I have visited here twice as a VA resident. The process itself is seamless and well organized. The efficiency with which business is conducted might be considered a benchmark for how such an experience should feel: I was well taken care of by nearly a dozen individuals, plenty of time was spent with me, and I feel like I received significant value for my money. My provider, DeWilde, and his partner (unfortunately I didn't catch her name!) absolutely went the extra mile to ensure that I had the best experience possible. They're is no doubt that Tacoma is the best dispensary with the kindest people, the most knowledgeable budtenders and the most medicinal products. Reasons for the 5 stars:1. Largest selection of products.2. Great prices for the quality of the product. (given, I have only tried their flowers)3. Most importantly, you are missing out if you do not go inside and ask for recommendations on what's hot and fresh!!!! Every time I take their recommendations, it always comes out fire. They work there and they can definitely tell you which batch of certain strains came out better that others. (everytime, I myself did a pick up order of things that looked good online, ended up leaving me dissatisfied)Also, I have noticed that one strain can be really good, (ex. wanted to wait until I made enough visits& purchases to leave my review and I give TWC 5 stars. First of all, on-site parking and literally steps away from the metro, 10/10.My husband went in one day off a whim and says the staff was helpful with getting him to register, learning about what the offer, checking out, etc. I enjoyed the flower and decided to go myself to check the space and energy out. The staff at the front tables outside were VERY helpful in getting me to register because when I got there my phone died and I only had a screenshot of my medical card # on my iPad. Monique stepped in and she was sooo helpful. She took my ID and referenced all of my information from the email I had to show proof of my medical card. They checkout was smooth at the window and I love that they go over EVERYTHING with you before you leave. Monique is definitely my fav and I love her energy.Now, my first two times I only did pickup from the window but when I went inside I was very impressed. The energy is nice inside, and from my interactions, everyone seems to be super chill and very pleasant.I also have to give a shoutout to Melissa. I have called multiple times to inquire about things and she answers each question so there’s no confusion, and not to mention she’s soo so nice and polite. Tara has also been really helpful and great when my husband or I go up for pre-orders.This is definitely my #1 dispensary choice in the DMV area.

From parking, to intake, to making my selections, to the review of my purchase, I couldn’t have had a more pleasant and kind experience. Sinclair was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and gave me the break down on what to expect from each strain/item I selected and answered all of my questions with detail. He was an absolute joy to interact with. I was also able to chat with the general manager who was also incredibly kind! What a great experience! This was my first time visiting any dispensary. Though I live in SE I heard great things about Takoma Wellness so I made the hike up north and I was not disappointed. I had no idea what I was doing and the staff there were so amazing and helpful. Starting with the parking lot attendants who help you figure out how to navigate the parking situation. The ladies outside who helped sign me in and gave me an overview of what to expect. Once I made my way inside the woman at the desk greeted me warmly and walked me over to staff member who would be helping me. You work 1:1 with someone so there is ample opportunity to ask a million questions and learn about all the offerings. Shout out to Ashley for being awesome and kind to me- I had no idea what I was doing or where to start! But she helped guide me in the right direction and I had an awesome visit. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough. Especially if your new and feel intimated about the process of going to a dispensary. You will be in good hands!

I rarely leave reviews but Takoma Wellness gets a well deserved 5 stars! I really would leave 10 stars if I could. Quite literally, from the instant I pulled into the parking lot to begin my visit, until I left the parking lot at the end of my visit, every single one of the staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nekisha was absolutely amazing! She was a literal pleasure to meet with! When she went over my order with me, she noticed my preference when it came to choosing one thing over another, and by being so attentive, she was able to show me a couple of deals they had on different products that had my same preference in common, and also personally recommended a couple of products that fit my preferences. She communicated everything to me with kindness, knowledge, and understanding. They sell medical cannabis products grown and manufactured by registered growers in the District of Columbia. As we write this, there are 8 registered cultivation centers. Takoma Wellness Center features the best from these cultivators. The staff is super friendly; on our initial visit we Sinclair helped us out. He met us where we were and ensured we walked out with the medicine we needed. If you're looking for medical cannabis in Washington DC, head to Takoma Wellness Center. They accept patients registered in any state medical cannabis program. That's right, registered patients from any state in USA can get their cannabis from Takoma Wellness Center. I suffer from migraines and back pain for years. I decided that I cannot live taking high doses of NSAIDS daily, it was killing my stomach and probably on the long run the liver. Certain cannabis helped me reduce migraines and intake of NSAIDS to 90% less. It is not cheap, but having to pay with your stomach and liver this natural product is for sure a top option to consider if it works medically for the individual . This is by far the best dispensary around in my opinion. The customer service starts in the parking lot with the parking attendant who is always very friendly. It gets better after that you get to register outside while you’re waiting in line to get in so everything else after that is super streamlined. First of all, on-site parking and literally steps away from the metro, 10/10.My husband went in one day off a whim and says the staff was helpful with getting him to register, learning about what the offer, checking out, etc. I enjoyed the flower and decided to go myself to check the space and energy out. The staff at the front tables outside were VERY helpful in getting me to register because when I got there my phone died and I only had a screenshot of my medical card # on my iPad. Monique stepped in and she was sooo helpful. She took my ID and referenced all of my information from the email I had to show proof of my medical card. They checkout was smooth at the window and I love that they go over EVERYTHING with you before you leave. Monique is definitely my fav and I love her energy.Now, my first two times I only did pickup from the window but when I went inside I was very impressed. The energy is nice inside, and from my interactions, everyone seems to be super chill and very pleasant.I also have to give a shoutout to Melissa. I have called multiple times to inquire about things and she answers each question so there’s no confusion, and not to mention she’s soo so nice and polite. What a great experience! This was my first time visiting any dispensary. Though I live in SE I heard great things about Takoma Wellness so I made the hike up north and I was not disappointed. I had no idea what I was doing and the staff there were so amazing and helpful. Starting with the parking lot attendants who help you figure out how to navigate the parking situation. The ladies outside who helped sign me in and gave me an overview of what to expect. Once I made my way inside the woman at the desk greeted me warmly and walked me over to staff member who would be helping me. You work 1:1 with someone so there is ample opportunity to ask a million questions and learn about all the offerings. Shout out to Ashley for being awesome and kind to me- I had no idea what I was doing or where to start! But she helped guide me in the right direction and I had an awesome visit. Alan is a rockstar! He was so gracious. He offered me his chair because he noticed my limp. Was very helpful in getting me checked in as it was my first time there. The other staff were nice as well. The place is clean, organized and i felt good getting the lavender cream to assist me in healing my knee. Hopefully you will see Alan when you get there.

My Husband and I frequent this establishment and lemme tell you...BEST DISPENSARY IN THE DMV AREA. You can genuinely tell this is a family owned business. Not only do they seem to treat their employees very well, but they always know exactly how to make their customers feel like we are apart of the family as well. My husband and I travel all the way from southern Maryland (1 hr 20 min one way..but oh so worth it) just to go to their Dispensary. Their quality is high end. Worth every penny!! I suffer from migraines and back pain for years. I decided that I cannot live taking high doses of NSAIDS daily, it was killing my stomach and probably on the long run the liver. Certain cannabis helped me reduce migraines and intake of NSAIDS to 90% less. It is not cheap, but having to pay with your stomach and liver this natural product is for sure a top option to consider if it works medically for the individual . This is one of my 2 favorite dispensers in DC. Always good deals to be found and amazing staff. Not a fan of driving there, but it’s worth the results. Thanks

This is by far the best dispensary around in my opinion. The customer service starts in the parking lot with the parking attendant who is always very friendly. It gets better after that you get to register outside while you’re waiting in line to get in so everything else after that is super streamlined. A guard will let you in with a smile and a and a greeting and the fun starts. The whole facility is very organized and efficient. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very kind. The consultants are very knowledgeable and have always been very helpful and patient. And……. Best selection and deals on flowers and vapes. Takoma Wellness center has won my business and I recommend them highly.

Best dispensary in the city! (And when I say BEST? I’m talking about driving 30+ minutes from across town JUST to come here-I refuse to go to any other dispensary!)
