My son and I always have trouble with our cards but when he’s called which is almost every time he always fixed the problem if not permanently temporarily so we could get our order and be on our way. Kudos to him. But the other Scott defending a more unprofessional employee from restore if you want respect from all employees don’t come to restore!!🤷🏾♀️He escorted me out after I was explaining his employee conduct. I discontinued going for a long time until I went and they called Scott the black one was like night and day literally.

I've given this place sooo many chances. Almost every time I place an order and go to pick it up there's an issue. Items are mislabeled, out of stock, premium is actually minis, etc,,,. With so many other dispensaries in the city that make far less mistakes, I think I'm done with Restore. Too many problems over and over lead to a waste of time and money. Get them fixed and I may return.

The best dispensary in Philly. The staff are always pleasant, good discounts and rewards program. This place takes care of their customers if there is any issue with something you buy. I had 1 cart DOA. Took it back in the box with the receipt and they exchanged it. No hassles, no hoops to jump through or having to contact the grower to return a faulty product.

This place is still trash. Slow as absolute molasses and in 2023 they still don't do the debit option. They used to be really good due to their selection, but it feels like because they were one of the first dispensaries they are just resting on their laurels and have fallen off massively. I haven't been to this place in over a year and I was just reminded why.

Next to that one, the Fishtown Restore is awesome 👍🏼. I usually order ahead of time. I have never waited so long at a dispensary ever in my life. Sweet deals but you’ll be better off going to ethos for the 20 % off. The wait is ridiculously long, almost an hour. Pretty decent INSA selection is the primary reasoning I come. Parking terrible, slow wait times, no express line for pre-orders, too much chit chat from staff and not prioritizing customer satisfaction. 2 people working and nobody helping out. Save your time and go to ethos or somewhere else.

The staff is always friendly and pleasant but this is by far the slowest dispensary in the city. They almost always have a sale going which is the only reason I go but it takes at least 20 minute every time, almost an hour sometimes if you make the mistake of going on a Friday. I really don’t get how it takes so long to call another person back after someone leaves, the service is so seamless at every other dispensary. It’s also super annoying to pay two ATM fees because you took out the amount you thought you needed according to the website but one or more of the prices was listed wrong, I’ve never had this problem anywhere but Restore.

Even an employee admitted to finding tickets on his car cause of 911 calls“ more than once” following his shift.There are some really great staff here like Cameron, Evie, and especially Anthony aka “red beard” always happy to see them! They are the best- the dream team!BOTH LOCATIONS:Decent discounts, but they definitely could be better. The average price point is approximately $89per gram for vape carts. I've given this place sooo many chances. Almost every time I place an order and go to pick it up there's an issue. Items are mislabeled, out of stock, etc,,,. Today I ordered 6 items. I waited for the 'your order is complete and ready' text/email before heading over. When I arrived, they were out of 1 of the 6 items. No-one called, emailed or sent a text. The workers said someone should have called you to let you know. They never do when this happens here, I find out only after I arrive and go to pay. That left 5 remaining items. 2 were labeled incorrectly. Some were indica on the packaging but the Restore website had them listed as hybrid (frequently happens at this location). 1 was a hybrid on the package but listed as a sativa on the Restore website. I asked to speak with a manager to let them know and Dan (pretty sure that's his name) showed up. I explained the issues with my order and that more often then not, these problems are common occurrence. He didn't try to fix them or seem to care and showed little to know sympathy. The only response was 'I'm sorry'. He didn't seem sorry and just went about his business. Not very customer friendly or caring. Other issues I normally have at this location are the numbers online not matching the numbers on the label from the manufacturer. Things like THC%, Terps and their %, etc,,,. I don't understand how a business can have so many issues and mistakes, over and over? There are numerous dispensaries in the area that I frequent and almost never have any issues. Not at Restore Fishtown. Problem after problem. I give them so many chances and get burned over and over. I think this may be it for Restore, I'll take my business elsewhere. Restore needs to be more organized, accurate and care more with better customer service. Poor business Restore Fishtown! Please fix this location and all the problems. Once some new management and procedures are implemented, maybe things will change and I'll return. For now, my money will be spent elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and try one of the many other options in the city and area. You'll be happy you did.

Use to be my favorite dispensary but as of lately it’s a drag. The discount is the only reason I still go. The workers literally sit around and talk for 5 minutes in between each patient then complain about rude patients lol. I’m actually one of the nice and cool regulars but it’s even irritating me at this point. I’ve never waited longer than 5-7 mins at Curaleaf KOP, RISE KOP or Ayr. Hopefully they can get better management and get the line moving properly.

I go to restore fishtown almost every time I need some cannabis however today I wanted to try a new method of delivery and Scott was super helpful and made me feel super comfortable with is explanation of ways a can use the new product .About the dispensary it self it's definitely a good friendly vibe and the waiting time is so fast the you might wanna now what you want before you sit on the waiting area but if not they will educate you a bit to help you find the best selection for you. 99%of the time I have gone there is less than 5 minutes waiting.Thanks to their team for always making an already edgy me feel more comfortable and at ease.

Stay away from this place during the covid surge in Philly. Loved it up until a couple months ago. Long wait times, little to no staff. Allows employees to work while covid positive, has no covid cleaning protocol. An employee let me know that they were short staff due to all of them getting covid and the ones without symptoms were forced to work. This is scary being that so many elderly and sick people come in on a daily basis. They do not througouly disinfect the building. This is uncaring and honestly frightening. God bless the budtenders hanging in there, maybe there was an owner switch because this place has changed drastically.

Slow wait times have killed this place for me. Most recently, I was waiting and had four people who came in after me get called in ahead of me. I went to the front desk, who apologized for the wait and ensured me I’d be next called up. Much to my dismay, yet another individual was called ahead of me so I promptly left. I’ll be taking my business to Trulieve (where I typically go, but wanted to give the closer Restore shop a try) where the service is always quick and easy. Terrible experience here at Restore.EDIT 1: The amount of time that I waited in the restore waiting area equals the total amount of time it took me to leave restore, drive to another dispensary in South Philadelphia, make a selection and pay for an order, and return home. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to the store again.EDIT 2: also want to shout out the restore employee who ran into the public bathroom hacking and coughing with his mask pulled below his chin, and then re-emerge and sit behind the front desk with his mask hanging below his nose. Integrative wellness indeed, I suppose.

Despite having placed an online order and having a SCHEDULED appointment to pick up my order, I was still forced to wait 45 minutes in the line in 30 degrees. Having never experienced a line and always having restore able to take me at my appointment time, I didn’t think to bring a coat. This was the most poorly managed sale I’ve ever seen.I literally cannot feel my fingers as I type this review. This was a truly awful experience and I will be changing dispensaries.

The only issue is the parking at times it’s hard to find a spot to park but if you go with someone they can wait in the front of the building in their car. They have an ATM inside because cash is only accepted and you can order online or order when you get there, some of the items aren’t on the menu, but the staff is happy to help!

Plus wanted a consult as I was interested in sleeping and anxiety. The first visit the person I was supposed to have my consultation with wasn’t there however they were all very kind , patient , and tried to help . The 2nd visit I was told unless I had proof of my award letter or snap card etc I’d lose a discount unfortunately I was never told about this thus lost a great discount but life goes on , outside of this and the high price due to tax on tax the staff thus far have been kind and helpful looking forward to next visit .

Curyl hair white guy probably a manager has been unwelcoming since we started coming there. Was my favorite one until me and my family cannot take his harsh tones with us.Also you guys don't need first dibs before the guests. You should only be allowed to shop at the end of your shift or order like the rest of us but I also won't come because you guys take our products out of our orders if we are late and give them away. Not everything works the same for people so selling our meds leaves us in the cold.I ask the front desk to check if my order is there 3times and they brush it off so I wait in line get to the counter and my meds are not there. Can't go to my favorite one in piece and I am signing up to get meds for my mom because at 60 nobody should ever give her a hard time. It is hard already

I live 2 hours away from this dispensary and knew I was traveling down and called the day before. The lady that took my order over the phone was so nice, pleasant and eager to help. Overall just awesome. Today on my way down I decided to call to make sure my order was still ready, the gentleman I spoke to was so nice after I explained the entire situation and he assured me it was still ready! When I got there, I was so pleased with the entire experience! From the man at the security desk (I think it's security) the lady at the receptionist desk and the budtenders! Even though I had an order placed I was able to look at the terps on different products and switch out! Such a great, clean, happy, inviting place! I would love to get a restore in NEPA! Their prices are typically better than their competitors and they have a very broad selection. They always seem eager to answer any question I may have and are very knowledgeable. My son and I always have trouble with our cards but when he’s called which is almost every time he always fixed the problem if not permanently temporarily so we could get our order and be on our way. Kudos to him. They used to be really good due to their selection, but it feels like because they were one of the first dispensaries they are just resting on their laurels and have fallen off massively. Pretty decent INSA selection is the primary reasoning I come. Save your time and go to ethos or somewhere else.

The staff is always friendly and pleasant but this is by far the slowest dispensary in the city. They almost always have a sale going which is the only reason I go but it takes at least 20 minute every time, almost an hour sometimes if you make the mistake of going on a Friday. I really don’t get how it takes so long to call another person back after someone leaves, the service is so seamless at every other dispensary. It’s also super annoying to pay two ATM fees because you took out the amount you thought you needed according to the website but one or more of the prices was listed wrong, I’ve never had this problem anywhere but Restore.

I waited for the 'your order is complete and ready' text/email before heading over. When I arrived, they were out of 1 of the 6 items. No-one called, emailed or sent a text. The workers said someone should have called you to let you know. They never do when this happens here, I find out only after I arrive and go to pay. That left 5 remaining items. 2 were labeled incorrectly. Some were indica on the packaging but the Restore website had them listed as hybrid (frequently happens at this location). 1 was a hybrid on the package but listed as a sativa on the Restore website. I asked to speak with a manager to let them know and Dan (pretty sure that's his name) showed up. I explained the issues with my order and that more often then not, these problems are common occurrence. He didn't try to fix them or seem to care and showed little to know sympathy. The only response was 'I'm sorry'. He didn't seem sorry and just went about his business. Not very customer friendly or caring. Other issues I normally have at this location are the numbers online not matching the numbers on the label from the manufacturer. Things like THC%, Terps and their %, etc,,,. I don't understand how a business can have so many issues and mistakes, over and over? There are numerous dispensaries in the area that I frequent and almost never have any issues. Not at Restore Fishtown. Problem after problem. I give them so many chances and get burned over and over. I think this may be it for Restore, I'll take my business elsewhere. Restore needs to be more organized, accurate and care more with better customer service. Poor business Restore Fishtown! Please fix this location and all the problems. Once some new management and procedures are implemented, maybe things will change and I'll return. For now, my money will be spent elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and try one of the many other options in the city and area. You'll be happy you did.

Use to be my favorite dispensary but as of lately it’s a drag. The discount is the only reason I still go. The workers literally sit around and talk for 5 minutes in between each patient then complain about rude patients lol. I’m actually one of the nice and cool regulars but it’s even irritating me at this point. I’ve never waited longer than 5-7 mins at Curaleaf KOP, RISE KOP or Ayr. Hopefully they can get better management and get the line moving properly.

Stay away from this place during the covid surge in Philly. Loved it up until a couple months ago. Long wait times, little to no staff. Allows employees to work while covid positive, has no covid cleaning protocol. An employee let me know that they were short staff due to all of them getting covid and the ones without symptoms were forced to work. This is scary being that so many elderly and sick people come in on a daily basis. They do not througouly disinfect the building. This is uncaring and honestly frightening. God bless the budtenders hanging in there, maybe there was an owner switch because this place has changed drastically.

Terrible experience here at Restore.EDIT 1: The amount of time that I waited in the restore waiting area equals the total amount of time it took me to leave restore, drive to another dispensary in South Philadelphia, make a selection and pay for an order, and return home. I had positive experiences every time I visited here, until today, Black Friday. Despite having placed an online order and having a SCHEDULED appointment to pick up my order, I was still forced to wait 45 minutes in the line in 30 degrees. Having never experienced a line and always having restore able to take me at my appointment time, I didn’t think to bring a coat. This was the most poorly managed sale I’ve ever seen.I literally cannot feel my fingers as I type this review. This was a truly awful experience and I will be changing dispensaries.

Awesome place, super friendly & helpful staff, they have all types of discounts also. The only issue is the parking at times it’s hard to find a spot to park but if you go with someone they can wait in the front of the building in their car. They have an ATM inside because cash is only accepted and you can order online or order when you get there, some of the items aren’t on the menu, but the staff is happy to help!

Very friendly ppl , I’ve only been twice and though I’m not new to weed or marajuanna I’m new to dispensaries, It has been a 2 some years since I last had it so started slow. Plus wanted a consult as I was interested in sleeping and anxiety. The first visit the person I was supposed to have my consultation with wasn’t there however they were all very kind , patient , and tried to help . The 2nd visit I was told unless I had proof of my award letter or snap card etc I’d lose a discount unfortunately I was never told about this thus lost a great discount but life goes on , outside of this and the high price due to tax on tax the staff thus far have been kind and helpful looking forward to next visit .

July 2021 UPDATE: I have been loyal and faithful to this dispensary. Maybe I will get a little something, something for my Golden Retriever-like loyalty! In all seriousness, I want to go to a dispensary "where everybody knows my name."I have a medical marijuana license and the only dispensary that I use is Restore in Fishtown. The dispensary is managed professionally, the staff are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It’s the only dispensary I use and need.

Outstanding dispensary!! The selection is extensive and fairly priced. The staff is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I spoke with a gentleman named Terrell. I'm super new with medical marijuana and I had QUESTIONS... Not only did he answer all of my questions, honestly, professionally, and intelligently, but spoke to me with respect, understanding and patience. I was very nervous to come off as, well, stupid lol. But he and the workers there were so happy to help me and offer advice. I highly recommend this dispensary and can't wait to get my order this after noon! Thanks again Terrell!

Curyl hair white guy probably a manager has been unwelcoming since we started coming there. Was my favorite one until me and my family cannot take his harsh tones with us.Also you guys don't need first dibs before the guests. You should only be allowed to shop at the end of your shift or order like the rest of us but I also won't come because you guys take our products out of our orders if we are late and give them away. Not everything works the same for people so selling our meds leaves us in the cold.I ask the front desk to check if my order is there 3times and they brush it off so I wait in line get to the counter and my meds are not there. Can't go to my favorite one in piece and I am signing up to get meds for my mom because at 60 nobody should ever give her a hard time. It is hard already

I live 2 hours away from this dispensary and knew I was traveling down and called the day before. The lady that took my order over the phone was so nice, pleasant and eager to help. Overall just awesome. Today on my way down I decided to call to make sure my order was still ready, the gentleman I spoke to was so nice after I explained the entire situation and he assured me it was still ready! When I got there, I was so pleased with the entire experience! From the man at the security desk (I think it's security) the lady at the receptionist desk and the budtenders! Even though I had an order placed I was able to look at the terps on different products and switch out! Such a great, clean, happy, inviting place! I would love to get a restore in NEPA! Thank you restore for such an awesome experience! Can't wait to come back!

The staff; from the security guards to the front desk, budtenders, pharmacist, and managers have always been nothing but a delight to deal with. Their prices are typically better than their competitors and they have a very broad selection. They always seem eager to answer any question I may have and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store and have heard similar things about their other locations.
