I will recommended zen leaf York to anyone who listen frank, Vic and the whole team at the York location are amazing always willing to go above and beyond to help people find exactly what it is they are looking for. Always greeted with a warm hello when I enter. If there is a problem they are always very quick to fix and very accommodating to people’s needs. They make the experience so much nicer and easier on any customer very knowledgeable and always have good advice.

Best Dispensary in the area. Huge shoutout to the staff for helping me when in severe pain. They really went the extra mile to help me save money and even opened two registers to get line moving for me as I was in line, in pain from cervical spinal cord injury.Excellent products as well. You wont find a better dispensary in this area at this time or perhaps ever. 🫶A+++++++

I was sold a defective product. They will not make good on it. I opened it after the 14 days return policy. When I went to the store I was told to charge it. When I contacted the manufacturer I was told you had to have a special thing on your phone to activate it. I am out $70. They are offering me a $15 price match for another item. I will never go back to the York store again. The staff is selling merchandise. They don't know how to use. Doesn't sound like a medical facility to me

I love zen prices are great people are great point system is beyond others but I know this ain't zen but I got an 1/8th of animal kush from savvy and it had a giant thick hair in it savvy is lucky this ain't my good that is beyond disgusting thought id just throw that in there

Travis (The guy manager I believe that’s his name) was great! Super awesome guy! He definitely makes regular shopping customers feel good about their purchases and makes them want to keep coming back! I shop here at least once a week, and am appreciative of The managers and kind staff.

I had a sewage backup in my basement due to roots in the drain line outside of the house. I didn't care much about the how and why I just didn't want sewage in my basement ever again. We had a line running under the ground in the basement that they also discovered was in bad shape. Again, I had a problem and left the solution to the professionals. They recommended 20k of work and we asked to just do what was necessary to stop the sewage issue. They recommended installing new interior drain lines and abandoning the old lines in the floor. So we paid 10k to have this done. The old line was left connected to the exterior line, which is where the clog was happening due to roots. So now when there is a clog outside of the house the sewage just backs up into the old abandoned line and eventually out of the old clean out and into my basement. They took our money and did not fix the problem. We have had several people out to assess the situation and not one of them will stand behind or even talk about the previous work. We pay for their monthly fee and figured at least we had our plumber for all the problems our old house has. This has been a terrible experience and I would caution anyone against using this company. The insanely high prices are one thing but not getting what you pay those prices for is even worse. We have used this company for years for small things and this was the first big job we used them for. It's been a disaster and I'm now being told the only fix is another 12k to replace the exterior lines. I would have gladly done that had we not already sunk 10k into something that didn't fix the problem AT ALL. I hate to say it but I feel like they stole from me. Hire this company at your own risk, you too could be one of the people like me and many others who get ripped off.

Absolute horrible customer service by management. I will never shop here again. I bought RSO capsules and when I opened the sealed bottle it was empty. The manager on duty said GrassRoots policy left it to Zen Leafs discretion and walked away. The representative helping then went in the back. The manager didnt come back to speak with me but the representative said they were not going to make it right. This implies management thought I was trying to scheme and didnt believe me. I have better things to do with my time than scheme Zen Leaf for $80. Awful management and ridiculously high prices. Stay away.

Staff went above and beyond and made my first trip to York Zen a great experience. I normally use Harrisburg location. Got some great deals love the Tin Tuesday's Spent 1,350 and with discounts walked out paying $675.. Keep doing what your doing and again awesome staff!
