I don't know what to sayThey don't seem like a medical store they can't keep products on the shelves so that patients have absolutely no consistency in their medical programs.When you prepare a medical dosing you need to keep on the same medicine and the same dosing this is basic medicine, it's called science. However they don't seem to understand that and therefore how can you be a medical store when you don't understand the science and the only thing you seem to be able to tell your clients is sativa is for daytime and indica for night time like any user knowsI did have the owner call me and tell me clearly that he does not care about the clients that patronize his store he cares more about the cash and maybe employees. He did Apologize but told me he did nothing wrong so is that really an apology or is that just something he feels he needed to say I'm pretty sure he feel he needed to say because I can promise you it did not sound like an apology it sounded like I don't want to get in any trouble.We should also not forget he is not a Vermonter he does not live here he just owns medical cannabis stores and he doesn't care about us

I placed an order for delivery waited till delivery day and when no one called me or texted me about their delivery I called them. They said they never got it but I have proof now that they got it the 30% savings that I had connected to that order is no longer in my account so the order was there and they lied to my face do not trust these people they seem very nice at face value but they will lie to you in a second

If this was just a regular dispensary I think they would be great, they would need to expand their product line but they would be great .However as a medical shop I don't really understand I am an actual medical patient who is now for the 2nd time had to rework or attempt to rework my medication because they have yet again run out of the product I need and did not get it in the next shipment. (yes I only use product that they always have in stock not the extra stuff they may get in time to time again this is not Medical) None of this works when people are actually trying to use it as medicine not sure what I am going to do now since nothing they have is equal to what I was gettingThe only reason they got the star is because the people there are nice

I ran into too many problems with the cartridges at this dispensary. Too many bad experiences in that regard is why I ultimately ended up changing dispensaries. I did appreciate that there was a way to set up your bank card to pay. It made things a lot easier than going to an ATM.

Sharing about the Middlebury experience, which has since closed for good now. There were a few really shady people working there that were in the end fired for whatever reason. This brings me to my point - the dry sift hash is wet right out of the package and reeks of mold. I threw it out and I know I could have brought it back but I didn't and that was stupid of me. But seriously that stinks like mold and it is damp.

Since my review that I posted two days ago is missing..? From 2 stars to one. They took over $200 (a good tip too!) from me, refused to fix a problem they created (selling me low quality products while I was asking about high quality ones, no description on the box, was just directed by the sales women to these products that cost just as much) without offering any type of discount, pre-roll, anything, and as I walked out the door I heard, "i hope you're day goes better".

I love going here. The staff always makes me feel comfortable, I always get all my questions answered, and I never feel rushed. I like that I can order ahead or visit in-store and although I haven’t tried delivery yet, it costs less than the gas it takes me to get there.

Incredibly rude staff. Use Caution as this is one of the few retail dispensaries that forces you to scan your ID. There is a reason you won’t find the best products in Vermont on their shelves. The best Vermont cultivators refuse to work with one of the few fighting against home grow rights. I would never visit again.

Since Steele Street is closed, as far as these guys, the LA kush is the best for soothing severe lower GI discomfort. Many times the stuff kept me calm enough not to bother with the Emergency Room. I figure by paying out of pocket for my own medical marijuana, my pleasure, I am saving medicaid thousands from useless doctors and their pills which are poison. Glad I renewed my card early, Brittney, Nicole and Nat and Roy are great. I am leaving them each a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese in my will.
