This is my second visit to the dispensary. Good prices and good hours. The first time, the budtender served me very well, but he was under a lot of work pressure because his boss was messaging him about a problem while he was trying to serve me, which created total stress for the poor budtender. He didn't say anything to me but listening between the lines what he was talking to his partner was of an administrative nature.Today I tried to sort on Weedmaps, but all the information was incomplete (FATAL). I called and was told to download the THC app, which also had incomplete information (worse), so I decided to go to the dispensary at 6:15 p.m. (I admit that it was a little late) to place my order in person, since I couldn't do it online. I asked the budtender for recommendations, he was pretty quick and accurate with only one option. I mentioned to him that I didn't have all the money at that time and that if he could go to the car for a moment, which he agreed to do without any problem.Returning in a minute, the dispensary was beginning to fill up. I asked the budtender to show me the Shake and Trim, and he said I had to get back in line. At no time did he tell me if he wanted something else or if the order was complete. He mentioned to me that they were very busy and he had to continue serving other customers, showing quite a bit of desperation, which clearly reflected the pressure they received from management to deliver regardless of the service.I explained to him that I was not going to wait in line again, since this had not happened to me in any other dispensary, and that I had tried to order online to avoid the rush, but unfortunately it was not possible because the information was not complete. He told me that they do not handle online orders, that it is very likely that they would not be ready when it arrived because they do not manage them online. So, they are busy at the dispensary, they cannot handle in-person orders, and management is not responsible for improving the online operation to reduce the budtenders' workload and improve the customer experience.This is not the service any patient deserves, nor should employees be working under such pressure.Also, don't ask your employees about this comment while they are on shift. Hold meetings where you can discuss these problems without stressing your team while caring for patients since this affects the quality of service and therefore less money for you, which seems to be your only purpose.Now, reading other comments, I see that here it is just producing and shipping, with no focus on service and quality.
You have to buy what they tell you, seems like a point. You ask them for a folder to buy according to the laboratories for health and they get upset. They didn't say good afternoon or thank you. Wow something so basic. They are not educated enough as health professionals.

This was exactly what I needed to alleviate my symptoms, and I couldn't have asked for a better result.In addition to the flower, THC The Health Clinic also offers an array of other cannabis products such as edibles, concentrates, and topicals. Although I didn't personally try these on this visit, I plan to explore more of their offerings in the future.In summary, I am quite pleased with my experience at THC The Health Clinic in Mayaguez. The friendly staff, good selection, and outstanding quality of the cannabis make it a worthwhile destination for medicinal cannabis users. While there's some room for improvement in terms of flower variety, the overall experience was positive, and I look forward to my next visit.
