Been here 4 or 5 times. Today I was forced to pull into a curbside spot to avoid a hazard in the firelane. It was either pull into the curbside spot or become part of a car accident. I was spending money at the business anyway so what was the harm leaving my car parked safely? The front desk was adamant that no sales could be made since I didn't have a curbside order. She insisted I move my vehicle out of the curbside spot before signing me in. She was firm and right about the rules. I reluctantly moved my car to another dispensary since there are two better ones nearby on Rt 309. 7/25/24 1:15PM

I came in for a second time today to return something because a seal was broken. The manager on duty wanted me to sign a release form for personal information. I questioned what it was about and he could barely explain it to me. After reading the form it said you can refuse to sign. So I refused to sign because I do not want to authorize giving my personal information out. He came back and said that regardless if I sign the form or not they will be releasing my information. Why even have the form? This isn't right.I called the general manager 2 weeks ago and left a message. Never called back.

Found the dispensary online. They're apparently they only dispensary in the area that sells a specific product that works for me. After ordering i never received any confirmation and after a day received a message saying the order was cancelled due to lack of pick up.

I came in for a second time today to return something because a seal was broken. The manager on duty wanted me to sign a release form for personal information. I questioned what it was about and he could barely explain it to me. After reading the form it said you can refuse to sign. So I refused to sign because I do not want to authorize giving my personal information out. He came back and said that regardless if I sign the form or not they will be releasing my information. Why even have the form? This isn't right.

Second time I’ve ordered online for curbside and a product was not what it was advertised as. Tried speaking with the manager to exchange and no help. Very rude and unwilling to help. I will be reporting this, this is classic false advertising and the management knows but let this go on. This stuff is not cheap and for this business to cheat people is not helpful.

updating my last terrible review of this dispo. just sat outside for a curbside order for an hour. only to have to come in and pay cause their cheap card readers suck. when i went inside i could hear a pin drop. empty. no customers. what took so long? these employees are literally talentless losers. awful at their equivalent to mcdonald’s jobs. never going here again. if it ain’t this, it’s a 55 min wait inside cause they have no system in place and 3 employees. 🤦🏼♂️ 🤡

This is the only Pennsylvania Dispensary I have visited so far and as such I don't really have a base line for good vs great or excellent service. That said I have had no problem at all with this location. The staff is very accommodating. Online orders are processed and available quickly. All and all a pleasant experience.

I've been here enough that I'm overdue to write a review. All of the staff I've encountered are always welcoming, kind, and down to earth. I usually do online orders so never really have any questions, but from what I've overheard, they are knowledgeable and patient when assisting others. I also like how they let you know how many rewards points you have. Beyond that, there are always sales going on, and they're well stocked with my favorite companies.Lastly, I just want to shout out the security woman that was working the front door today. She was especially friendly and took the time to wish every single person a happy new year as they left, and they were quite busy. Stuff like that is what keeps me coming back.

I've been going here for a year and a half now and can honestly say I always have a good experience, no matter who takes care of me. Yesterday I asked a question if they have recertification people that come there sometimes. No they don't but he directed me to the PA mmj website and also gave me a discount code. Let me tell you how that man just saved me an extra 150. Thank you so much for taking your time out to help and for always being so pleasant. Always saying Hi and Bye. Some days I come to Vytal beat down from my day and in pain, but from security to every one I am in contact with on that day always makes me feel better mentally. My friend purchased a product from here and it was defective and they did not help him out at all. He paid a lot of money for the product and came back right away with it saying it does not work but they did not help him. It was also an expensive product and they offered no solution or any help. As a business you should stand by products that you sell and customer service should offer guidance or at the very least tell my friend to contact the manufacturer. I hope they improve their customer service and experience as they are new in the area.

This is the only Pennsylvania Dispensary I have visited so far and as such I don't really have a base line for good vs great or excellent service. That said I have had no problem at all with this location. The staff is very accommodating. Online orders are processed and available quickly. All and all a pleasant experience.

I've been here enough that I'm overdue to write a review. All of the staff I've encountered are always welcoming, kind, and down to earth. I usually do online orders so never really have any questions, but from what I've overheard, they are knowledgeable and patient when assisting others. I also like how they let you know how many rewards points you have. Beyond that, there are always sales going on, and they're well stocked with my favorite companies.Lastly, I just want to shout out the security woman that was working the front door today. She was especially friendly and took the time to wish every single person a happy new year as they left, and they were quite busy. Stuff like that is what keeps me coming back.

My friend purchased a product from here and it was defective and they did not help him out at all. He paid a lot of money for the product and came back right away with it saying it does not work but they did not help him. It was also an expensive product and they offered no solution or any help. As a business you should stand by products that you sell and customer service should offer guidance or at the very least tell my friend to contact the manufacturer. I hope they improve their customer service and experience as they are new in the area.
