Employees are a A+++ and there drivers are to I know are only allowed certain guidelines they have to follow but when the D.F gets flower that harvest 2023 and then when it tested 7/11/2023 I'm paying 55 bucks for dry flower and the THC is not going to be where it should when you can break it up just find without a grinder it's old we need better & fresher and 40 50 percent i have a serious medical conditionwe should get the same quality all i can say is i have a friend who has a terminal illness and gave up her flower fresher better flower we pay just as much as these other states and there getting flower that does the job please help get there it's better then pulls!

This includes their very own dragonfly wellness in SLC. Leaving me to go to provo for better selection pricing and discounts.

I live on the south end of the valley and very rarely go downtown.My only suggestion is when an order is being placed online, put the red-lettered instructions about how the "patient needs to be present upon delivery" on the screen *prior* to the final confirmation screen. Since I dud not know that, I had to call and change the delivery window to a time when I would be home.

Dragonfly is overpriced. They have terrible customer service. I purchased a battery product that I used once, and it died. They would not replace their defective product. And now I am trapped with a Pod that I cannot use unless I buy their battery again. That will probably break again.I DO NOT recommend using dragonfly. They do not care about their customers.

This has happened twice and today a 3rd time with there machines not working within a 2 month period.The employees will text you, to pretty much have cash ready minutes before arriving and with know time to even go get cash. So the product goes back to the store and you waited for nothing.This has happened multiple times!Two months ago there machine wasn't working. It's not that hard to contact your merchant supplier and get it fixed. Take me out of your system I will be taking my business to the others.Support WHOLESOME CANNABIS they deliver free as well.BLOC PARMACY is another awesome place.These places won't make excuses and tell you to have cash ready cause they can't do business properly.

I imagine it's because they deliver but it does send me to cheaper dispensaries when I don't need delivery. When I did visit ithe physical location was pretty busy and loud. I felt uncomfortable as one of the only people wearing a mask in such a space. It was still a good experience though. I got what I needed.

Save yourself the strain on your wallet and go to Bloc better service better prices and all around a better experience. Bloc has the lowest prices in town on carts 20 for .5 and $40 for a full gram. You’ll never see these guys lowering their prices they’re all about money not their patients. The only thing wholesome has going for them is delivery they’re a rip off as well. Trust me when I say this Bloc is the best in the state you won’t be disappointed well you will that you didn’t go to them sooner.

I have SUCH mixed feelings about Dragonfly. On one hand, they are the first dispensary in Utah (which is awesome), provide free deliveries, and almost never have any product supply issues.HOWEVER, there have been little things I’ve experienced over the years that have been EXTREMELY frustrating. For example, showing up to a delivery and not being willing to process a $100 order because I was 25 cents short. Also, more recently (and apparently a lot of customers experienced this), Dragonfly completely changed their rewards system. This would normally be fine, but they did NOTHING to compensate the patients that had spent MONTHS building up points under the old system only to have their rewards COMPLETELY erased when the new system was put in place. I was literally ONE purchase away from earning a significant reward before the system switched, and despite my best efforts, was basically told “too bad!”.So, 5/10.

I was looking for some medicine that could help with my chronic pain and that's what I asked the staff to recommend for me. So I purchased a small amount of Medicine and I truly do believe that it is medicine or I would not take it. The medicine that was prescribed turned out to help me a great deal. Although I still take my other pain medication now to help me with all of the never ending god-awful pain I have.! The green medication truly does make my life a little more livable and I find more happiness using my green medication. I hope that Anyone who reads this will consider using green medication because it really can work.!

I love Dragonfly! They have made it a long way since day one. They have some of Utah's best products and awesome flower. My new favorite is there bubble hash. There bubble hash mixed with flower is what helps my pain that's past a 5, or if I'm depressed it snaps me right out of it. My favorite is Lava Cake flower with Lava Cake hash, Lava time's two. That's cool, because the 'screening' call checked out good, I answered the questions honestly, so I paid the Utah State Fees for the tech card and they ran the background check(s).. I really wanted to work there but If you don't pass the background (⚠️don't worry, they won't tell you why ????), then you're just out $100. I am a long time cannabis user but new to the legal scene. He knew about tinctures and other things I had no real experience with. Some of his tips and ideas were truly great like keeping a log book to see which works best for me. Once I talked to the pharmacist I was able to buy what I wanted. I'm really glad that dragonfly wellness started to incorporate delivery AND accepting debit cards. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this! The thought of making a trip over there in person to pick up my medicinal needs gives me anxiety, especially since it's winter. A big thank you for also adding a tracker to keep track on the delivery person on their way to deliver the items to me.This really helped. It's not the delivery person's fault, they went to the wrong unit, thankfully with the tracker, I was able to go outside to find the delivery person and explained which unit I was in since it was a big building which can be confusing, doesn't help the numbers were black against a dark brown building. I've also explained that I put down specific directions and wasn't sure if it was printed or mentioned during the delivery.The man who delivered my stuff was very nice and understanding, he did mention that he was just given an address, but after paying for my stuff and bidding the nice man safe drive, I noticed the special instructions were actually printed on the receipt. I'm not upset, I can understand it's the weekend and to do a lot of deliveries in the cold can be challenging.I also do recommend that if you are going to have your items delivered to you, make sure you pick a day that you're off or not working after hours and a time where you can make it to the door comfortably or go out and find the delivery person if they don't make it to your door. 🙂

Edited. Dragonfly is a solid Pharmacy with quality products and a friendly staff. I have had a few issues here in the past. However my last few visits have been great. They could offer higher THC content Dragonfly Vape carts. It seems like they don't want to produce a cart that is over 80%. Their 1 to 1 tincture is Superior to other brands. I have found the flower strains GSC, Lava Cake, Prometheus and Sundae Driver to be excellent choices. The prices didn't come down but I can't blame them for inflation. At least they haven't raised prices.

Dragonfly is a nice, clean pharmacy with great employees. This was the first cannabis dispensary in the state of UT. They set the precedent for price in our state, prices which are astronomical. Exceeding out of state recreational prices, at the expense of medical patients here, Dragonfly will tell you its because of "tax" or "state fees" as if no other business has to pay such things. Plain and simple, they take advantage of those in pain and in need.

This gentleman was anything but! This guy ordered me around like I was doing him a favor and when I didn't jump when he spoke he raised his voice at me! Let us get something straight, I do not need Dragonfly, I have had access to their type of product here in the valley since the early 80s, Also, there is another shop on 3200 west and I 80, competition is a good thing. Nothing terrible but prices have yet to come down and you rarely get what you pay for. The carts are always not full from dragonfly (any reputable company will fill up a cart to make up for what the wicks absorb its a poor excuse) get smaller carts than so they don’t look empty, spending $60+ on a cart just to have huge air bubbles is not cool. & bud rarely weighs out to what it should be and is still $60 for an 1/8 in most cases, also 3+ month old bud most the time. The ordering here also takes a very long time as they make you get in line order, than go wait to pick it up. They should bag it up right as you pay as other places do. Process could be smoother and prices are still absurd!

Hands down the black market is cheaper, but the quality of dragonfly is hard to beat plus the peace of mind. I love there service and the staff is friendly. They have really stepped up there game since they first opened. This is the only Dispensary I have ever used or even been to, so I don't have anywhere to compare it to, but if all other Dispensaries in Utah are as awesome as Dragonfly Wellness, then we have a really good start on our Cannabis Industry here in Utah. So far every single Employee I have dealt with has been absolutely amazing! No matter who you are, or what your previous experience level with Cannabis is, on your very first visit, you have to meet with their Pharmacist, who will go over your specific Medical needs and answer ANY questions you might have. Aside from being a pretty cool guy, the Downtown location's Pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, and wants to be absolutely sure you are comfortable with their process as well as the Cannabis Products they sell. There is no "Time Limit" (within reason I'm sure ????) for your initial Consultation with the Pharmacist, because they want every Patient to have all their Questions answered. There is also no Time Limit for Patients to look over their current Menu and Order their Products. The Cashiers are all super friendly and very knowledgeable about their Cannabis Products as well! Dragonfly Wellness is DEFINITELY a credit to the Cannabis Industry, you won't regret making them your Dispensary of Choice for you Medical Cannabis needs in Utah!

Employees are a A+++ and there drivers are to I know are only allowed certain guidelines they have to follow but when the D.F gets flower that harvest 2023 and then when it tested 7/11/2023 I'm paying 55 bucks for dry flower and the THC is not going to be where it should when you can break it up just find without a grinder it's old we need better & fresher and 40 50 percent i have a serious medical conditionwe should get the same quality all i can say is i have a friend who has a terminal illness and gave up her flower fresher better flower we pay just as much as these other states and there getting flower that does the job please help get there it's better then pulls!

I live on the south end of the valley and very rarely go downtown.My only suggestion is when an order is being placed online, put the red-lettered instructions about how the "patient needs to be present upon delivery" on the screen *prior* to the final confirmation screen. This has happened twice and today a 3rd time with there machines not working within a 2 month period.The employees will text you, to pretty much have cash ready minutes before arriving and with know time to even go get cash. So the product goes back to the store and you waited for nothing.This has happened multiple times!Two months ago there machine wasn't working. It's not that hard to contact your merchant supplier and get it fixed. Take me out of your system I will be taking my business to the others.Support WHOLESOME CANNABIS they deliver free as well.BLOC PARMACY is another awesome place.These places won't make excuses and tell you to have cash ready cause they can't do business properly.

Save yourself the strain on your wallet and go to Bloc better service better prices and all around a better experience. Bloc has the lowest prices in town on carts 20 for .5 and $40 for a full gram. You’ll never see these guys lowering their prices they’re all about money not their patients. The only thing wholesome has going for them is delivery they’re a rip off as well. Trust me when I say this Bloc is the best in the state you won’t be disappointed well you will that you didn’t go to them sooner.

I have SUCH mixed feelings about Dragonfly. On one hand, they are the first dispensary in Utah (which is awesome), provide free deliveries, and almost never have any product supply issues.HOWEVER, there have been little things I’ve experienced over the years that have been EXTREMELY frustrating. For example, showing up to a delivery and not being willing to process a $100 order because I was 25 cents short. Also, more recently (and apparently a lot of customers experienced this), Dragonfly completely changed their rewards system. This would normally be fine, but they did NOTHING to compensate the patients that had spent MONTHS building up points under the old system only to have their rewards COMPLETELY erased when the new system was put in place. I was literally ONE purchase away from earning a significant reward before the system switched, and despite my best efforts, was basically told “too bad!”.So, 5/10.

I wish I didn't have to go inside to add an item to my order (not completely change the order but just add an item.) I understand they need to keep the drive-through line moving but I've never had this issue at any other dispensary. Also, I was the only one in line this particular time. This company asks for Utah State Fees to be paid to work there.. That's cool, because the 'screening' call checked out good, I answered the questions honestly, so I paid the Utah State Fees for the tech card and they ran the background check(s).. I really wanted to work there but If you don't pass the background (⚠️don't worry, they won't tell you why ????), then you're just out $100. Ok, so it's a $100, no biggie, it can be disputed but for all sake of business professionalism and educational purposes it would be nice to have known what happened.They are well aware I have asked to be contacted.

Dragonfly is by far the best dispensary I have ever been to. Every single person you encounter is so friendly and always willing to help with any questions. I especially have to give kudos to the delivery drivers, they are all just the nicest people and I always enjoy our short chats when they drop off my medicine. I’ve been to a few of the other dispensaries, and this one will always be the best one, hands down. They always have a good selection of medicines as well.

Awesome! This dispensary is excellent! I printed out my card for the first time and headed straight to my nearest one. The pharmacist was super knowledgeable and helpful. I am a long time cannabis user but new to the legal scene. He knew about tinctures and other things I had no real experience with. Some of his tips and ideas were truly great like keeping a log book to see which works best for me. Once I talked to the pharmacist I was able to buy what I wanted. Prices and selection were good and the staff was super friendly. Overall had an awesome experience here and will definitely be back in the future!

This was the 1st time I used the delivery service and it was fantastic. They showed up in the 1 hr timeframe they gave me. I received a text stating they were 5 minutes away and also a text when they arrived. I met Emma who was kind, professional and very pleasant. Wish there was more variety especially when they run out and can't get any in which isn't their fault. They employ people that are selling goods outside of work and they know this as I’ve mentioned it to them, they also have served people that don’t have there cards as I witnessed this as well. If you’re looking for a good place for your meds Dragonfly definitely isn’t the place to go. Save your money and travel a little more for better service and product

I'm really glad that dragonfly wellness started to incorporate delivery AND accepting debit cards. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this! The thought of making a trip over there in person to pick up my medicinal needs gives me anxiety, especially since it's winter. A big thank you for also adding a tracker to keep track on the delivery person on their way to deliver the items to me.This really helped. It's not the delivery person's fault, they went to the wrong unit, thankfully with the tracker, I was able to go outside to find the delivery person and explained which unit I was in since it was a big building which can be confusing, doesn't help the numbers were black against a dark brown building. I've also explained that I put down specific directions and wasn't sure if it was printed or mentioned during the delivery.The man who delivered my stuff was very nice and understanding, he did mention that he was just given an address, but after paying for my stuff and bidding the nice man safe drive, I noticed the special instructions were actually printed on the receipt. I'm not upset, I can understand it's the weekend and to do a lot of deliveries in the cold can be challenging.I also do recommend that if you are going to have your items delivered to you, make sure you pick a day that you're off or not working after hours and a time where you can make it to the door comfortably or go out and find the delivery person if they don't make it to your door. 🙂

I have always had a good experience here. The product seems to be the best of all and they actually supply a lot of the product to rest of the state. They also have package discounts and free delivery. I just tip my delivery driver with part of my discount and everybody wins!

Edited. Dragonfly is a solid Pharmacy with quality products and a friendly staff. I have had a few issues here in the past. However my last few visits have been great. They could offer higher THC content Dragonfly Vape carts. It seems like they don't want to produce a cart that is over 80%. Their 1 to 1 tincture is Superior to other brands. I have found the flower strains GSC, Lava Cake, Prometheus and Sundae Driver to be excellent choices. The prices didn't come down but I can't blame them for inflation. At least they haven't raised prices.

Dragonfly is a nice, clean pharmacy with great employees. This was the first cannabis dispensary in the state of UT. They set the precedent for price in our state, prices which are astronomical. Exceeding out of state recreational prices, at the expense of medical patients here, Dragonfly will tell you its because of "tax" or "state fees" as if no other business has to pay such things. Plain and simple, they take advantage of those in pain and in need.

Until last week I had been shopping at Dragonfly for about 7 months. I went in to place my weekly order on 10/17/2021 and was assisted by a young man at the front desk who I had never seen before. This gentleman was anything but! This guy ordered me around like I was doing him a favor and when I didn't jump when he spoke he raised his voice at me! Let us get something straight, I do not need Dragonfly, I have had access to their type of product here in the valley since the early 80s, Also, there is another shop on 3200 west and I 80, competition is a good thing. Nothing terrible but prices have yet to come down and you rarely get what you pay for. The carts are always not full from dragonfly (any reputable company will fill up a cart to make up for what the wicks absorb its a poor excuse) get smaller carts than so they don’t look empty, spending $60+ on a cart just to have huge air bubbles is not cool. & bud rarely weighs out to what it should be and is still $60 for an 1/8 in most cases, also 3+ month old bud most the time. The ordering here also takes a very long time as they make you get in line order, than go wait to pick it up. They should bag it up right as you pay as other places do. Process could be smoother and prices are still absurd!

Hands down the black market is cheaper, but the quality of dragonfly is hard to beat plus the peace of mind. I love there service and the staff is friendly. They have really stepped up there game since they first opened. The staff here are amazing, especially Ashley! I came in today right as the State's system went down, something completely outside of Dragonfly's control, rendering them unable to check in patients. After politely informing everyone and continuing to check the State's status, they immediately were back in progress continuing to server patients.Ashley was so kind and helpful to explain new product I was unaware of. They’re also efficient, I’m always in and out within 15 minutes.The only gripe I have is the limited selection of flower, and the price. I wouldn’t mind paying the $55 per 3.5g if I had a good amount of options to chose from, but it is kind of rough when there’s only two or three.There was a time a few months ago where there were more options, and less expensive options, for flower, which was sweet. Obviously this is a fairly new operation with the recent change in legislature but a largest selection with more affordable prices would be awesome to see going forward!At the end of the day, there is an awesome staff, knowledgeable pharmacist, good vibes and good bud to help with whatever ails you, which are the most important boxes to check. This is the only Dispensary I have ever used or even been to, so I don't have anywhere to compare it to, but if all other Dispensaries in Utah are as awesome as Dragonfly Wellness, then we have a really good start on our Cannabis Industry here in Utah. So far every single Employee I have dealt with has been absolutely amazing! No matter who you are, or what your previous experience level with Cannabis is, on your very first visit, you have to meet with their Pharmacist, who will go over your specific Medical needs and answer ANY questions you might have. Aside from being a pretty cool guy, the Downtown location's Pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, and wants to be absolutely sure you are comfortable with their process as well as the Cannabis Products they sell. There is no "Time Limit" (within reason I'm sure ????) for your initial Consultation with the Pharmacist, because they want every Patient to have all their Questions answered. There is also no Time Limit for Patients to look over their current Menu and Order their Products. The Cashiers are all super friendly and very knowledgeable about their Cannabis Products as well! Dragonfly Wellness is DEFINITELY a credit to the Cannabis Industry, you won't regret making them your Dispensary of Choice for you Medical Cannabis needs in Utah!
