a problem. I said it is getting to be a problem. She asked for a script. I said look to see if I was in the system. I saw it pop up onto the computer and I said did you find it. She said you haven't been at this store and I have to fill out the paperwork on the tablet. I said I am good and walked out. I felt like I wasn't wanted there ever since I walked up to the door. Will not return to this shop. A bunch of unhappy people.
Only nice thing I can say is the people are cool. But you’ll find that pretty much anywhere when it comes to cannabis. The process when you get to the dispensary is SLOW, the product is overpriced & low quality. Like I have no problem waiting but this was insane. The space is pretty but there’s no AC & no real care for customer experience. Literally waited an hour+ in a non air conditioned room after completing the 20 min intake process just to get ONE (overpriced) item. Stay away from “Big Cannabis”, they invest all this money in these beautiful spaces & no money in fairly paid staff to actually ensure the place can run efficiently. Go to Takoma Wellness in DC, it’s worth the drive if you can.
Don’t get me wrong, the people who work there have always been so kind and have helped me, HOWEVER, their quality and quantity of flower have gone down hill in the past 4 months or so. They only have gleaf and it’s not that great, which doesn’t help my son’s needs. Please get a better variety of flower or I will have to find somewhere else to go. Manassas is the closest for me and it’s an hour away. And it’s a shame because the people there are very pleasant and have always been kind. No problem with them at all.
This place has become completely dysfunctional. I used to come here all of the time. Don’t go on a weekend unless you want to waste your day. I preordered, came at the time that was designated, received a text soon after arriving that my order was ready and still waited 2+ hours. It wasn’t even a big order, 3 items. Next time I’ll just drive into DC, most of those venders are more reliable.
There is simply NO reason anyone should have to wait an hour+ to pickup some medical cannabis in a place where it’s readily available. I waited so long I stared to think they were still growing the plant for me. I can’t understand what is the hold up. They play good music and the folks are nice but the crazy prices + wait time is a turn off. Not to mention the pre roll joint that I got says it was packaged back in March. I don’t want to smoke 5 month old joints if I can avoid it.
The service is so slow. Every time I visit something is different in the pick up process. Prices are high. Inventory changes rapidly. If you find a product you like it will be gone and rarely be back in stock.
Friendly staff. Great experience.Edit: Sometimes the wait can be long...but with the opening of the Alexandria store it should bring the congestion and wait times down.Recommend creating an account and ordering online.
I was nervous since I've never been to a dispensary, however they were very friendly and helpful. Even the customers were chatty and nice. I will be using this place regularly from now on. Highly recommend!
Pharmacist Quoted "I do not care how long you have been waiting, I fill orders any way I want." says Chen. to a patient who questioned why they had been waiting over an hour after check in on an online order placed several hours earlier, that showed as ready.Unsatisfactory customer service. I truly expected better.
The entry process is very confusing and overly complicated. The website does not mention needing to fill out a first time patient form or needing doctor referral paperwork. Just certificate and ID needed.Staff seems unfamiliar and untrained. Staff is also unfamiliar with product except for the one "pharmacist" to make suggestions.All the products listed on in store tablet or app only have suggestions from customers for what is good for what.I was extremely nervous from the 1 star reviews that say product is poor and overpriced.Product is okay but not the best, packaged several months ago so a bit dry. No shake though.The process is very very slow and uncoordinated. A room of 10 to 20 people and only one person to tend to customers.Also personally a HUGE issue for me is with the complaints of poor product, you can't view the product prior to purchase. Not a good idea.Overall it seems very corporate run and better product in DC and probably everywhere else.

The only products I will buy from Beyond are Seed and Strain and they rarely have them any more. It has been well over a month since I have seen Beyond offer a sativa flower.

Started in September 2021, I mainly purchased through the Manassas location. Go to the sterling location instead save yourself the headache. The consulate is a joke! I was told a 90 day supply and then you reset to a new 90 day supply every 3 months. Not knowing what they are really saying is that a vape is considered a two day supply which means every 1 vape purchase is really a two day supply. If you are a person in pain be careful how you purchase and what you purchase it counts against you. The young lady working the counter was nice enough at this point to explain how it really works compared to my consult. Still no help and I left empty handed. I asked what I’m supposed to do with pain until my reset mid August, she said I don’t know and then went back to her desk. Again go to Sterling, they are much friendlier and understand their customers. Manassas location could use a lesson in this from their business associates.
Insanely slow. Can this huge building with a ton of staff only accommodate a few people at a time? I waited in the 90 degree heat for over an hour and maybe only 3 people ahead of me went in during that time, plus a few who were picking up orders. Everyone I saw go in was still waiting inside for a long time. I gave up and left after I heard an employee say it would be at least a couple hours. I tried to make an online order the next day but it won't let me proceed without adding a medical cannabis number, which I don't have because the state no longer requires one. So I guess I have to go back and wait for hours. At least they offered water and snacks to those waiting.
Visited here around ten times. Quality was good the first time. But it was downhill from there. Process took forever but that's understandable as they are still trying to work their systems out.But the quality of the flower is sub-par to say the least. Trying to sell low grade marijuana as medical is just pure robbery. I've been to dispenseries all over the states and this place is taking mad advantage of the people who truly need the medicine.It's truly because there is no other competition yet. Price gouging and taking all the money they can until other places pop up and they finally have to compete. I went through the process of getting a medical card just so I can buy from this place. Money well wasted. Stick to your local guy, or better yet, do yourself a favor. Grow it yourself.

Otherwise the drive is an hour plus to load up for weeks, then drive home safely . . . It has become a major effort plus the gas cost, but oh well, hope it will all work out eventually!Okay, the learning curve is waaay crazy because there's no way to know what to use or how much and all that until you've done it! Not expecting a miracle but I don't have endless money to try everything and it has been frustrating. Really appreciate seeing more choices and the lower prices though! Anyway thanks everyone!
I went to get some medication today 6/15/2022 and got disappointed because they turned me around at the door because I only have my medical card and I.D. For some reason you have to have a doctor’s certification paper also. I never had a problem at any other dispensary.
Review update: just as expensive. Everything gone down in quality. Much has changed in the quality of product within the last 7 months. Definitely NOT worth the price. Back to DC it is.Expensive but I'm impressed with the quality of oil and the carts being used. I've had too many bad experiences in DC and I've had no issues with anything since i started going to beyond hello a month ago. The prerolls are smooth and of good quality as well.I'm excited for the sterling location to open up!
First time visiting today. The staff was friendly and prompt. Even as a walk-in I was still able to be seen by the pharmacist inabout 15 minutes. The offered plenty of recommendations and answered all of my questions. Great experience. The only thing I would recommend is filling out the registration information on their website before you go. This will keep you from having to input all of your information on an iPad.
You're better off kicking the habit than going here. Complete garbage store. Total joke. If this is legalization, than make it illegal again! LolCookie cutter response shows no empathy.I promise 1 thing: when competition eventually get fierce in VA, this place will go out of business or get acquired. If you have ever been to CA, CO, or DC, the quality and service is 10x better. Beyond Hello is just taking advantage of being the first locally… the lifespan of an innovation is 10 years, just as Netflix. Again, when competition comes, this place will look terrible.
First two experiences were good. The delivery men are amazing and very knowledgeable. I bought a product that did nothing for me and called to tell them: The response? "We know our products work- sorry about your experience, just don't order again. Obviously, i won't. Those pills were super expensive. Might as well have been sugar pills for me. I'm so annoyed. We need more stores to choose from. This isn't it. No empathy.
Changed star rating for this location. My apologies my bad experience is from sterling location. (two days later) I actually made a trip to this location yesterday and would like to say it was a great experience at the manassas location. Everyone there was great and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Much better store than the sterling location I had a less than desirable experience.

I regreat getting my medical card. This us all there is. There's never any choices. The menu products usually seem old. But staff and routine of sales in and out its good. I
EXTREMELY slow service--even if you order ahead of time for pickup. The major problem I've discovered is when I find a product that works for my medical condition, they don't have it the next time I order. Products are very inconsistent and extremely limited. Trying to find somewhere else to shop because it's not worth the drive.
The staff are great but the product is horrible. 2 of 3 flower types from them gave me a headache and no relief. The low THC in their flower doesn’t help my medical needs at all. Bud is over dry and crumbles to dust right away. No sticky bud here. The prices are that of premium hydro but that’s not what you get. $65 an 1/8. To much for my pocket book, and insurance doesn’t pay for these meds. I’m going back to my connection where product is the best quality and strains you can get for almost 1/2 the price.
We are so disappointed in the customer experience at the Beyond/Hello Manassas Cannabis Dispensary. This dispensary's processes are anything but patient-centered.We're not talking about the weed: we're talking about the experience as a customer.What are some of the choices that Beyond/Hello has made that are not patient-centered?(1) All ordering must be done through the glitchy website. Show up and you'll be handed a tablet to order. Want to talk to a bud tender/pharmacy tech? Nope. You can talk to the pharmacist on duty, but it might take some time to get that person.(2) Wait times are insane. We are unsure if this is because of poor back room processes or staffing issues, but it's consistent. Even if you have ordered ahead and are coming in the designated window, prepare to spend at least half an hour at the dispensary. There's no quick in-and-out.(3) Identification cards and copies of both the email from the Commonwealth and the doctor's recommendation are taken at the door and removed from sight. No other facility we've ever been to does this.(4) Website does not provide testing and terpene information beyond THC and CBD levels. Without this information, how can patients make an informed choice? And, the only person who a patient can really talk with about the products is the pharmacist. The bud tender/pharmacy technicians are not permitted to provide the counsel one would expect at a dispensary.(5) At our last visit (3/17/2022), about half the customers waiting and several employees were not wearing masks. As a medical dispensary, they should be following medical guidance and continue to enforce mask wearing to protect the most vulnerable among us.Sadly, only Beyond/Hello has dispensaries in northern Virginia. It's a monopoly. There is a second store in Sterling and one coming soon to Alexandria (Route 1 at 495). We have not visited those dispensaries; perhaps they have a more patient-centered experience. We are doubtful.We hope that Beyond/Hello will up their game. We offer our counsel, if they're interested. Or, they could just benchmark against other Virginia dispensaries who are operating under the same regulations. Or they could visit DC medical cannabis dispensaries for comparison of the patient experience.Meanwhile, if you have a Virginia medical card, are in northern Virginia, and want to shop at the local monopoly, pre-order online and be prepared for a long wait. Forewarned is forearmed.

I've purchased twice now and had a great experience! Had to wait a little the first time since I had never been there before and I'm a brand new medical patient. Pharmacist was super helpful and nice, and they gave me a military discount on top of the sale price for that day. Second time I ordered delivery and it came super fast and it was easy! Karon was very nice and professional. Thanks for taking care of disabled vets.
Absolute terrible service ! Guy at the door was turning people away 35 mins before closing ! He told me it takes 40 mins now to get weed! I been there 7 times and it takes no longer than 15 mins at the most. I can’t wait till 2024 where it becomes recreational and most places open. So I can find another place to go to!

I'm just looking at the prices and, WOW. $65 and up for 3.5g is crazy high for the strains that's offered. I'm sure its due to the fact that there's only 5 dispensaries in the whole state. These prices will definitely push people to the black market where they may only want to stay 100% legal. I wish other states like Maryland would accept our cards like DC does.
UNBELIEVABLY long wait times every time I go. This will be last time. I will NEVER come back here.The Sterling location was great, but it's soooo far away! I will probably just go to the Richmond dispensary (even though it is in the shadiest part of town & hard to find) because you can show up UNREGISTERED, order right there, pay & be out in under 30 minutes. Currently I have been sitting here for 50 minutes waiting for my online order. There are MANY EMPLOYEES working, but they're all just walking around, opening & closing doors, & not opening any more of the 4 registers, with 6 people still in front of me. Justify that.3 stars are for the nice cashier & the employees ARE nice (& not shady or scary like some reviewers said) & the fact that they exist.

If i show up before 8 I expect to be sold something. Especially since I drive pretty far to get here. You don't answer your phone, you close your chat support at 5, but you close at 8. I show up before 8, you don't sell. Worst place to buy anything ever.
This has been a problem since it opened! Slow service! Very unprofessional security staff… super long wait times even with online order! Always act like someone is trying to get over on them as well!! Overpriced as well as mediocre! Always an excuse! Called to talk with them about it and was told I need to calm down and basically do as they say. So I did that and they still haven’t been able to get it right. Guess there’s a reason why everyone still goes to DC. So disappointing after waiting all these years!!

Great Place.They have a good rewards program. Not a sustainable way to be a customer price wise. Way to expensive. 1gram vapes need to be implemented. Larger %on the edibles needs to happen. Cool place otherwise.
Expensive but I'm impressed with the quality of oil and the carts being used. I've had too many bad experiences in DC and I've had no issues with anything since i started going to beyond hello a month ago. The prerolls are smooth and of good quality as well.I'm excited for the sterling location to open up!
I am extremely disappointed. I have been apart of the medical AND recreational marijuana industry since it was medically legalized in Colorado. Worked with growers, businesses, doctors etc and I have NEVER seen prices so high in my life, and that includes many other states that are medical and or recreational. I completely understand supply and demand, but this is also a medicine for people coming to your establishment. It unfortunately pushes people to “street weed” where I am shocked to say prices are much lower, with some better quality. I feel so bad for the people who are pushed to pay these outrageous prices. The vape cartridges have such a low THC compared to majority of the quality market concentrates, for HIGHER pricing why is that? Even with a 30% recreational state tax from Colorado the prices don’t even come CLOSE to these. Just for medical these poor people are getting robbed it seems…

Super long wait times. The guys working security are creepy. Their products are mediocre and way too expensive. Like for example, why am I paying $65 for a half gram cart that’s only 30% THC, I finished it in 2 days. Then I bought their flower, nothing but shake stems and seeds. I paid $80 for 7 grams of shake, 2.5 grams of which were nothing but seeds and stems. No one mentioned that it’s shake. On the packaging it says fine grind, no one explained to me that it means the bottom of the bag… shake. I’m not impressed. I’ll go back to DC medical dispensaries since they like to educate they’re patients instead of treating them like they’re just another dollar.
First time going. Pleasant experience. Sadly, they do not have any flowers in yet, so, I purchased oils, but so harsh as im not a smoker to begin with. THAT being said, they will be getting leaf in in about 2 weeks. Hopefully They will get enough!! Thankfully, this dispensary is RIGHT down the street, so I am VERY happy about that. I am hoping they start offering discounts and deals like TruLief does in Florida. They offer all sorts of 50% off, new member deals, senior discounts on Sundays.... lots of incentive to go. More than likely, the more dispensaries pop up the more competition there will be on pricing. But all in all, had they had flowers, it would have been a 5 star. Carry on!!!
I have shopped here since the grand opening. Today while I made a purchase I asked again as I often do about a veterans discount. I was told yes there is a veterans discount but, you must ask "EVERYTIME" and no it can not be place on the file. I really could not understand that. When I originally registered I told the person that I spent well over thirty minutes with that I am a 100% totally disabled veteran, hence the numerous conditions that rate a medical marijuana card she never mention said discount. I shop here regularly and asked before to always get a discount. The person that I spoke with today also informed me that I could only use the veterans discount or my rewards not both. I understand not using discount and promos together. Since DC allows Virginia medical cards to purchase, its worth the traffic for the discount and the rewards points. I find it frustrating that had I not ask "AGAIN" I would still not be receiving a discount. Going forward I would hope that the other veterans "ASK" for the discount or maybe go where they get both with it automatic on their file since its like a pharmacy.
As a first time going to be seen by the pharmacist I found that the place is very relaxing and friendly, clean and the crew is very polite and nice. The local pharmacist is very informative and in a very professional way she explained what they have to offer as alternative to conventional medication for certain conditions. Highly recommended.
Expensive, but that's to be expected at the beginning. I'm really excited for prices to come down and more items and variety to be available consistently as they get the kinks worked out. I was very happy to see Blackberry Kush available recently. I have pretty severe insomnia and that station is tried and true for me to get some good, long sleep. Would like to a see it in stock more regularly in the future. Besides that, pharmacists are great!

Unfortunately, I have difficult using smokable cannabis so I am limited to edibles. I visited the store in Manassas recently and the only edible available was Cola. I purchased the product, it was OLD, STALE and TASTED METALLIC. That disgusting taste took over an hour to leave my mouth and lingered for an additional 2 hours! I called to see If they would exchange the product and they said no. I was also told that they have no edibles available and will not be getting them in the near future. I will not purchase any more products from this dispensary! When a product is obviously bad and they can't exchange or give you credit, that tells me a great deal about their customer service policies! So considering that VA is Legal as of July 1st, there are many online companies including DC that are ready to ship and/or deliver product to VA customers.
Virginia is for lovers ❤️ and for medical decisions between doctors & patients, not politicians! Bless the Virginia legislature and governor for allowing those of us with chronic illness alternatives to sometimes nasty prescpriton medications; hope this alternative medicine helps me (and anyone in the Northern Virginia area) with my pain and anxiety ????✌️The pharmacists are amazing and compassionate. They will take caring take the time to get your medical history and help you make the best informed decision on how to make the best use of the medicine, no need to wing it. The dispensary is clean, professional and very pleasant.Highly recommend for those looking for alternatives for strong prescriptions with their own nasty side effects.

Can't view any of the products as they are locked up out of view. Prices are extremely high. Told pharmacist that the dosage math for the Tintures was wrong and he could not verify correct dosing. I had to pass because it says 90 MG but should be aprox 260 MG. Could not verify though so I didn't purchase it. The dabs are insanely high quality but the carts are a joke at $65 for 40% THC. The edibles are also super expensive at $55 for 100 MG. As a long time medical user in multiple states this place has a lot of work to do to get up to standard. Front desk worker is more concerned with talking then explaining the process. I was really not impressed by anything but the quality of the rosin and that's only if you can choke up $90-100 for a gram that should be $50-60 at most.
I had a great experience on my first visit today. Very knowledgeable staff and we were able to customize my needs for Crohn’s disease. So thankful to have them just a quick 20 min drive
Prices are kinda crazy but the new concentrates...I tried the "double dip" and "pineapple taffy"...are amazing.???? Top grade, terp loaded, dabbable goodness. My first time going to a dispensary and I have to admit I was nervous at first. The changes by the time I walked through the door. The greeter/security guy that came out to meet me was friendly and welcoming and immediately put my mind at ease. The doctors sit down and talk with you in order to find out what products work best for your specific needs. Will definitely be going back
Everything is still a bit of a mess. I ordered online, after being told to ‘speed things up’. Entered in the cert, card, license copy - into their site. Yet, you still have to bring all those things to pick up, even though it’s in their system. Still waited half hour to just get the product after I arrived at the pick up time.

Truly a great facility! Caring staff who even remember your name and your history. For those people complaining in the reviews, try the online ordering function. I do it every time and there’s hardly any wait. (Also consider staying off street products if you’re tolerance is that high, marijuana needs to be respected and so does your tolerance to it, go speak with your doctor if need be).They truly go above and Beyond Hello. I can’t thank them enough for helping alleviate this horrible pain I have and allowing me to get much needed rest. Once Covid restrictions are lifted and they have their products on the shelf, I have a feeling they are going to have some fantastic products!! I can’t wait for the Garcia family strain personally!!

I felt profiled at the door by security? He asked me what I was doing there and I had to explain myself? He was just rude and it was an uncomfortable first impression. When my documents cleared his attitude did a 180. It’s strange because when others came through the door, he was much more friendly to them. I sat there for about 30 minutes before I got called back. Apparently it was because they had to juggle the appointments and walk ins. Since it was my first visit, I met with the pharmacist. She was nice but I felt rushed in making a decision. There weren’t many employees there. The girl at the checkout seemed far too bored. No debit or credit cards are accepted, just cash. Products are limited but work amazing! I was impressed considering the product I purchased had a lower thc level than what I’m used to. Here’s the kicker though, a product will read, say..68% thc, but half of the percentage is actually thca! They are overpriced for small quantities. Hopefully things improve. It’s all still fairly new.

This place is a huge JOKE!!!! Terrible customer service, a hyper kid with severe add and ADHD reciting his policy book and telling me he wants to pray over me cause we need Jesus??!!! Don't get me wrong I am diagnosed myself with add and ADHD. My first and last visit I was waiting roughly 10 mins for a front desk staff to check me in and to only realize the info for check in was incorrect. Their product quantity is a joke. The cartriges are not even half full. You wait extremely long time to get r cut wayyyyyyyy short in product.

TAKES WAY TOO LONG TO PLACE AN ORDER... Takes at least 30-45 min to get small supplies of anything. GET IT TOGETHER AND HIRE MORE STAFF OR SOMETHING. Because where it stands right now is simply a JOKE. I might start having to go to DC.

Each visit I had to wait between 5 to 20mins to be helped, even though there was only one to two other customers present.The pharmacist consultation was required the first visit and it was utterly a joke. “Are you familiar with cannabis? Yes? Ok, what would you like?”. That was what was considered a pharmacist consult.But the real reason I’m leaving the one star review is half for the inefficiency of staff, and half that they had two years to get this right, and still have little to zero products available for purchase. And absolutely nothing available made in-house.Everything they are selling is from the other two vertically integrated dispensaries that opened, G-Leaf in Richmond & Dharma out of Bristol, VA.Zero CBD/THC oil is available for sale, and that was what was supposed to be what the whole Virginia law was supposed to make available to us as citizens. A CBD-rich oil with just enough THC to allow the entourage effect to work its magic on our bodies. Also, the VA law was supposed to allow us citizens the ability to have our medicine delivered to us after our first visit in-person, and I was told there is no information available as to when that privilege will actually be made available to us.So now those that live great distances away from their dispensary, and or, have great difficulty leaving home, can’t get the service the VA Law outlined for them, which was a means of home delivery.With what they are charging, and for all the time we have waited, the VA rollout of medical cannabis oil is utterly disappointing to say the least. And I’m fearful that it won’t get any better any time soon.This spot looks & feels like an empty, yet fancy trap[house].No products in the displays & showcases.Not enough employees to make the experience smooth.And very little to no products to sell.Very odd to say the least.I just hope it gets better sooner, rather than later.
I just moved to this state so the MM experience was very new to me anyway, I went through the process and got my card. went into the store ( Covid 19 protocols in place, ) , got checked in with the receptionist and waited for my appt with the Pharmacist , she ask a few general questions basically my history of use, and a short 101 lesson on cannibis and dosages, she was very knowledgeable about the products and very polite as was the entire staff, I purchased the gummies and one vape cartridge .I was skeptical about what 10 mg. would do as opposed to the the flower you buy from your "guy"....Don't worry, one vape hit and a very small bit of the gummy was enough to make my whole afternoon very pleasurable If you're apprehensive don't be, it's a learning experience with a happy ending.....Shout out to the security officer in the store, nice guy
