I have come in just a few times, today I was running on a time limit so I stopped in. The bud tenders are wonderful here! However the Bud to me is highly over priced and no medical patient discounts other than a hardship discount. I do love they offer a discount to military though I think that is pretty great! I see they also started a card program that if you go a few times you get a 10% discount for your visit and then a 20% of your 8th visit. This is the only dispensary that doesn’t check reviews, nor give any discount to a medical patient. I paid $130.00 for 3 eighths. See pics/video

The people that work here have always been super helpful with answering any questions I may have. So kudos to them for that. But its SUPER pricey compared to the rest of the state, yet alone a few minutes from mass. They seem a bit hungry for money here, but thats just how i see it. Also, the selection is usually always the same rotation which kinda sucks because people get tired of smoking the same stuff all the time.

Ugh. Have never had to start a dispensary review this way before, but.. honestly, I can NOT recommend this place to anyone unless, like me, you are desperate for delivery. I think they are they only place in this state that is delivering so far. Unfortunately for us, they seem to know it. The actual delivery was fine. However, they do not seem to offer a medical discount. According to my receipt and mathematics, there was no discount for placing my order as medical. I also made a huge mistake. Yip me, it's my fault. I misread something and ordered a product I actually did not want. I proceeded to call the store and ask about the discount and if they could do anything about the wrong product. After placing me on hold for a few minutes, she returned and said that the order WAS, in fact, a medical order.. did not say, but we don't have a discount but insisted everything was fine. Ok, whatever. I just didn't feel like arguing. So I asked about ordering the wrong product and was basically told.. too bad, so sad. Bye-bye. Wouldn't do not do a single thing for me, even being a first-time customer. MY mistake, but most places have a return policy of some sort. To not offer ANYTHING, I'm really disappointed.Now the products. BONE DRY flower. The first one I dumped out had a bunch of chafe. That hasn't happened to me in this state yet. It was not a bargain strain. The second is just as dry.Severely disappointed with the entire place. The prices are on the high side to begin with.I doubt they'll get another order from me.The only reason they got the second star was delivery experience.The fact that nobody from this place has even bothered to answer ANY of my concerns just further speaks volumes about this place and the owners.Edit: I spoke with a manager in the store a few days ago. He said that they usually don't respond to reviews. He told me that bud is dry this time of year, so it's to be expected. He stated their medical discount is a reduced tax on the order, and he will look at my order and throw me some loyalty points or something and hurried off the call.Their prices look like they're now trying to get 37.50+ per 8th. You might get lucky and find find one or two for less. However, they are Still too rich for my blood. Mother Earth and/or Aura, or Rise are the far better choices if you can get there.

If you want to buy trash go somewhere else, if you want the real deal go to Greenleaf. There's a reason there is a saying that states you get what you pay for. 5 star service and 5 star herb...

I’ve been coming here for a couple years and have bought a lot of flower. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning.The product is usually sub par.It’s either very old and turns to dust or it’s too wet and it won’t smoke. I’ve had a lot seeds and large stems lately. Some containers have the correct weight of flower, some have been quite light. The containers used to be sealed, seems like once they stopped sealing the tops is when I was noticing I wasn’t getting the correct weight of flower.The pre rolled joints are the worst. The flower is soo dry inside. It burns uneven and tastes very bad, no matter what kind you get.The pre ground ounces are also soo dry, it’s just nasty tasting flower dust.The prices here are the highest. They are at the least double, sometimes triple than most competitors. I didn’t realize how much more expensive it was here until I tried a place in Fall River.The staff here is mostly friendly. However only some tell you about the discounts available to you or if you have a credit to use. The website no longer displays the deals of the day for flower, they make you hunt for them by going through the entire list of in store flower avail. No special deals or discounts for medical card carriers either.

What happened to this place.I haven't been since 2020 but they always had great products compared to the rest of the state so I felt compelled to return even though the prices are actually the most expensive that I have seen in all of New England lately. The staff was friendly and recommended a few strains but it all just looked old like it has been sitting for weeks. Strains used to sell out here before you could even get through a line with multiple registers going. Now there is 2 registers and no line... Seems like the owners and management are living in the past and not seeing the reality in front of them. Sad to say since it was great but I would save yourself a trip and go to Seekonk or Fall River which are actually half the price for the same quality.

That basement of fall river is an extra 10 minute drive the price and quality crush anything this store could offer. People were nice but we aint going there to talk. In the end if your willing to drive to portsmouth just continue to fall river you won't be disappointed. Really sad the prices at this place and the only defense is we buy quality buds and pay our employees better. Every store has quality buds that dont try n murder our wallet. 3 8ths for 50 of 27-30% and ounces of the same quality for 65 is unbeatable. Imo avoid this place at all costs. Simply way overpriced for what they are selling.

Pretty sad when other dispensaries nearby have better prices and many more options. Not worth going anymore in my opinion. It looks like they now carry quite a decent looking selection of flower, whereas they had not when I first left my review, which was more negative. So, I am amending my previous rating in light of this update. They also appear to have the only substantial selection of concentrates in the state, at least that I can find, offering a wide range of products at various price points instead of just one or two $60 - $90 rosins. Granted, their flower is a bit pricey, but of the brands I’ve tried, also good quality, and I’d have to say it’s probably appropriate relative to the local demographic.

Overall waste of a license in my humble opinion. Seeing what's happened since going recreational, its hard to justify to anyone, medical or not, to shop with this establishment. Factually, the highest prices both medical and AU, with no justification because of matching cultivators, cultivars, and product types at every other facility in the state at a minimum of 10% less.It's a shame to let so many people and patients alike, fall without due to sheer greed and lack of oversight. Third time ordering and as a disabled medical marijuana patient I am pleased they no longer give 10% discount and that prices rose for those of us on govt allowance of poverty. Plus the infestation of a parasite called union. I hope the employees enjoy having the union take their dues for the CEO tea parties and raises. I'm looking forward to the coming years mandatory union raises for demanding more paid holidays and a fat new years bonus.

I can only think some of the lower reviews are from competitors or disgruntled ex-employees. As an out of state card holder, I had a seamless and pleasant first visit today. Coming from NJ where our program is a joke (an overpriced one at that) it was great to see what can be. You have no idea how lucky you have it here.The selection is expansive, the ample store square footage is generous and Covid friendly. The help was equally friendly, and the budtender who is from NJ an absolute sweetheart. Heartily recommend.

I've been a card holder since 2014 and I tell you back in them days Greenleaf was #1 quality and price wise but I guess greed takes over everything. First time last time customer! With all the great dispensaries around why shop here! Rude, unhelpful, I was rushed as a first time customer. I was not told about the discounts. Also plan before before you go because they don’t have a list of pre rolls and nothing was written clearly on the menus. The awesome $5.00 new patient discount I was supposed to get I never even received. The other discount I missed out on was spend $100.00 get a gram of concentrate or kief for $20.00. I spent $259.00. No mention of the discount. Very disappointed. I only gave one star because it was the only way to write a review.

I use to come here often until I realized Greenleaf charges $10-$20+ plus more for flower strains that can be found at other dispensaries for cheaper from the same vendor (same batch too). Not sure what that’s about. I only come here for the edibles, and now that’s far and few in between. Prices are as compassionate as bringing a dog back to the pound.

I am a MM patient in another state that has reciprocity with RI. I've spent two summers in RI and getting my product from Greenleaf. What a great place. There products are top shelf, as well as customer service. I've been impressed with the level of information they can provide to help me. I have a friend who has ulcerative colitis; he actually flew to RI to meet with Dr. Bock for a consult on his condition. Dr. Bock helped him pinpoint exactly which products would be best. The prices went up 20% overnight without any notifications whatsoever, the quality and quantity of the bud has been mediocre for a while now. They don't care about their staff at all...They change their relationships with farms very quickly as they only care about the $$$. I went from loving this place, to just coming here because of the commute home... I rather drive to Providence or Warwick than coming to this dispensary again. 7gs went up from $52 to $66-70 overnight... Go elsewhere you will regret the experience

Just drove an hour and a half to pick up an online order I was 15 minutes late to. Well they were closed It was only 5:15 and the website, Google and phone all say it closes at 6. Tried calling and I'm sure they took the phone off the hook since it was just a busy sound and couldn't get any customer service!!!! I went from loving this place to advising other patients to avoid it at all costs. I have bought high potency and top-shelf flower, but the quality has been so inconsistent, only hitting my expectations a handful of times. However, my most recent purchases were enough to turn me away and never look back.I bought some of what was marketed at high potency flower. What I got, however, was the furthest thing from it: an "eighth" consisting of three tiny rock hard pieces of heavy, dried up flower that literally turned to dust-like fragments when I ground it up. Yet, despite this incredibly disappointing purchase, I was still willing to give them another chance--thinking it was just a fluke. So, I decide to purchase from them once more--regrettably so-- as I received the same quality of flower, despite it being a different strain. It's unacceptable to sell what is essentially mid-grade flower for top-shelf prices. And on top of it, all this horrible treatment to their employees is the icing a top the cake. Their employees have been nothing but sweet to me and deserve better.I was really hoping this would be my go-to compassion center since it's the closest to my house, but they've made it very clear that they only care about one thing, and it's not the patients... they only care about profits.

So, because we showed up early which I have done for years here at this location for my disabled veteran mother we were kicked off of the property (and I do mean we were told to remove ourselves from the property for being there early by a female employee who decided to approach us mask-less) and im pleased to say we wont be spending anymore money there now. my mom usually drops anywhere between 300-1000$ too during a single trip to this place and as of now its been quite proven to us this facility does indeed NOT want your money at all or at least ours. Thanks for that we dont like you much either at this point 🙂 we will be taking this opportunity to go to the places in Warwick and providence, i called and they said it was fine to park there early no less .You might want to inform your employees to MASK UP when approaching others since it is one of the facility rules for employees anyways

As a caregiver of someone sick and takes medical marijuana I went to pick up my friend’s medicine for the first time at Greenleaf. I don’t understand why my friend is paying a $3.50 “convenience fee”?There is nothing convenient about Greenleaf and I certainly won’t have my friend charged $3.50 for his medicine. The same medicine is $10.00 less in Providence. Let me start off by saying the entire staff is amazing and the product is on point. However Greenleaf is focused on one thing: profits. Which is strange because they’re a non profit. You think that when a medical shop purchases grass from other growers for $1200 a pound that some of that savings would benefit employees and customers alike. However, it doesn’t. They still say quarters for $99 and grams of rosin for $70. This is price gauging plain and simple. Pay your help and stop robbing your patients.

I enjoyed my first time in. It was pricier than I am used to, but the product was really good. I liked the feel of it inside and the staff was super warm and inviting. If it wasn't such a drive for me, I would go more often! I like their online order system, that way you can get in and out quick and skip the walk in line. I know most places have this option, but I figured I would mention that it is available and very easy.

Lots of reasons...apart from their tourist prices...they don’t care about their patients. They will not accept doc’s note over fax or email, security laughed at me and told me they didn’t believe “there was anything wrong with me anyway” direct quote. Will only be going through an entire process to prove my condition to them and to prove they were wrong and what uncivilized “people” they have working security. I can see why people like the place, they sell drugs of course they’ll get great reviews, but honestly it’s worth the drive to go to summit in Warwick or even providence. I for one, will not spend another dime here. If they cared about patients, it would be a different story, but they’re in it for the money. They have no affordable options for people who don’t want to spend crazy money.

Why am I paying 60 a quarter and The quality isn’t good for that price you have your kindness at 16% THC but I’m paying $60 that’s horrible. when I open the bottle it doesn’t even look like 7g. before the pandemic started you would give the kindness $60 with tax at a higher percent THC now you guys are doing the whole opposite and giving us low percentages.

I cannot get good flower not even of any deceny. I'm not sure how it's even allowed to sell this stuff or why as dispensary you chose to carry this dispicable quality. It's an absolute hit or miss. Most of all the time my flower is so dry, no smell, taste less and harsh and just no affects. Idk what the growers or your dispensary is doing but something has to change. Your selling flower at premium prices and it's absolute dirt, dried out worthless crop. Maybe change your packaging start there? Stop blaming the weather and curing process step up and do something to change it. I'm done coming here, another dispensary offers more discounts as in 10% off every purchase also their flower packaging is different and tends to be more consistent quality also at lower prices. Which brings me to the price increase of their pre rolls. Some packs like Hanks gave gone up $55 NONE of hanks herbs is worth close to that the flower is always bunk. Also your 3 packs of pre rolls use to be 28 now they are 35 and your 7 packs went from 30 to 39 dollars. Your ripping people off. The GMO by haneualt I got today 2/11 which was very good the past 2 batches, has seeds in it is dry and no smell. A quarter I went through has 12 seeds. You can't smell or really get a good look at anything before you buy and all the specials sell out within 2 hours so sometimes you have to buy online without looking. Also a bud tender gave completely wrong information about a diesel strain and said it was definitely a indica when it was 80% sativa also lied about the smell being gassy and fruity I opened my pack and it had no smell and was so dry it crumbled in my fingers.... A It's absolutely disgusting what they are selling. Don't believe me go try for yourself, if you think otherwise you have no standard of quality I don't know why anyone keeps putting up with this. I will not be back.Edit - Update 1/1/2021The past 3 times I've went to the dispensary I have been shorted .1-.2 grams. The eights and quarters are coming under at 3.4,3.3, 6.9,6.8. this is not fair and I brought it to the attention of management and their response was their scales are calibrated daily and cannot be wrong, in transport the flower may lose weight. Also they stated the scientific weight of an 8th is not 3.5 yet they sell it as 3.5 and advertise as that. I looked up the "scientific" weight and it's 3.543 so that explaination backs nothing up of the lost weight it should be exactly 3.5. if it's losing weight in transport and packing you should know this and compensate for that and not short the customer. I got no help and spend thousands here. The least they could do was own up to it apologize and alert the growers and staff but they did not of that and instead made excuses. It is exactly like going to the pharmacy and getting 29 pills instead of your 30. It's no excuse and I may never return here, I probably will go back to the other dispensary I was going to they have the same quality, they atleast don't have discrepancy in weight I never experienced this until recently. It's a disgrace and your answer is insulting.

Very solid selection and quality. This dispensary does a great job with selecting who they get their flower from. I find that the growers they choose are of the best. I have found some amazing strains here and the staff is super helpful and their picks or opinions have not disappointed, they know their stuff. They will run sales often and their rewards program helps. Was going to another dispensary in RI but I find this one is much better quality from flower, to pre rolls, to extracts and a more helpful knowledgeable staff also they run more deals. I never had fresher or better burning pre rolls until I got one here. The freshness, taste, and perfect burn to the end. Will keep coming here for my medicine as it is the best quality found throughout New England in my experience with many dispensaries.

Staff is constantly changing. They say they move them up there not moving up in that business. The token black manager is rude and very unprofessional. The business tries to accommodate people based off mistakes they constantly make. Before they “promote within” they should properly train the new people! Contacted greenleaf to let them know, lady took my name and number and said someone will contact me , nothing .Been getting meds there for a while no issues always good product.     I have come in just a few times, today I was running on a time limit so I stopped in. The bud tenders are wonderful here! However the Bud to me is highly over priced and no medical patient discounts other than a hardship discount. I do love they offer a discount to military though I think that is pretty great! I see they also started a card program that if you go a few times you get a 10% discount for your visit and then a 20% of your 8th visit. This is the only dispensary that doesn’t check reviews, nor give any discount to a medical patient. I paid $130.00 for 3 eighths. See pics/video

    The people that work here have always been super helpful with answering any questions I may have. So kudos to them for that. But its SUPER pricey compared to the rest of the state, yet alone a few minutes from mass. They seem a bit hungry for money here, but thats just how i see it. Also, the selection is usually always the same rotation which kinda sucks because people get tired of smoking the same stuff all the time.

    Ugh. Have never had to start a dispensary review this way before, but.. honestly, I can NOT recommend this place to anyone unless, like me, you are desperate for delivery. I think they are they only place in this state that is delivering so far. Unfortunately for us, they seem to know it. The actual delivery was fine. However, they do not seem to offer a medical discount. According to my receipt and mathematics, there was no discount for placing my order as medical. I also made a huge mistake. Yip me, it's my fault. I misread something and ordered a product I actually did not want. I proceeded to call the store and ask about the discount and if they could do anything about the wrong product. After placing me on hold for a few minutes, she returned and said that the order WAS, in fact, a medical order.. did not say, but we don't have a discount but insisted everything was fine. Ok, whatever. I just didn't feel like arguing. So I asked about ordering the wrong product and was basically told.. too bad, so sad. Bye-bye. Wouldn't do not do a single thing for me, even being a first-time customer. MY mistake, but most places have a return policy of some sort. To not offer ANYTHING, I'm really disappointed.Now the products. BONE DRY flower. The first one I dumped out had a bunch of chafe. That hasn't happened to me in this state yet. It was not a bargain strain. The second is just as dry.Severely disappointed with the entire place. The prices are on the high side to begin with.I doubt they'll get another order from me.The only reason they got the second star was delivery experience.The fact that nobody from this place has even bothered to answer ANY of my concerns just further speaks volumes about this place and the owners.Edit: I spoke with a manager in the store a few days ago. He said that they usually don't respond to reviews. He told me that bud is dry this time of year, so it's to be expected. He stated their medical discount is a reduced tax on the order, and he will look at my order and throw me some loyalty points or something and hurried off the call.Their prices look like they're now trying to get 37.50+ per 8th. You might get lucky and find find one or two for less. However, they are Still too rich for my blood. Mother Earth and/or Aura, or Rise are the far better choices if you can get there.

    I’ve been coming here for a couple years and have bought a lot of flower. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning.The product is usually sub par.It’s either very old and turns to dust or it’s too wet and it won’t smoke. I’ve had a lot seeds and large stems lately. Some containers have the correct weight of flower, some have been quite light. The containers used to be sealed, seems like once they stopped sealing the tops is when I was noticing I wasn’t getting the correct weight of flower.The pre rolled joints are the worst. The flower is soo dry inside. It burns uneven and tastes very bad, no matter what kind you get.The pre ground ounces are also soo dry, it’s just nasty tasting flower dust.The prices here are the highest. They are at the least double, sometimes triple than most competitors. I didn’t realize how much more expensive it was here until I tried a place in Fall River.The staff here is mostly friendly. However only some tell you about the discounts available to you or if you have a credit to use. The website no longer displays the deals of the day for flower, they make you hunt for them by going through the entire list of in store flower avail. No special deals or discounts for medical card carriers either.

    What happened to this place.I haven't been since 2020 but they always had great products compared to the rest of the state so I felt compelled to return even though the prices are actually the most expensive that I have seen in all of New England lately. The staff was friendly and recommended a few strains but it all just looked old like it has been sitting for weeks. Strains used to sell out here before you could even get through a line with multiple registers going. Now there is 2 registers and no line... Seems like the owners and management are living in the past and not seeing the reality in front of them. Sad to say since it was great but I would save yourself a trip and go to Seekonk or Fall River which are actually half the price for the same quality.

That basement of fall river is an extra 10 minute drive the price and quality crush anything this store could offer. People were nice but we aint going there to talk. In the end if your willing to drive to portsmouth just continue to fall river you won't be disappointed. Really sad the prices at this place and the only defense is we buy quality buds and pay our employees better. Every store has quality buds that dont try n murder our wallet. 3 8ths for 50 of 27-30% and ounces of the same quality for 65 is unbeatable. Imo avoid this place at all costs. Simply way overpriced for what they are selling.

    It looks like they now carry quite a decent looking selection of flower, whereas they had not when I first left my review, which was more negative. So, I am amending my previous rating in light of this update. They also appear to have the only substantial selection of concentrates in the state, at least that I can find, offering a wide range of products at various price points instead of just one or two $60 - $90 rosins. Granted, their flower is a bit pricey, but of the brands I’ve tried, also good quality, and I’d have to say it’s probably appropriate relative to the local demographic.

Factually, the highest prices both medical and AU, with no justification because of matching cultivators, cultivars, and product types at every other facility in the state at a minimum of 10% less.It's a shame to let so many people and patients alike, fall without due to sheer greed and lack of oversight. Plus the infestation of a parasite called union. I hope the employees enjoy having the union take their dues for the CEO tea parties and raises.     I can only think some of the lower reviews are from competitors or disgruntled ex-employees. As an out of state card holder, I had a seamless and pleasant first visit today. Coming from NJ where our program is a joke (an overpriced one at that) it was great to see what can be. You have no idea how lucky you have it here.The selection is expansive, the ample store square footage is generous and Covid friendly. The help was equally friendly, and the budtender who is from NJ an absolute sweetheart. Heartily recommend.

I've been a card holder since 2014 and I tell you back in them days Greenleaf was #1 quality and price wise but I guess greed takes over everything. I would rather go to slater or even summit before I go to Greenleaf please get back to where you guys were #1 and treat your staff and customers good .

Also plan before before you go because they don’t have a list of pre rolls and nothing was written clearly on the menus. The awesome $5.00 new patient discount I was supposed to get I never even received. The other discount I missed out on was spend $100.00 get a gram of concentrate or kief for $20.00. I spent $259.00. I use to come here often until I realized Greenleaf charges $10-$20+ plus more for flower strains that can be found at other dispensaries for cheaper from the same vendor (same batch too).     I am a MM patient in another state that has reciprocity with RI. I've spent two summers in RI and getting my product from Greenleaf. What a great place. There products are top shelf, as well as customer service. I've been impressed with the level of information they can provide to help me. I have a friend who has ulcerative colitis; he actually flew to RI to meet with Dr. Bock for a consult on his condition. Dr. Bock helped him pinpoint exactly which products would be best. The prices went up 20% overnight without any notifications whatsoever, the quality and quantity of the bud has been mediocre for a while now. They don't care about their staff at all...They change their relationships with farms very quickly as they only care about the $$$. I went from loving this place, to just coming here because of the commute home... I rather drive to Providence or Warwick than coming to this dispensary again. 7gs went up from $52 to $66-70 overnight... Go elsewhere you will regret the experience
    This place is an absolute joke. The only reason anyone goes here is because there is an absolutely unAmerican MONOPOLY on medical cannabis in Rhode Island. I really hope all these crooks end up losing everything. They deserve the absolute worst.

    Just drove an hour and a half to pick up an online order I was 15 minutes late to. Well they were closed It was only 5:15 and the website, Google and phone all say it closes at 6. Tried calling and I'm sure they took the phone off the hook since it was just a busy sound and couldn't get any customer service!!!! I have no medication and will have to wait another day along with spending more time and gas on just the trip alone.

    What a joke calling themselves a compassion center!!! The prices continue to rise... $60 for an eighth of mediocre quality bud?!?! $32 for 100 mg of edibles?!?! It's $44 for eighths in Providence and Warwick that are often better quality and higher THC levels. It's $20 for 100 mg of edibles at those places. Only chose to write a review because the prices just went up again recently... shame on the ppl running this place!! You're much better getting your meds elsewhere

    I went from loving this place to advising other patients to avoid it at all costs. I have bought high potency and top-shelf flower, but the quality has been so inconsistent, only hitting my expectations a handful of times. However, my most recent purchases were enough to turn me away and never look back.I bought some of what was marketed at high potency flower. What I got, however, was the furthest thing from it: an "eighth" consisting of three tiny rock hard pieces of heavy, dried up flower that literally turned to dust-like fragments when I ground it up. Yet, despite this incredibly disappointing purchase, I was still willing to give them another chance--thinking it was just a fluke. So, I decide to purchase from them once more--regrettably so-- as I received the same quality of flower, despite it being a different strain. It's unacceptable to sell what is essentially mid-grade flower for top-shelf prices. And on top of it, all this horrible treatment to their employees is the icing a top the cake. Their employees have been nothing but sweet to me and deserve better.I was really hoping this would be my go-to compassion center since it's the closest to my house, but they've made it very clear that they only care about one thing, and it's not the patients... they only care about profits.

    So, because we showed up early which I have done for years here at this location for my disabled veteran mother we were kicked off of the property (and I do mean we were told to remove ourselves from the property for being there early by a female employee who decided to approach us mask-less) and im pleased to say we wont be spending anymore money there now. my mom usually drops anywhere between 300-1000$ too during a single trip to this place and as of now its been quite proven to us this facility does indeed NOT want your money at all or at least ours. Thanks for that we dont like you much either at this point 🙂 we will be taking this opportunity to go to the places in Warwick and providence, i called and they said it was fine to park there early no less .You might want to inform your employees to MASK UP when approaching others since it is one of the facility rules for employees anyways

Yes, Greenleaf puts out a consistent and decent product but if I had more options closer to home this would not be the place I would choose to go.     As a caregiver of someone sick and takes medical marijuana I went to pick up my friend’s medicine for the first time at Greenleaf. I don’t understand why my friend is paying a $3.50 “convenience fee”?There is nothing convenient about Greenleaf and I certainly won’t have my friend charged $3.50 for his medicine. The same medicine is $10.00 less in Providence. That adds up for someone who is unable to drive or work.Shame on you Greenleaf.Are you not a “non-profit” ?Hmmm, something isn’t Kosher here and I won’t be returning.

    Let me start off by saying the entire staff is amazing and the product is on point. However Greenleaf is focused on one thing: profits. Which is strange because they’re a non profit. You think that when a medical shop purchases grass from other growers for $1200 a pound that some of that savings would benefit employees and customers alike. However, it doesn’t. They still say quarters for $99 and grams of rosin for $70. This is price gauging plain and simple. Pay your help and stop robbing your patients.

    I enjoyed my first time in. It was pricier than I am used to, but the product was really good. I liked the feel of it inside and the staff was super warm and inviting. If it wasn't such a drive for me, I would go more often! I like their online order system, that way you can get in and out quick and skip the walk in line. I know most places have this option, but I figured I would mention that it is available and very easy.

    Lots of reasons...apart from their tourist prices...they don’t care about their patients. They will not accept doc’s note over fax or email, security laughed at me and told me they didn’t believe “there was anything wrong with me anyway” direct quote. Will only be going through an entire process to prove my condition to them and to prove they were wrong and what uncivilized “people” they have working security. I can see why people like the place, they sell drugs of course they’ll get great reviews, but honestly it’s worth the drive to go to summit in Warwick or even providence. I for one, will not spend another dime here. If they cared about patients, it would be a different story, but they’re in it for the money. They have no affordable options for people who don’t want to spend crazy money.

    I came here last week and the older gentleman working the parking lot jumped to my defense when a man in a pick up truck started acting creepy with me near my car. This man deserves all of the praise.I come regularly for the Kindness Collection flower of the day- it definitely pays off to sign up for text alerts so that you can plan to get the better strains.The staff is always super friendly and professional and the line moves quick!

    Since I been back at greenleaf the staff is wonderful. When I walked in and seen their new uniforms I felt like I was walking in Best Buy. the flower is horrible. Why am I paying 60 a quarter and The quality isn’t good for that price you have your kindness at 16% THC but I’m paying $60 that’s horrible. when I open the bottle it doesn’t even look like 7g. before the pandemic started you would give the kindness $60 with tax at a higher percent THC now you guys are doing the whole opposite and giving us low percentages.

    Update.I gave them another chance and there flower hasn't been off since my last issue. However their quality of every strain has gone completely downhill. I cannot get good flower not even of any deceny. I'm not sure how it's even allowed to sell this stuff or why as dispensary you chose to carry this dispicable quality. It's an absolute hit or miss. Most of all the time my flower is so dry, no smell, taste less and harsh and just no affects. Idk what the growers or your dispensary is doing but something has to change. Your selling flower at premium prices and it's absolute dirt, dried out worthless crop. Maybe change your packaging start there? Stop blaming the weather and curing process step up and do something to change it. I'm done coming here, another dispensary offers more discounts as in 10% off every purchase also their flower packaging is different and tends to be more consistent quality also at lower prices. Which brings me to the price increase of their pre rolls. Some packs like Hanks gave gone up $55 NONE of hanks herbs is worth close to that the flower is always bunk. Also your 3 packs of pre rolls use to be 28 now they are 35 and your 7 packs went from 30 to 39 dollars. Your ripping people off. The GMO by haneualt I got today 2/11 which was very good the past 2 batches, has seeds in it is dry and no smell. A quarter I went through has 12 seeds. You can't smell or really get a good look at anything before you buy and all the specials sell out within 2 hours so sometimes you have to buy online without looking. Also a bud tender gave completely wrong information about a diesel strain and said it was definitely a indica when it was 80% sativa also lied about the smell being gassy and fruity I opened my pack and it had no smell and was so dry it crumbled in my fingers.... A It's absolutely disgusting what they are selling. Don't believe me go try for yourself, if you think otherwise you have no standard of quality I don't know why anyone keeps putting up with this. I will not be back.Edit - Update 1/1/2021The past 3 times I've went to the dispensary I have been shorted .1-.2 grams. The eights and quarters are coming under at 3.4,3.3, 6.9,6.8. this is not fair and I brought it to the attention of management and their response was their scales are calibrated daily and cannot be wrong, in transport the flower may lose weight. Also they stated the scientific weight of an 8th is not 3.5 yet they sell it as 3.5 and advertise as that. I looked up the "scientific" weight and it's 3.543 so that explaination backs nothing up of the lost weight it should be exactly 3.5. if it's losing weight in transport and packing you should know this and compensate for that and not short the customer. I got no help and spend thousands here. The least they could do was own up to it apologize and alert the growers and staff but they did not of that and instead made excuses. It is exactly like going to the pharmacy and getting 29 pills instead of your 30. It's no excuse and I may never return here, I probably will go back to the other dispensary I was going to they have the same quality, they atleast don't have discrepancy in weight I never experienced this until recently. It's a disgrace and your answer is insulting.

    Very solid selection and quality. This dispensary does a great job with selecting who they get their flower from. I find that the growers they choose are of the best. I have found some amazing strains here and the staff is super helpful and their picks or opinions have not disappointed, they know their stuff. They will run sales often and their rewards program helps. Was going to another dispensary in RI but I find this one is much better quality from flower, to pre rolls, to extracts and a more helpful knowledgeable staff also they run more deals. I never had fresher or better burning pre rolls until I got one here. The freshness, taste, and perfect burn to the end. Will keep coming here for my medicine as it is the best quality found throughout New England in my experience with many dispensaries.

    Staff is constantly changing. They say they move them up there not moving up in that business. The token black manager is rude and very unprofessional. The business tries to accommodate people based off mistakes they constantly make. Before they “promote within” they should properly train the new people! They lost many clients due to the poor service I have gotten multiple times. Not worth the drive for rude unprofessional service.

    Purchased some meds there yesterday got the sherbert . It was full of seeds and hermies cant even smoke the product . Contacted greenleaf to let them know, lady took my name and number and said someone will contact me , nothing .Been getting meds there for a while no issues always good product. But this time they failed to inform customers the medicine has seeds in it. They usually let people know. If this had happened. I would of brought something else.

    Had a wonderful experience. Staff is very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and helped me pick out a treatment that can aid the side effects of treatment for my current disease. Highly recommend to anyone going through any kind of cancer treatment to give this approach a shot. It will help in keeping the medicine down.
