Worst dispensary I have been to since the program started. All four visits in the past 4/5 years had me being treated like a number and not a person. You have to know exactly what you want before you get into the building (Getting in is confusing as well; no camera or button to push to get in, nor any intercom) or you hold up the line. There's isn't any communication going on between patients and budtenders (They more or less are just cashiers) such as recommendations or questions about products. They just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. This visit will definitely be my last but I will be sure to talk to everyone I know in the industry and why they should shop literally anywhere else.

A big thanks to RYAN and BRANDON.I had an issue with some product and I tried calling but the phone kept disconnecting. I just figured it was a problem with the phone system so I stopped calling. A few minutes later my phone rings and it was RYAN apologizing for not answering and asked me how he could help me.We spoke about my issue over the phone but I couldn’t figure anything out so I asked RYAN if I could see him.I returned to the dispensary to meet him and he was at the door waiting. We talked about my issue and he immediately corrected it.I had more questions about other products and that’s when RYAN referred me to BRANDON saying he was very knowledgeable and he would help me review the menu. Sales staff is very friendly and warm. But I was told by sales staff that I had 320% off that I could use it anytime they would not expire. I received that was because I was a new patient. I received my medical card in November, and the manager insisted he could only go back three months so he would not give me my three coupons. He told me I could use one coupon this very time because I was already there. I did not even have my medical card for three months. I should’ve received all of the discounts. It’s very wrong with the company and makes me not want to return there. Including you stand outside in the cold in a line of 10+ people. And only two people can be in the sign in area at a time with one person doing the check ins & changes. 20% on a battery or a vaporizer can really add up. It’s not right that the manager embarrassed me made me feel like he was accusing me of lying about the coupons not being used prior. So he increased my anxiety which is why I have my card. I deserve a little more than public humiliation and a ‘to bad so sad’.

There have been some nice people, but I have been made to feel embaressed or anxious by several employees. Chris made a joke once about bi-polar weather and the disorder. I am taking medication for this disorder. Yesterday, a young lady didn't have enough money in her debit and when she was checking the ATM, Rob and another lady 50 years old or so, began making jokes about how they have always had the same banks and some people can't get bank accounts as they screwed up financially. I screwed up after the Service and told them this. It was an alextremely rise moment. One of many awkward moments at this dispensary. I spend a lit of money on my medicine here and do not think I will much anymore because of the Customer service. You guys can do much better, you are dealing with many hurting individuals.

I was in last week and noticed that they had daily specials, ie. 20% off cartridges on Tuesdays. I went in to pick up my online order today and was told those daily deals are no longer available. They had other deals but you had to buy 2 cartridges just to get 15% off. Buying multiple cartridges at one time is not economically possible for lots of folks. The staff were all friendly and helpful as possible but I'll be going to their direct competitors that have regular discounts and loyalty point rewards.

I'm an absolute frequent flyer there in Butler Pa. I have ran into a few issues with carts there. I have had to go back recently to exchange said carts. I always peel my labels. Rhythm is garbage!!! I bought a 300 ML disposable and it was EMPTY. Now I have always went in with a smile and they have always been friendly and polite.. This time no one had my back. I remember getting hosed as a kid with a short bag and have learned tough lessons.... I never thought it could happen legally. Heather has always been awesome, but today was different. She wanted that label that I had peeled off and threw in my garbage when I got home. That means 3 trips to the store in a single day.... Save your money and go to Cranberry!!!! The Healing center exceeds all expectations and has quite a bit more to offer.

Don't blame the dispensary for the prices. This is a fantastic place. The staff are wonderful. All of them know what they are doing and a vast majority are extremely knowledgeable. They will answer any questions you have or gladly offer suggestions. All you have to do is ask. I'm not sure how things were pre Covid,but as of right now you place an order online or by calling,or even at the desk. You show your ID and medical card to the security,and check in at the desk where they scan your card. They will then give you a slip and you will go in and show it to the cashier while the pharmacist gets the medicine ready. It's usually super simple and anxiety free if anyone is wondering or nervous. They require masks and follow distancing guidelines for the most part (you can't control everyone and you obviously have to be close enough to hand someone your money or whatever). The place is always clean,and they are currently fixing some things up. Prices are competitive for the state. That's the best I can say about that. There's only so much one can do when there's taxes and everything else to consider. They carry a nice assortment of products,but there are some times where stock, as far as amount of different items, will seem low for a few days. Things sell out fast. If you want something order it online and don't hesitate. Don't just assume it will be there when you get there, because 9 times out of 10,it won't. The website is also great and works well. I've only seen a few small mistakes in months of going there almost daily,(at least 2 or 3 times a week)and they were always quick to remedy it. I've seen them fix a few things that weren't even their fault,when I was sure they wouldn't,as well. Everyone is super friendly and tries to be helpful. Just remember everyone is human. You can have a bad experience one day,it doesn't mean the whole thing is ruined or horrible.

If you take time out of your day to drive to Butler might as well drive the few extra miles and take the few extra minutes to go to Cranberry you can go to rise they'll offer a point system and they give you different ways to get discounts or you go to harvest of cranberry that has the cheapest prices out of all of them dispensary two dispensaries that are hands down 100% way better than shity Sunnyside and the one in New Ken is as equally awful ????????♀️

Worst dispensary I have been to since the program started. All four visits in the past 4/5 years had me being treated like a number and not a person. You have to know exactly what you want before you get into the building (Getting in is confusing as well; no camera or button to push to get in, nor any intercom) or you hold up the line. There's isn't any communication going on between patients and budtenders (They more or less are just cashiers) such as recommendations or questions about products. They just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. This visit will definitely be my last but I will be sure to talk to everyone I know in the industry and why they should shop literally anywhere else.

Sales staff is very friendly and warm. But I was told by sales staff that I had 320% off that I could use it anytime they would not expire. I received that was because I was a new patient. I received my medical card in November, and the manager insisted he could only go back three months so he would not give me my three coupons. He told me I could use one coupon this very time because I was already there. I did not even have my medical card for three months. I should’ve received all of the discounts. It’s very wrong with the company and makes me not want to return there. Including you stand outside in the cold in a line of 10+ people. And only two people can be in the sign in area at a time with one person doing the check ins & changes. 20% on a battery or a vaporizer can really add up. It’s not right that the manager embarrassed me made me feel like he was accusing me of lying about the coupons not being used prior. So he increased my anxiety which is why I have my card. I deserve a little more than public humiliation and a ‘to bad so sad’.

There have been some nice people, but I have been made to feel embaressed or anxious by several employees. Chris made a joke once about bi-polar weather and the disorder. I am taking medication for this disorder. Yesterday, a young lady didn't have enough money in her debit and when she was checking the ATM, Rob and another lady 50 years old or so, began making jokes about how they have always had the same banks and some people can't get bank accounts as they screwed up financially. I screwed up after the Service and told them this. It was an alextremely rise moment. One of many awkward moments at this dispensary. I spend a lit of money on my medicine here and do not think I will much anymore because of the Customer service. You guys can do much better, you are dealing with many hurting individuals.

I was in last week and noticed that they had daily specials, ie. 20% off cartridges on Tuesdays. I went in to pick up my online order today and was told those daily deals are no longer available. They had other deals but you had to buy 2 cartridges just to get 15% off. Buying multiple cartridges at one time is not economically possible for lots of folks. The staff were all friendly and helpful as possible but I'll be going to their direct competitors that have regular discounts and loyalty point rewards.

I'm an absolute frequent flyer there in Butler Pa. I have ran into a few issues with carts there. I have had to go back recently to exchange said carts. I always peel my labels. Rhythm is garbage!!! I bought a 300 ML disposable and it was EMPTY. Now I have always went in with a smile and they have always been friendly and polite.. This time no one had my back. I remember getting hosed as a kid with a short bag and have learned tough lessons.... I never thought it could happen legally. Heather has always been awesome, but today was different. She wanted that label that I had peeled off and threw in my garbage when I got home. That means 3 trips to the store in a single day.... Save your money and go to Cranberry!!!! The Healing center exceeds all expectations and has quite a bit more to offer.

Don't blame the dispensary for the prices. This is a fantastic place. The staff are wonderful. All of them know what they are doing and a vast majority are extremely knowledgeable. They will answer any questions you have or gladly offer suggestions. All you have to do is ask. I'm not sure how things were pre Covid,but as of right now you place an order online or by calling,or even at the desk. You show your ID and medical card to the security,and check in at the desk where they scan your card. They will then give you a slip and you will go in and show it to the cashier while the pharmacist gets the medicine ready. It's usually super simple and anxiety free if anyone is wondering or nervous. They require masks and follow distancing guidelines for the most part (you can't control everyone and you obviously have to be close enough to hand someone your money or whatever). The place is always clean,and they are currently fixing some things up. Prices are competitive for the state. That's the best I can say about that. There's only so much one can do when there's taxes and everything else to consider. They carry a nice assortment of products,but there are some times where stock, as far as amount of different items, will seem low for a few days. Things sell out fast. If you want something order it online and don't hesitate. Don't just assume it will be there when you get there, because 9 times out of 10,it won't. The website is also great and works well. I've only seen a few small mistakes in months of going there almost daily,(at least 2 or 3 times a week)and they were always quick to remedy it. I've seen them fix a few things that weren't even their fault,when I was sure they wouldn't,as well. Everyone is super friendly and tries to be helpful. Just remember everyone is human. You can have a bad experience one day,it doesn't mean the whole thing is ruined or horrible.

Very cool staff that will help you out. They have a big selection of products for the most part. The whole visit normally takes about 10 to 15 min unless it during 1 of there rushes n you might have to wait 30 to 40 minutes which dosen't happen to often.

Everyone here is really kind and polite. Very laid back attitude while still following Covid guidelines and security measures. My first visit was amazing. Very informative and refreshing. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon helped me with my first consultation and his suggestions about products were spot on and I loved them. I recommend this place especially for first time mmj card holders. They are also really quick getting orders together and always check to make sure you got what you wanted/needed or allowing changes if needed, all the way to check out.

I am a new patient and was absolutely thrilled to go here. I was welcomed by a very kind security guard who let me in. I then met with a male employee who made me feel very welcome and at ease about my first order. I was registered by a woman who was very sweet and kind. I waited less than 30 seconds to go back and pick up my order. The cashier was very nice as well and informative. She made sure my order was correct. Before i paid I got a 20% discount for bring a new patient, and was told for having an ebt card I will get 10% off every time I go. I'll never go anywhere else. The staff there made me feel very comfortable, as if the have known me my whole life! Highly recommend! They also have lots of deals and great prices with phenomenal quality of product.
