Can’t you just staff up? The business aspect of this medicine seems pretty healthy.Still good after three years, I’m now old enough to get 15% off my medicine every day and 20% Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. That helps. The flower situation has stabilized, it’s always in long supply. Service is pretty consistently good.read more

Insane wait times. 90% of the time when I order something online, it's not ready 8 hours later and quite often is out... of stock by then. Every other dispensary I go to in PA fills my order near instant. Only redeeming quality of the store is the employees are extremely kind and friendly.Also, there still a forced mask policy for the fortune cookie flu, in April 2022. Absolutely insane. I couldn't believe it when they wouldnt let me in without a mask. It must be mentally ill Biden voters who run this place. I'll never come here again if possible.read more

Luckily, the pharmacist Karen Guest has been very thorough and informative in helping me navigate which items could help alleviate some of my pain. Staff is always pleasant but wait ti.es are far too long. Intense times there will be 5 patients in the lobby with... maybe 2 staff on cash registers while 5 to 6 other people do "fulfillment ". This should be more balanced. You can't ignore the patients in the store to hserve patients on the phone or online. The patient in front of you should take priority. Please get us in and out. The customer used to be always right.read more

Too many times I’ve tried to make purchases and my items were reserved online and upon arrival to the store I am told... that what I reserved isn’t available and I’m forced to pick something else and usually it’s more expensive than what I initially picked because I look for certain terpines within my order and usually when I have to pick something else it may be a couple dollars more and they won’t accommodate me with a discount to balance it out so that I don’t have to spend more money even if it’s five or ten dollars to level out their mistake. I went to pick up an order of a 7 of birthday cake the other day for someone that I’m a caregiver for and once again was told that they couldn’t fill the order once again. I really am starting to feel that the staff takes people orders for themselves if they want it and it’s the last in the store. Bad for business.read more

I frequent Restore often. More so often at the Frankford location. Here’s why, Elkins park seems to be well staffed,... however, there’s always a line and wait. Which is okay if the service you receive is A1. The service I receive here is always slow, and uninviting. June 29th I came in, no one working had on mask. I was under the impression that all medical facilities had to continue with the mask mandate. Signage still states the mask is required but it’s not being enforced. Furthermore the snappy woman who helped me refused to let me hold the flower container in my hand to check the THC. Claimed that it’s a rule from OSHA that no one can touch the flower until it’s labeled but how do you check the THC for accuracy? This Saturday I tried to order online. Online wasn’t taking reservations. Saturday at noon how is your entire website down! Now today, Monday! July 26, I tried to order online, 12 noon I go online and the pick up isn’t available until over two hours later. Okay cool I get here at 230… it’s 310. I’m still sitting in here. Then when it was my turn I was slipped, because they started calling other people who weren’t even scanned in. Just completely out of order. Poor management. First time here and a wonderfully patient, Tiffany, helped me pick out some of her recommended items and took her time... with me, even though being their was VERY overwhelming, lol. Second time back, with my husband and Quinn was AMAZING as well. He liked my shirt and we had a lovely conversation while my husband was being helped. Every time I make the mistake of stepping foot into one of their locations I’m often quickly reminded why I’ve avoided it to begin with. I am usually a fair guy and give multiple chances before I speak negatively about something. Elkins park restore has... provided me with 3 bad experiences and after the third I’m out on your company. How does one reserve an item, get a confirmation my order was ready for pick up and when I get there it was sold out? So your text system makes me believe that it isn’t accurate, at all. While I was there you were also sold out of other items that you had posted was in stock on your in store menu. Who ever does your inventory and manages your Elkins store branch needs to be retrained. Your logistics baffles me that you can be fully staffed but take more than enough time to move 3 people. I can not rationalize any more reason for you to waste more of my personal time. I am lucky Montgomery county is full of other places that know how to operate and run a customer service intense business. It is a shame to have to write up my first bad review but I hope your corporate team gets a look to improve that lack luster branch before it tarnishes your name and leaves you behind competition . I normally go to the Restore location in Pottstown. Where everything is operated with professionalism and standards.... This place is a s**t show! Security guards are consistently on personal cell phones, there is no urgency to get patients in and out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If your in the city, go to CURE on city line. Just don't go here. They keep doing things to make the lines faster, like express lane and can pay, but for some reason... a line of only 3 people in front of me still takes 30 min to clear. No doubt hands-down this BEST dispensary. I love going there and experiencing the kindness and help that all the staff... gives . I always leave there with knowledge and knowing that I was stared in the right direction. I enjoy having conversations with the staff and not feeling rushed. First time using my card. The staff were all so kind and very helpful. Customer service is 5 ???? 's . BUT the 3 rating... is bc their check out system was just insane. I pre ordered online that said, it was a Saturday so I expected to wait. But not as long as I did it . It was like one in one out. After my long wait I went back and there were 3 ppl behind the counter. And the nice guy at the door sent someone to help check out. Out of the 3 ppl behind the counter only 1 was checking out. ALSO it was my first time there should be more signage stating it was cash only. I saw no signs. Even online I didn't see it. I had to pay 3 dollars ATM fee. But if I knew it was cash only, I would of being my own cash. Their check out system needs help. I was very disappointed to see 3 ppl behind the counter on one ringing out. My first time going to the one in Elkins Park. Me and my friend went. The staff was rude and not informative at all. I... felt rushed and not welcomed. A girl that worked there told my friend she need to wait in the waiting area if she’s not buying anything. She was helping me find what I wanted because the staff wasn’t. I don’t think I will be back here. Terra vida might not have as much discounts but they treat me better and their prices are cheaper. Even Liberty was super nice staff. Had to change my last review from 2020. I still believe it's a very nice place and the people are wonderful but I've... noticed they went from being the most competitive in prices to one of the more expensive. They went up on price on everything so even with discounts ur still paying a lot. You get less money back in points than you did when points program started.also if you get any benefits and use it in the program be prepared to bring in paper work a lot of the time. This Restore always gives me problems with my discounts! Twice they have removed my discount without warning! Once they... didn’t give me my discount because they rung up my order under SOMEONE ELSE’S NAME! Horrible customer service the exception of staff at the security desk & the front desk! Since other people are also ordering during the same 30... minute time frames there will obviously be some sort of line there, but they’re are always good at getting to you within that 30 min time frame, it’s usually in 10-15 mins that you will be served once you arrive.read more
