Okay product/experience. The sketchiest cannabis store I've visited and purchased from, yet(IN PR). First time I visited wasn't very welcoming, second attempt they messed up my order. The register/budtender was nice.

Had a very positive experience. Staff is very welcoming, courteous and respectful. Highly recommend this dispensary. Very culturally competent and LGBT+ friendly.

Honest review;Staff were not welcoming, didn’t have a good variety of products. Most irritating was that you couldn’t see any of the flower and didn’t give me the correct product. Would not go there again!

My first visit with Marimed was normal. The host was very friendly. I came home and weighed all of the canisters and had no surprises. On my second visit, there was a younger girl and she was also super friendly but she did not give me what I paid for. On almost every container of medication I was drastically missing .1 to .5 grams of medication. Only one of the 3.5 gram containers had contained said amount. I purchased an ounce total but was short about 1.4 grams. I am a research scientist and surely know how to "tare" and use a digital scale. I have written a formal complaint to them via email and resent it 3x and they will not respond. I can not recommend this place to anyone. At a minimum at least one of the staff members does not know how to use a scale and no one is responsible enough to answer emails from customers.Two very basic things a customer needs when buying medical Marijuana. Confidence that someone knows how to weigh the product and use a simple digital scale. Obviously I have no confidence in Marimeds ability to dispense medical marijuana accurately after this. Trust is another mandatory but basic need. Irregardless if the host inadvertently weighed all of the canisters wrong or stole a little bit from almost every one of the canisters, they still have lost my trust. Their is no excuse for this dispensary. They could say their Email server is broke as an excuse for not answering my emails and their scale was broke and giving bad readings and none of that would give me my Trust or confidence back. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for.
