I was denied service because I don't have a car. I've been here many times, all fine experiences. Until today where I was *instructed* to stand in the drive through and was then personally belittled by the man on the intercom for not owning a car. I was then refused service (for an online order that was already packed). I know they had a leak in the store, but there was absolutely no effort made to help me in any way, and in fact all I got was a man talking down to me like I was a child. I have spent thousands here over the past few years, and today's experience makes me never ever want to return. Incredibly disrespected and humiliated. I will go to the other dispensaries where they treat disabled people like human beings.

Called Customer service and Daniel from the call center walked me through the process as a new patient. I discussed my Dr.’s Recommendations and his knowledge and care were awesome. Then I got to the facility to pick up my order and again treated very respectfully and wow what a beautiful facility. The person I was picking up from walked me through everything I needed to know as I again was uneducated on use. Respectful, informative, caring and fun staff! This place has a long future if they continue hiring such amazing people! Thank you!

This place is such a joke. Worst selection of products in the whole state, especially the flower. Not sure if they just carry whatever they can get for cheap, hide products for themselves, or let one or two customers buy up all the good stuff, but it’s definitely one of those reasons. Nothing but garbage in stock 24/7. Something seems very off about this place compared to other dispensaries. I’ve become so aggravated that I felt like a review was necessary. Everyone should have an opportunity to get medical products that will help them. I suggest shopping elsewhere so you don’t waste your money. This stuff is already way too expensive.

They stole my card, claimed to put it in my bag, and lied about security footage proof. If it were in the bag, I wouldn’t have been able to see it anyway, as it is pitch black. A sensitive piece of information like an ID should be handed back to the person, not thrown in a bag out of your line of sight, only to find out they just took it.

My issue is I wasn’t given the correct amount of change after purchasing a product that was advertised as being on sale 30, so I purchased. Double check receipts to make sure the employees checking you out applied the discount without having to “ remind” them. Silly games.

Zen Leaf, phone employees at least, do not care about customers. Derrick Hardman if he loves cannabis, he doesn't like people. He's snarky, stuffy, arrogant, and shouldn't be handling customer service. Every time I call into the customer line, I get either wrong information or attitude. He also said "you can't bake with RSO because your dosage would disappear". Like, dude... then you increase... You put a half a syringe or a full 1g in, not just a rice amount. "I use RSO every day" was his rebut. "Then how do you not know you CAN bake with it." Also, I have dyslexia, and it' comes up in the form of words/names that start with the same letter. I said "Robert" instead of "Rick" and he actually snarkily corrected me.... TWICE in a row so that I was sure to hear it. PLEASE put him in the grow room and take him away from working with customers. I will say, I'll leave 1 star up without begrudging it, because the service at the actual location's drive through has at least improved. I can't get over that people like Derrick aren't educated enough to advise how to use RSO with baking when other competitors have entire recipes in their waiting rooms on how to bake with it. Step up, Derrick. Step up, Zen Leaf. I've also talked to several employees who left THC/Zen Leaf over the past couple years, and the horror stories I've been told in confidence make me HATE when I have to patronize them for my medication if they're the only ones with it in stock. Also, their "leadership" team is mercenary and has wasted my professional time also.For real, I believe that THC/Zen Leaf is horrible, and I'd love to see them out of Pittsburgh, and out of my state, and to see people who actually CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS succeed such as Maitri & Organic Remedies.

Have had some great product recommendations/conversations with the crew so shouts to Allie & DJ, but anyone I've met there rules. Also the place is convienent, super clean and the drive thru option is awesome!

The employees are what make this place. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, since changing hands and becoming a Zen Leaf, the selection is poor and insufficient. Ethos is right around the corner and provides a better selection and in most cases price.

The Healing Research Center in Robinson is absolutely amazing. The drive-thru is a great feature, making this dispensary ahead in the game! The inside is stunning, very aesthetically pleasing. Also, every employee I have interacted with, are so friendly and kind. The menu is stocked well and pricing is fair as well. Overall, I'm very happy with each visit???? definitely check the dispensary out if you're in the area!
