My boyfriend and I (both have and showed our med cards) came today and had an incredibly uncomfortable experience. We were under the impression from the very kind and helpful front desk attendant that we could both go back and shop. When we were checking out, we were bombarded by whoever helped us about how we had messed up their system and put them at risk of getting in trouble with FDA or some organization. He was VERY loud and condescending about making it “crystal clear” that we had messed up “their flow.” We explained what the front desk attendant had said, and we were told to disregard whatever they tell us. The employee checking us out also brought out the front desk attendant, almost to embarrass him and call him out in front of us (he was SO kind and great by the way). It was honestly very embarrassing, especially considering that this is our second time at a dispensary and we are new patients. I understand explaining policies, but how this employee went about this was confusing, unkind, and embarrassing. Would not recommend this dispensary for new patients who are trying to learn and looking for help.

Been here many times and this time was horrible. First a tow truck pulled in front of me and parked blocking the way. He got out and was photographing another vehicle. After a little bit of him ignoring me I asked him to move his truck. He gave me the wait finger and continued taking pictures. I asked again this time he was argumentized and I told him to move his truck he's blocking the way. He finally moves after cursing at me which I returned the favor. Went in a meet the front counter kid who asked me how I was. I briefly explained my irritation to him and his reply was that this was a safe space and that I need to check my emotions. First off don't ask a question and get bothered by the answer like some fragile kid. I told him though I am irritated that doesn't mean I won't present myself in a manner fitting for a business and to just check me in. That's when he went outside and got security. There was NO need to escalate the situation. He comes back with security and says "Lets try this again". Yeah lets do. I turned to the woman and asked her to check me in. During that I explain the security who saw what happened outside and that was it. I went in got my money and walked to the line. At that point your security guard approached me and asked if everything was ok. I explained I was fine just irritated at the unnecessary escalation. He was friendly explained he saw the incident with the tow truck guy and that was it. Or so I thought. As I walked out the front desk kid wished me a good day sarcastically (I assume) in which I replied "don't talk to me" The bald security guard came jolting into the front area as I left thinking he was some hero saving someone. Actions like that security guard did are totally unnecessary and reckless.Your front desk kid needs to be kept from your customers and that security is a liability waiting to happen.Sucks because the rest of your staff are great and friendly.

Fantastic!!! I’ll definitely go back. This was my first dispensary visit after receiving my medical card. Every person there was so friendly! The building is nice, clean, and comfortable.I met with a kind pharmacist (didn’t catch her name), who provided lots of helpful information in a way that was easy to understand.She then introduced me to Angel, who is an absolute compendium of information on medical cannabis. He provided me with further details and information, and helped me find the best medicine for my needs and budget.I was given a 15% discount because I have Medicaid. They also put a 20% new patient discount on my account that I can use separately at a future visit. They also offer discounts to Medicare patients, first responders, veterans, teachers, and students. They only accept cash, but they have two ATMs. I expected to pay exorbitant taxes, like in the recreational dispensaries in NV, but there was just a $3 transaction fee. They also have a loyalty points program.

This is the apple store of dispensaries. Inside everything is sleek and space age.The products they carry are not as high quality as some of the other dispensaries in the valley. For example I can usually only find distillate carts here and not live resin. But that's being pretty nit-picky on my side.I do enjoy going here especially when I'm on a budget. I've had good luck finding good deals on flower here. The inventory is always changing, always new stuff to try. Id recommend this place!

Definitely my main dispensary and I recommend you make it yours, too!Edit: The price increase is completely disastrous for us patients. I’m dropping to one star and will not return with these non-competitive prices. I’ll come back and go back to 5 stars if it gets fixed. We need our medicine and you’re screwing us.Edit x2: They’ve returned to offering about 5 or so Riverside cartridges a day for the original price. I’ll put the review back up to three stars for now and will keep my word about going back to five if the patient friendly prices continue to hold. Same is true the other direction: I’ll go straight back to one star and find my medicine elsewhere if issues arise again. This is my life and my medicine. You can’t just mess with it for some extra money. The reason I hesitate to move back to five stars is that taking advantage of patients like that is absolute charlatan behavior that I’m not going to (and frankly can’t) just forget overnight. You can’t just take something as sleazy as that back.

SAD!!! Was the best in state but with their 50% price hike overnight then they want to blame riverside to take the heat off them. Why hasnt wholesome or dragon fly raised their riverside prices if that was the case? Greedy corporate company. Ill be going to wholesome better product and they deliver for the same price as bloc now so no need to return.

Some staff are friendly and the visit is usually nice but they drastically raised the prices of their cartridges that tend to leak; they lose probably about a quarter g every time out the top. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore because you shouldn’t be buying products for basically 50 percent more when they leak and are inconsistent with flavor and effectiveness. They made money when the price was where it was and they want to get greedy and make more for half the product. I’d rather drive an extra 30 minutes to get quality products from wholesome, and I’m sure plenty of others would that have had a similar experience.

Immaculate pharmacy with a great selection of products. They've thought of a clever way to help with shopping; they've placed individual products (edibles, tinctures, oils, flower, etc.) in locked glass counters that you can peruse and shop through (normally products have to stay behind the register counters). When you're ready, you just write your order down and head to the counter where the sincerely friendly staff get the order filled and checked out. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and made the initial patient registration actually valuable and educational. I can't recommend Bloc Pharmacy enough for your medical cannabis needs! So glad to have this medicine available in Utah!

A wonderful experience picking up my medicine. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I went in just before closing and even though I was a new customer and they had to do more, I did not feel rushed in any way and it was a beautiful big space that I wanted to spend more time in, pursuing and chatting with knowledgeable pharmacists about their products. I had a great chat with the man who ringed up my purchase and I look forward to going back and trying out more of their inventory. Their prices are pretty fair considering the area, lower than some other shops I've seen. Their selection was impressive and I was overwhelmed in the best way. It's great to see progress in Utah's compassionate use and care for patients who rely on cannabis for relief from their chronic pain, severe anxiety, PTSD, and so on. I *highly* recommend this pharmacy and will update y'all when I return.Update: After using this pharmacy consistently, it is still my favorite. It's worth going to South Jordan to visit. They will print and laminate your card for you if you don't have one and are always super knowledgeable about the products they are selling and passionate about helping people feel better. Simply the best.Only thing that would make it better would be delivery but you can't have everything. It's worth the train ride and effort. I always leave a bit lighter than I went in. One of the only places I have ever been to where the staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a great knowledge of medication that treats specific issues and the medication effects. They do have great hours and you cannot beat the rises honestly. The riverside farm products are very good for their price points. Sometimes they can be a little harsh which I don't mind that at all. But for the price point and the Bang for your buck. Riverside farms is an amazing strain and brand I have never got anything from. Them where? I was like this taste disgusting the products are always very flavourful.

I struggle with a disorder that makes it harder to connect and hold conversations, but I never feel pressured or anxious when at bloc which is huge for me.Their employees are the best, super patient & chili, they always take great care of me and get me exactly what I need. I never carry cash so I almost always use the atm in the store that’s super convenient. I have had multiple different cashiers who have gone above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and that I receive the discounts I earn in the loyalty program! I never see a name tag but today I believe I saw Nate on the cashiers lanyard, he specifically takes care of me on a weekly basis and is always extremely patient + knowledgeable about products. I can always count on BLOC & their awesome team to get me the medical cannabis I need with the best prices!

My favorite dispensary by far and for multiple reasons. If you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort and friendliness, this is the place. Employees are always welcoming and knowledgeable but never make you feel crowded or hover. The displays are laid out comfortably with pen and paper for those who want to write products down. So why am I writing a review this time well this time a man by the name of Angel Perez was my budtender /bud consultant and boy was he knowledgeable not only did he know the product but he went above and beyond in his care for others and that other was me today so I went to the ATM and had thought he told me a certain amount but I got it wrong however it wasn’t a huge difference however I was still short and without hesitation he reach in his own wallet and paid that difference. I have experienced some frustrations at other dispensaries with simple questions, or concerns. They have great prices but I guess corporate doesn’t care and they always run out and will be out for DAYS. No other store in the state runs out like this and it sucks cause this is the best located store. The cashiers are friendly but inside is not as well lit and makes it seem kind of grungy. Other than that just stock your carts more and I’d give 5 stars.

Not sure what the issue is, but for the last 2 months I’ve had to go elsewhere for my meds. As of this post they have 2 strains available in flower. I live in Utah county, but any time I’m in the area I stop at Bloc. They usually have a very good selection. The employees are always helpful and the rewards program is good. Plus it’s fun shopping at what use to be a Red Robin I think? It’s worth making a trip but check online or call if you are looking for a specific product.

This is the apple store of dispensaries. Inside everything is sleek and space age.The products they carry are not as high quality as some of the other dispensaries in the valley. For example I can usually only find distillate carts here and not live resin. But that's being pretty nit-picky on my side.I do enjoy going here especially when I'm on a budget. I've had good luck finding good deals on flower here. The inventory is always changing, always new stuff to try. Id recommend this place!

You can’t just mess with it for some extra money. The reason I hesitate to move back to five stars is that taking advantage of patients like that is absolute charlatan behavior that I’m not going to (and frankly can’t) just forget overnight. You can’t just take something as sleazy as that back.

Why hasnt wholesome or dragon fly raised their riverside prices if that was the case? Greedy corporate company. Some staff are friendly and the visit is usually nice but they drastically raised the prices of their cartridges that tend to leak; they lose probably about a quarter g every time out the top. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore because you shouldn’t be buying products for basically 50 percent more when they leak and are inconsistent with flavor and effectiveness. They made money when the price was where it was and they want to get greedy and make more for half the product. I’d rather drive an extra 30 minutes to get quality products from wholesome, and I’m sure plenty of others would that have had a similar experience.

They've thought of a clever way to help with shopping; they've placed individual products (edibles, tinctures, oils, flower, etc.) in locked glass counters that you can peruse and shop through (normally products have to stay behind the register counters). When you're ready, you just write your order down and head to the counter where the sincerely friendly staff get the order filled and checked out. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and made the initial patient registration actually valuable and educational. I can't recommend Bloc Pharmacy enough for your medical cannabis needs! So glad to have this medicine available in Utah!

A wonderful experience picking up my medicine. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I went in just before closing and even though I was a new customer and they had to do more, I did not feel rushed in any way and it was a beautiful big space that I wanted to spend more time in, pursuing and chatting with knowledgeable pharmacists about their products. I had a great chat with the man who ringed up my purchase and I look forward to going back and trying out more of their inventory. Their prices are pretty fair considering the area, lower than some other shops I've seen. Their selection was impressive and I was overwhelmed in the best way. It's great to see progress in Utah's compassionate use and care for patients who rely on cannabis for relief from their chronic pain, severe anxiety, PTSD, and so on. I *highly* recommend this pharmacy and will update y'all when I return.Update: After using this pharmacy consistently, it is still my favorite. It's worth going to South Jordan to visit. One of the only places I have ever been to where the staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a great knowledge of medication that treats specific issues and the medication effects. They do have great hours and you cannot beat the rises honestly. The riverside farm products are very good for their price points. Sometimes they can be a little harsh which I don't mind that at all. But for the price point and the Bang for your buck. Riverside farms is an amazing strain and brand I have never got anything from. Them where? I struggle with a disorder that makes it harder to connect and hold conversations, but I never feel pressured or anxious when at bloc which is huge for me.Their employees are the best, super patient & chili, they always take great care of me and get me exactly what I need. I never carry cash so I almost always use the atm in the store that’s super convenient. I have had multiple different cashiers who have gone above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and that I receive the discounts I earn in the loyalty program! I never see a name tag but today I believe I saw Nate on the cashiers lanyard, he specifically takes care of me on a weekly basis and is always extremely patient + knowledgeable about products. Employees are always welcoming and knowledgeable but never make you feel crowded or hover. The displays are laid out comfortably with pen and paper for those who want to write products down. So why am I writing a review this time well this time a man by the name of Angel Perez was my budtender /bud consultant and boy was he knowledgeable not only did he know the product but he went above and beyond in his care for others and that other was me today so I went to the ATM and had thought he told me a certain amount but I got it wrong however it wasn’t a huge difference however I was still short and without hesitation he reach in his own wallet and paid that difference. They have great prices but I guess corporate doesn’t care and they always run out and will be out for DAYS. No other store in the state runs out like this and it sucks cause this is the best located store. The cashiers are friendly but inside is not as well lit and makes it seem kind of grungy. Other than that just stock your carts more and I’d give 5 stars.

I live in Utah county, but any time I’m in the area I stop at Bloc. They usually have a very good selection. The employees are always helpful and the rewards program is good. Plus it’s fun shopping at what use to be a Red Robin I think? It’s worth making a trip but check online or call if you are looking for a specific product.
