I have been coming to this establishment since they opened. I don’t know how many years that has been at least four. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I am one of their regulars. They see me every single week almost every other day. I am a loyal customer Mike the manager is a very disrespectful man. I have never complained not once they have messed up my order multiple times and also didn’t give me military discount because it was a mistake and they forgot or whatever the case may be is. Tonight they messed up my order again. I’m getting ready for the holidays. I work two jobs. I didn’t wanna go back-and-forth. I had to take a 2 Hour Dr. because the representative put my order in wrong and completely charged me wrong. I own a business and every business should take accountability. I brought it up to Mike and he was very disrespectful and told me mistakes happens and put his hands up after that I walked to the front and asked for corporate. They had to contact him because they cannot find a number after he found out I was contacting in corporate. He then tried to offer me free things for my inconvenience. But before we were at the counter, he would not do a thing for me. This establishment is amazing but if I’m getting treated like this, it’s not right at all specially for someone who spends the amount of money that I do. after everything happened, he gave me a number. Her name was Heather. It was not corporate’s office. She was Head of marketing thankfully she helped me and was super sweet and very helpful and got me through to corporate.

it was my first time coming here on monday and i haven't had my medical card since 2022.. so a lot has changed in the medical world. I wanted to speak with a pharmacist about selecting the correct options and had to wait a little due to their main pharmacist being off. That was no problem, the pharmacist that I spoke with on the phone was so knowledgeable! He helped me feel comfortable about trying this again. The staff are very friendly, the manager was also kind as well. I will be back when i’m in town 🙂

The literal only reason I come here is if I’m in the area or if they have an amazing deal that’s too good to pass up. They have a decent selection as well. Beyond that, I can’t stand this place. Luckily we have plenty of options these days so I don’t need to come here regularly. But I do feel bad for people who doing have accessibility to more options.First, curbside takes painfully long and they prioritize patients who walk in. I’m disabled and walking is incredibly painful and complicated. Why offer curbside if we’re not treated the same as other patients? Not to mention, the whole process of curbside is beyond inefficient. Why not take my money and ID in the same trip? Going back and forth 3 times makes no sense. Curbside should be quick, like the grocery store line for less than 10 items.One time I came for curbside and there were no spots available. I had to park at a spot next to curbside. I alerted staff I had arrived, but 30 minutes passed before I called to see what was going on. At that point they informed me I have to move to the curbside spot as soon as it becomes available. Was nobody going to come tell me that? They saw the notification that I arrived but just let me sit and wait?THIS TIME, I arrive. The staff member tells me I have X amount of points and asks if I want to use them. I say yes. 3 minutes later they come back with my change telling me they forgot to use my points. Considering I’m never here, I asked the staff to please fix it and honor my points for this transaction. They were apologetic and happy to do so, but my thing is… how did you forget within the span of 3 minutes. Also, fix the mistake before you come back out to me. Don’t wait for me to ask you to fix it. The entire trip took 25 minutes from start to finish and that’s unacceptable. Especially when I’m seeing multiple patients going in and out as I’m sitting there waiting.

Every time I've been to this location, the staff has been stellar. Super helpful, sociable, polite, and efficient. It's so simple to order online and pick up your ready-to-go order.I decided to write this review because today I witnessed a customer being belligerent to one of the employees. He had placed a huge order and was upset that he had to wait while they applied the legally-required prescription stickers on each item. He would not stop harassing this poor woman and, when she tried to get her manager involved, the customer acted like nothing had happened -- only to continue badgering her moments later.To everyone at this store, I just want you to know, you're awesome and don't deserve that kind of hassle. Please try to remember all the people you help, are happy with the service, and don't remember to stop and say nice things.

Added an Edit to the bottom.Usually, the experiences here are good, and the people are friendly. The last time I went in, I had $24 in points, which isn’t an outstanding amount, but it’s still $24. I had come in and had already ordered ahead of time, but I asked to add a few things I saw on the menu to the order. There was some confusion; they thought I was only getting the stuff I was supposed to add. After realizing that, they went and grabbed the rest and came back, but when coming back, my order disappeared off the screen and said it was completed(their words); they called a manager over to sort things out, and then, thinking everything was good now, I went through with the payment, even though the total of 137+49 totaled out to $186, and I was charged $210. Still, I just trusted that it was all figured out, and I didn't check the receipt while there. When I left, they told me I had $15 in points now, and then I went to the car and checked the receipt. 0 points were used for the purchase, but my previous $24 in points are gone. I went right back in, knowing I wasn't charged the right amount, but at the time, I thought I was overcharged for something, only to realize that my points were missing after I went back out. When I was in there, though, I was told all flower purchases are final, so I’m just screwed out of the $24 and quite disappointed, especially given the fact that I'm a regular and usually spend over $200 a week. Overall, I don't mind my experiences here, but based on this experience, I’m giving it two stars because I know if I try to get those points back, it’ll be a struggle based on past experiences, even just redeeming things. Which it shouldn't be.Edit: Everything was sorted out without me having to reach out, so I’m changing it back to what it should be based on all my previous experiences — which is 5 star. Leaving the review up in case anyone runs into the same concern.

Been here 4 or 5 times. Today I was forced to pull into a curbside spot to avoid a hazard in the firelane. It was either pull into the curbside spot or become part of a car accident. I was spending money at the business anyway so what was the harm leaving my car parked safely? The front desk was adamant that no sales could be made since I didn't have a curbside order. She insisted I move my vehicle out of the curbside spot before signing me in. She was firm and right about the rules. I will be reporting this, this is classic false advertising and the management knows but let this go on. This stuff is not cheap and for this business to cheat people is not helpful.

updating my last terrible review of this dispo. just sat outside for a curbside order for an hour. only to have to come in and pay cause their cheap card readers suck. when i went inside i could hear a pin drop. empty. no customers. what took so long? these employees are literally talentless losers. awful at their equivalent to mcdonald’s jobs. never going here again. if it ain’t this, it’s a 55 min wait inside cause they have no system in place and 3 employees. 🤦🏼♂️ 🤡

This is the only Pennsylvania Dispensary I have visited so far and as such I don't really have a base line for good vs great or excellent service. I usually do online orders so never really have any questions, but from what I've overheard, they are knowledgeable and patient when assisting others. I also like how they let you know how many rewards points you have. Beyond that, there are always sales going on, and they're well stocked with my favorite companies.Lastly, I just want to shout out the security woman that was working the front door today. My friend purchased a product from here and it was defective and they did not help him out at all. He paid a lot of money for the product and came back right away with it saying it does not work but they did not help him. It was also an expensive product and they offered no solution or any help. As a business you should stand by products that you sell and customer service should offer guidance or at the very least tell my friend to contact the manufacturer. I hope they improve their customer service and experience as they are new in the area.

I have been coming to this establishment since they opened. I don’t know how many years that has been at least four. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I am one of their regulars. They see me every single week almost every other day. I am a loyal customer Mike the manager is a very disrespectful man. I have never complained not once they have messed up my order multiple times and also didn’t give me military discount because it was a mistake and they forgot or whatever the case may be is. Tonight they messed up my order again. I’m getting ready for the holidays. I work two jobs. I didn’t wanna go back-and-forth. I had to take a 2 Hour Dr. because the representative put my order in wrong and completely charged me wrong. I own a business and every business should take accountability. I brought it up to Mike and he was very disrespectful and told me mistakes happens and put his hands up after that I walked to the front and asked for corporate. They had to contact him because they cannot find a number after he found out I was contacting in corporate. He then tried to offer me free things for my inconvenience. But before we were at the counter, he would not do a thing for me. This establishment is amazing but if I’m getting treated like this, it’s not right at all specially for someone who spends the amount of money that I do. after everything happened, he gave me a number. Her name was Heather. It was not corporate’s office. She was Head of marketing thankfully she helped me and was super sweet and very helpful and got me through to corporate.

it was my first time coming here on monday and i haven't had my medical card since 2022.. so a lot has changed in the medical world. I wanted to speak with a pharmacist about selecting the correct options and had to wait a little due to their main pharmacist being off. That was no problem, the pharmacist that I spoke with on the phone was so knowledgeable! He helped me feel comfortable about trying this again. The staff are very friendly, the manager was also kind as well. I will be back when i’m in town 🙂

The literal only reason I come here is if I’m in the area or if they have an amazing deal that’s too good to pass up. They have a decent selection as well. Beyond that, I can’t stand this place. Luckily we have plenty of options these days so I don’t need to come here regularly. But I do feel bad for people who doing have accessibility to more options.First, curbside takes painfully long and they prioritize patients who walk in. I’m disabled and walking is incredibly painful and complicated. Why offer curbside if we’re not treated the same as other patients? Not to mention, the whole process of curbside is beyond inefficient. Why not take my money and ID in the same trip? Going back and forth 3 times makes no sense. Curbside should be quick, like the grocery store line for less than 10 items.One time I came for curbside and there were no spots available. I had to park at a spot next to curbside. I alerted staff I had arrived, but 30 minutes passed before I called to see what was going on. At that point they informed me I have to move to the curbside spot as soon as it becomes available. Was nobody going to come tell me that? They saw the notification that I arrived but just let me sit and wait?THIS TIME, I arrive. The staff member tells me I have X amount of points and asks if I want to use them. I say yes. 3 minutes later they come back with my change telling me they forgot to use my points. Considering I’m never here, I asked the staff to please fix it and honor my points for this transaction. They were apologetic and happy to do so, but my thing is… how did you forget within the span of 3 minutes. Also, fix the mistake before you come back out to me. Don’t wait for me to ask you to fix it. The entire trip took 25 minutes from start to finish and that’s unacceptable. Especially when I’m seeing multiple patients going in and out as I’m sitting there waiting.

Every time I've been to this location, the staff has been stellar. Super helpful, sociable, polite, and efficient. It's so simple to order online and pick up your ready-to-go order.I decided to write this review because today I witnessed a customer being belligerent to one of the employees. He had placed a huge order and was upset that he had to wait while they applied the legally-required prescription stickers on each item. He would not stop harassing this poor woman and, when she tried to get her manager involved, the customer acted like nothing had happened -- only to continue badgering her moments later.To everyone at this store, I just want you to know, you're awesome and don't deserve that kind of hassle. Please try to remember all the people you help, are happy with the service, and don't remember to stop and say nice things.

Added an Edit to the bottom.Usually, the experiences here are good, and the people are friendly. The last time I went in, I had $24 in points, which isn’t an outstanding amount, but it’s still $24. I had come in and had already ordered ahead of time, but I asked to add a few things I saw on the menu to the order. There was some confusion; they thought I was only getting the stuff I was supposed to add. After realizing that, they went and grabbed the rest and came back, but when coming back, my order disappeared off the screen and said it was completed(their words); they called a manager over to sort things out, and then, thinking everything was good now, I went through with the payment, even though the total of 137+49 totaled out to $186, and I was charged $210. Still, I just trusted that it was all figured out, and I didn't check the receipt while there. When I left, they told me I had $15 in points now, and then I went to the car and checked the receipt. 0 points were used for the purchase, but my previous $24 in points are gone. I went right back in, knowing I wasn't charged the right amount, but at the time, I thought I was overcharged for something, only to realize that my points were missing after I went back out. When I was in there, though, I was told all flower purchases are final, so I’m just screwed out of the $24 and quite disappointed, especially given the fact that I'm a regular and usually spend over $200 a week. Overall, I don't mind my experiences here, but based on this experience, I’m giving it two stars because I know if I try to get those points back, it’ll be a struggle based on past experiences, even just redeeming things. Which it shouldn't be.Edit: Everything was sorted out without me having to reach out, so I’m changing it back to what it should be based on all my previous experiences — which is 5 star. Leaving the review up in case anyone runs into the same concern.

Been here 4 or 5 times. Today I was forced to pull into a curbside spot to avoid a hazard in the firelane. It was either pull into the curbside spot or become part of a car accident. I was spending money at the business anyway so what was the harm leaving my car parked safely? The front desk was adamant that no sales could be made since I didn't have a curbside order. She insisted I move my vehicle out of the curbside spot before signing me in. She was firm and right about the rules. Second time I’ve ordered online for curbside and a product was not what it was advertised as. Tried speaking with the manager to exchange and no help. Very rude and unwilling to help. I will be reporting this, this is classic false advertising and the management knows but let this go on. This stuff is not cheap and for this business to cheat people is not helpful.

updating my last terrible review of this dispo. just sat outside for a curbside order for an hour. only to have to come in and pay cause their cheap card readers suck. when i went inside i could hear a pin drop. empty. no customers. what took so long? these employees are literally talentless losers. awful at their equivalent to mcdonald’s jobs. never going here again. if it ain’t this, it’s a 55 min wait inside cause they have no system in place and 3 employees. 🤦🏼♂️ 🤡

This is the only Pennsylvania Dispensary I have visited so far and as such I don't really have a base line for good vs great or excellent service. I usually do online orders so never really have any questions, but from what I've overheard, they are knowledgeable and patient when assisting others. I also like how they let you know how many rewards points you have. Beyond that, there are always sales going on, and they're well stocked with my favorite companies.Lastly, I just want to shout out the security woman that was working the front door today. This place is truly amazing. Everyone is super upbeat and knowledgeable. I've had great success from various employees here, with recommendations and discounts on premium medicine. Nobody tries to rush you out because it's busy. Never pressured to buy anything other than what you've asked for. I've been coming here since they opened, everything that I've purchased has been phenomenal. I recommend the Moxie sour diesel ( or anything by Moxie) also Insa is superb especially the Growers reserve.Some things are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Thanks Vytal

My friend purchased a product from here and it was defective and they did not help him out at all. He paid a lot of money for the product and came back right away with it saying it does not work but they did not help him. It was also an expensive product and they offered no solution or any help. As a business you should stand by products that you sell and customer service should offer guidance or at the very least tell my friend to contact the manufacturer. I hope they improve their customer service and experience as they are new in the area.

This is by far the worst dispensary i’ve ever been to ill rather go to a drug dealer .. the carts they sell are defective and they wont let you return them.. ive been to dispensaries all over the us this one is trash go to ethos or liberty
