This place is a complete scam and should be shut down. They make it sound like they’re selling real THC products, but in my experience, the product did not contain THC Unless you’re trying to get delta — very misleading advertising. Originally, I was told the eighth (with a small RAW rolling papers) would be $55 if I paid by card, but with cash it came out to $40. Even then, when I went back to request a refund they wouldn’t give me one, so I asked for a shirt instead.When I asked for compensation because it wasn’t actual THC, the staff were extremely rude both on the phone and in person. They insisted everything was legit, but anyone who actually knows cannabis can tell it isn’t. I live in a state where recreational cannabis is legal — I know the difference.They gave me a t-shirt, but a shirt does not make up for being misled. If you’re a tourist, don’t waste your money here. Go to a licensed dispensary with your medical card or find a trusted local source.On top of that, once I submitted my review yesterday, they started harassing me with nasty text messages — threatening to involve “legal enforcement” and even saying they would go to my job (as if they’d care). Another thing that actually made me laugh was them claiming I asked for narcotics, which I never once did.And I love how they claim to be a “certified dispensary,” but they never once asked for identification or an ID to confirm the age of 21. For all I know, they could be selling to minors. This place is corrupt, unprofessional, and clearly has nothing better to do than harass customers who speak the truth.If I were a tourist, I would definitely avoid this spot, because it seems like that’s who they try to mislead and take advantage of. Unless you’re specifically looking for CBD/ DELTA PRODUCTS and non-THC products, this is the place for you

CBD but person working the counter will miss lead you to think it’s medical marijuana which in fact was Delta. I asked the man at the counter and he assured me it was not CBD or delta. The 8th was expensive and the weed is trash. They take advantage of tourist. At the end of the day it seems like a small business who really needs the money so I understand the hustle but at least be honest with customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Traveled here with my lady for my birthday and came to stop at this dispensary I met an amazing person by the name of TJ who also works there who was very helpful and did an amazing job making sure I was taking care of I will definitely recommend my peoples from nyc or anywhere to come straight to tJ and I will definitely be back my self thank you guys and thank you TJ you are the best!!!

Warning: Avoid This Sketchy Dispensary in Old San JuanMy friends and I stumbled upon a place in Old San Juan that turned out to be a total nightmare. Let me share our cautionary tale so you can steer clear of this shady spot.Initial Encounter: We were approached by a seemingly legitimate establishment that promised a 30-day card for cannabis use. All we had to do was pay $65 in cash. Since we were in Old San Juan, we figured it was convenient and didn’t hesitate.Waiting Game: We handed over the cash and were told it would take no longer than an hour to process the card. Two hours passed, and still no call. Annoyed, we returned to the place, only to be informed that our cards weren’t ready yet.Guard Intervention: Desperate to get our cards, we spoke to a girl who went outside to chat with the guard. She assured him that we were legit and should be allowed in. But guess what? Still no card.Pricey Purchase: Frustrated, we finally got inside. The guy there sold us a half-gram cartridge for a whopping $60. As I was leaving, they casually mentioned that I could buy a battery down the street. Seriously?The Cost: In the end, this whole ordeal cost us a staggering $150 for a measly half-gram cart. Outrageous!No System, No Accountability: To add insult to injury, we discovered that we weren’t even in their system. Apparently, they never bothered to apply for the proper cards or register us. Instead, they operate some mysterious internal system.Verdict: Stay far away from this place. Their practices are not only unethical but also illegal. Let’s hope they get shut down soon to protect others from falling into the same trap. 🚫🌿

DO NOT COME TO THIS DISPENSARY! If I could give zero stars I WOULD! You will be scammed for tourist licensed for $65. When the health department charges $40. As well as being charged double for half gram carts($60) & no battery device. I never received my 30 day tourist license, as “system” was slow. They just let me and after going to BEWELL another dispensary! They explained to me they have heard a lot of this happening. I would recommend that dispensary as they are fair with their prices and explanations. I hate being taken advantage of as a tourist, so I’m writing this review so it doesn’t happen to anybody else visiting Old San Juan.

The initial experience was great. The local card process took longer than estimated but we explored the city while we waited. The preroll at the smaller store was not good at all but the flower was okay, not great. It took several calls and texts to get my med card sent over to use in other places in Puerto Rico. They did get it over to me though.

This was a great experience going in there and felt alive and lively the customer service was absolutely tremendous the selection of products that displays and everything else the service people were especially great to talk to because I felt like I was talking to a best friend when I was talking about these things
