Evelyn and Kenna are two very polite and helpful employees. The gentleman in the room to the right is also very knowledgeable about terpenes and such. (I’m sorry I forgot his name.) They’re always pleasant to talk to and give any advice or information you may need. Prices could be better, but that’s not unusual for this type of marketplace. Hopefully corporate cannabis falls to the wayside at some point. Support local when possible!

My first experience with this RISE store and the employees was amazing and I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing knowledgeable and caring people to help them with their treatment. From the pharmacist Jeff to Brad at the counter who helped me on my first visit at the store they were extremely passionate and informative in providing advice and recommendations. The manager Yardley has a well-oiled machine and it shows in the way that they operate their location to provide the best overall experience possible, and my experience was superb so I would recommend this store and it’s staff to anyone in need. Thank you again! (And for an update for anyone still reading this, every experience back since my first has been just as amazing. The friendly and personal experience that everyone gives you is so welcoming and they’re so knowledgeable. The employees I’ve had great customer experiences with directly include Ariel , Carley , Brad and Jeff [and the rest of staff]. I've been a patient for a few months now and have built quite a repore with Brad at the Meadville store and not only is he beyond friendly and efficient, he's extremely knowledgeable and super helpful every single time I walk through the door!! I find myself traveling the extra distance to this location just for this reason alone! He's exemplary in his position and definitely takes pride in himself and his position and brightens up my day as well as many others, I'm sure!!

I have to say the lady in the drive thru is amazing she always has a smilie on her face when I pick my order up. This is the second time I went through the drive thur and she helped me with anything I would need to know. She is truly a very kind lady and always a big smile to show me she loves her job. She definitely deserves 10 out of 10 on her service and advice. I would highly recommend amend going to rise at the Meadville location they are very friendly and kind people there.

I have been a customer at the Meadville Rise location for quite some time. This location stands in a class by themselves in terms of how they take care of their patients. I mean that in all the best ways. I have been in dispensaries all across the commonwealth not not a single one of them comes close to the customer service that I receive at this location. Every single team member has treated me with the upmost respect and I leave more than satisfied with a smile on my face every time I pick up my order. One person in particular goes above and beyond for me ever since my first trip to this location. Tasha is my absolute favorite employee at the Meadville location. Her product knowledge is out of this world. I can't thank her enough for the knowledge she has passed on to me about the products she offers. I wish I could hire someone with half of her qualities at my work place. She always has a bright smile and greets me by name when I'm there. She really makes me feel like family. Rise Meadville is lucky to have her as an employee. I hope to see her in a major leadership role with the company someday. I will forever be a patient of this location solely because of her.

Everyone there wears a smile, and while yes that’s common practice for anybody in retail or sales, these people seem to genuinely like what they do, and that’s what makes me leave with a smile every time.

I’ve been using the Rise in Meadville regularly for over a year now and have yet to be disappointed. The entire staff does an amazing job ensuring the best costumer experience for everyone. They are knowledgeable of their products and very helpful with figuring out what’s best for you. On 2 different occasions I’ve dropped money during my visit and I both times I got it back my next visit. I’m greeted by name and and always leave with a smile on my face. I could almost go anywhere, but I only go here.

They offer a drive thru if you order online and a kiosk inside for a fast in store check out. They don't rush and always try to help if you need it.

The product I ordered had oversold. I was offered a different product of the same weight at a price match but couldn’t find one to meet my needs. The staff were able to find the best product for me, based on what I needed, to replace the oversold product, and I was super glad I didn’t drive all that way for nothing, or for something significantly less than or different from what I’d come for. I had went to pick up the other day and it was the first time using my reissued card. There seemed to be an issue with its activation. Billy wrangled my issue that turned into quite the ordeal. He was able to contact DOH and stayed on the call until it was resolved. He never complained and was extremely patient while we endured the process. All went well after figuring out the conundrum. I was certainly pleased. I would have not known what to do. I am certainly happy with the seamless and friendly service I receive each time at Rise Meadville.

The state laws are really weird and the store has a lot of obscure rules to follow. I highly recommend taking time to go inside and sit down with an expert like Ariel!

The staff at this Rise is great. The problem I have is that this Rise location doesn't have the same deals that say the Rise in Hermitage gets or many other Rises across the state. Many other Rises are now doing 35% off every Monday. I get that Meadville Rise has no competition in the area so they can continue to charge top dollar. But seeing as we're paying top dollar for the product, it would be nice to see these deals in Meadville on the entire store and not just Rhythm products. I'm not bashing anyone or the service at Rise, it's the price points and not getting treated the same as a medical patient across the board. When it comes down to it, it really shows that companies are out for themselves and not the patient.

This is the 4th rise location I have shopped at and by far my least favorite. The drive thru is nicest part of the place. The staff has very limited knowledge of the products they’re selling you. The worst is the customer service (this has happened more than once) to walk in and not be greeted because the tech has to finish a lengthy text is insulting and unprofessional. It’s making the drive to another dispensary worth it in just customer service experience alone.

If you are a new customer withing the first and last a month of having or needing a new card I recommend going to butler. Was turned away with VALID old and new card as well as drivers licence. Because one was expired and the new one Was not active in system Tho it's issue date was 2 weeks ago Being as I work over the road I can only spare time to stop at a dispensary once every 2 weeks maybe complete waste of a 2 hr drive front desk and person on the phone were very rude and unprofessional. Shame on rise for allowing this, a slap in the face forsure. You don't go to Rite-Aid and tip the pharmacist for getting your medicine ready for you, do you? I mean, I could see if we were recreational, but we are not. We are medical and this is people's medicine. Unfortunately we live in a state where patients are already paying a PREMIUM let alone feeling that they need to tip. For some time I have felt compelled to tip especially after spending larger amounts of money there, now I feel quite the opposite.
