They have pretty decent deals throughout the week. The people that work the counter have always been pretty chill. The security guard(s) they choose always seem to be in a bad mood. I've never seen one smile. You're not the Royal Guard dude. Let others be comfortable and put your grumpy faces away. I do go there less as a result. Do they have to be there because of the location? Seems weird.

I went in for my first time yesterday and was impressed at the level of service and care! As soon as I said it was my first time coming in they made sure to explain all of the guidelines and policies to me as well as the points system. Will be my go to spot going forward!

I scheduled a pickup order and called when I arrived. It was busy so it took 3 attempts to reach someone who came right out. They checked my ID’s, took my money, and ten minutes later I was still sitting there, waiting. I called again and the person who answered chuckled and said “oh, he forgot. Next time if you’re waiting for more than 5 minutes just call us again.” The staff are quite friendly! But why would I ever need to call to remind you that you took my money and still need to bring me my products? I like the friendly staff and the products carried are usually pretty good quality, but I don’t want to deal with a business that asks their customers to remind them that they’re being waited on.

I had no clue what I needed and the great girl spent all the time I needed to tell me about products & made sure I was getting exactly what I really needed and what would work for me. I never felt rushed and she didn't act as though I was wasting her time, treated me like a friend instead of an annoyance. Love this pharmacy!

I came in today for the first time and I had the best service! The man at the front desk was super informative. He was also helpful by handing me a laminated sleeve for my card and asking if I had any questions. Once I got to the back I loved the aesthetic of the place. It was like walking to an old apothecary. From there you notice a huge selection, great prices, and great customer service. If you live in Utah County you should definitely hit this place up.

All the staff are super knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things so you'll understand them. I tragically lost my wife of 18 years in March 2022. I love knowing exactly what I'm getting and what effects to expect. That peace of mind is well worth the extra price.

They show that they don't only care about money; they care about their customers more than anything.The shop is always clean and lively. Had my first experience here, and I am kicking myself for not going to this place since they opened! They are amazing!!! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, their recommendations were excellent. Their product selection is awesome and the cost is reasonable for our state. And I had no idea I could have received a discount all this time for being disabled, which has never been offered to me by any other dispensary. I think this will be my go-to for now on!

I've been to a handful of dispensaries in Colorado, Washington, and Nevada, but this store is by many orders of magnitude the best in terms of service quality and decorum. I've gotten familiar with some of the staff on my visits, and they're all wonderful people. Mai was especially helpful in suggesting new strains for me to try when my regular (Grape Ape) was out!

Coming into anything with a counter gives me immediate anxiety. However I had the wrong pleasure of being able to be helped today with a lovely girl named, Mai. She was instantly friendly, had great listening skills and wanted to help. She wasn’t pushy and overall it was my best experience I’ve had lately.The store itself is very professional, and has an amazing variety of products and sales everyday. Would recommend.

She gave me multiple choices and explained the medical benefits of each. She was easy to talk to, like talking to my mom.

Cluttered and won't honor their '20% off 1st purchase' voucher when your prescription choice is on sale. Though it clearly states a 20% discount on the voucher they give you when you walk in lol Even with the discount that was on the product and without being allowed to use their own voucher, my product with the marked 30% off still cost me $7 more than same product not on sale at another local dispensary. Not likely at all to go back or recommend.

I used to really love this dispensary. It seems to be super shallow lately and it's really hard to get any help. I've had two of their carts break and leak, this last time all over into my Coach purse. When I brought it back in to see if they would help me look at the battery, the guy got loud combative, defensive, and started telling me he wouldn't replace things. I had never even asked for a replacement. Having a male get assertive with me makes me extremely uncomfortable, and I was already in the middle of a panic attack. I tried explaining I didn't want to replacement. I was just trying to get him to help me look at the battery, but he wasn't listening and there wasn't any point of talking to this person further.Based on this experience, I will be taking my business to other dispensaries in the Utah County area. Which is unfortunate since I live so close. I would much rather drive to a dispensary that is helpful and cares about your concerns though. These guys definitely seem to be preoccupied in whatever social circle they have going on in there.** I will add that when I mentioned I was buying a new battery he told me they would happily sell me. One, tried to get me in the back and be dismissive with the rest of the issue. I don't do business with people who don't do good business. So I left and will not be returning.

After visiting other pharmacies in the area I kind of lost hope to understanding how to use or what to use as there is so much to know. I visited this place on a whim and am not disappointed at all.They were super friendly, helpful and patient. They understood what I was dealing with, what I was already taking and were very good about telling me what to look for and why.They gave me suggestions and helped me with advice on what I got at another shop as well. The patience and care they showed me gave me hope to using and understanding this medicine and helped me be more confidence about visiting again!Thank you to the two guys who helped me so much, I appreciate everything and can’t wait to visit the store again.
