Always amazing stock and the crowds have been much better since 2021. Right during and after the pandemic this place was a madhouse daily with people spending their gubment pandemic bucks. I never wait long and the online reservation works perfect for me. As long as they don't bring back the lunatic-communist mask policy, I'll keep coming. They also have a great rewards system. You get roughly $5 off for every $50 you spend I believe. It has to accrue first though. So if it's your first purchase you don't get $5 off but your next one you will have the option. This is the most generous rewards program I have seen at any PA dispensary. I've been to 5 different ones.The employees are really friendly too and they are mostly young people. Which is honestly exactly what you want. They know what they are talking about about and most have cards themselves. They are honest....I've had employees several times suggest I get a different product than I selected....because he/she knows the one I got sucks or has a bad reputation.

I have been going to Restore since 2020 when I lived in Fishtown and loved it. Thankfully the Elkin's Park location is just as great with insanely friendly and courteous employees. They have a great selection of medicine, a great rewards program, and random discounts/deals. Restore is the best dispensary in the biz in my humble opinion.

Has to be the worst managed store in the philly area. Wait times are consistently 30 minutes even with a pick up. I'd recommend going to another shop in the area where I frequently can walk in and walk out in 5.

After reading the reviews I was thinking about not going but I'm glad that I did… the employees were very helpful,knowledgeable,nice and pleasant. I didn't have to wait long and the very selective flower menu Is what caught my eye. I am a regular at the other dispensary up the street. I used to come here before the pandemic but because they didn't have curbside I chose to go to the other dispensary. What else bought me back?The discounts are great (15% daily)the rewards are always special and the variety of various flowers is also what brought me in...it's crowded with employees. The turn into the place is awkward, I wish I got the name of the woman who helped and suggested a item but I will be going back regularly and no longer pass it by to go up the street...I will get her name but she's the sista wit long locs...can yall get a door panel for your disabled clients? I have to ask to be let out...I'm in a wheelchair (elkins park)....
I have been going to Restore (Elkins Park location) since having my MML (June, 2020). The staff is pleasant and has an abundance of knowledge of the products. Everyone was really nice from the front desk worker to the workers in the back Rachel help me even as set my silly questions and really helped me cuz I had no idea what I was doing. I definitely will be back and thank you to Rachel for basically walking me through and recommending certain things.

The variety of items is the same as any other dispensary. However, I’ve been to other dispensaries like Cure that are run much more efficiently.

The folks who work here are *super* friendly, but I’ve heard from former employees that the ownership is awful and there are some labor practices that are questionable. There’s also no rhyme or reason to wait times. If someone puts in an online order, they shouldn’t have to to wait 30+ minutes in store to pick it up. That said, sometimes it’s super speedy, but when there’s a wait, there’s a WAIT. And it happens a lot.

Usually staff is professional and friendly but this visit was strange the front desk person “A” was on her phone on speaker while scanning my card and didn’t even greet me or say Hi pretty rude. Anyways the person who actually checked me out was nice and seemed new because they were having a little bit of trouble but I didn’t mind because of his politeness and professionalism def made up for the person up front actions.

I’ll be back soon.Edit: Still a fan but the flower situation shows no signs of consistently getting better. Staff attributes it to the State of PA, many new patients, more dispensaries opening, etc.New shipments of flower get posted online, the menu gets updated, and if you don’t hustle over there for a 45 minute wait you might miss out on your preferred medication. Can’t you just staff up? The business aspect of this medicine seems pretty healthy.Still good after three years, I’m now old enough to get 15% off my medicine every day and 20% Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. That helps. The flower situation has stabilized, it’s always in long supply. Service is pretty consistently good.

Insane wait times. 90% of the time when I order something online, it's not ready 8 hours later and quite often is out of stock by then. Every other dispensary I go to in PA fills my order near instant. Only redeeming quality of the store is the employees are extremely kind and friendly.Also, there still a forced mask policy for the fortune cookie flu, in April 2022. Absolutely insane. I couldn't believe it when they wouldnt let me in without a mask. It must be mentally ill Biden voters who run this place. I'll never come here again if possible.

My doctor suggested I try medical marijuana for my fibromyalgia as an alternative to strong pharmaceutical medications, which have now led me to gastric inflammation.This is a whole new world for me. Luckily, the pharmacist Karen Guest has been very thorough and informative in helping me navigate which items could help alleviate some of my pain. It's too early to know if using a nonprescription alternative will help me. However, I'm thankful that I have Karen as a kind and very knowledgeable resource.

Staff is always pleasant but wait ti.es are far too long. Intense times there will be 5 patients in the lobby with maybe 2 staff on cash registers while 5 to 6 other people do "fulfillment ". This should be more balanced. You can't ignore the patients in the store to hserve patients on the phone or online. The patient in front of you should take priority. Please get us in and out. The customer used to be always right.

Little biggy guy has no business being back there especially a manager dealing with the people.. I remember back in the day before this person was only a stocker.. Now it seems the man jumped over people that have way more experience then himself. I don't want to say he should be fired.. I feel trainings or a lower position for this person would be more suitable I recommend anyplace else... Too many times I’ve tried to make purchases and my items were reserved online and upon arrival to the store I am told that what I reserved isn’t available and I’m forced to pick something else and usually it’s more expensive than what I initially picked because I look for certain terpines within my order and usually when I have to pick something else it may be a couple dollars more and they won’t accommodate me with a discount to balance it out so that I don’t have to spend more money even if it’s five or ten dollars to level out their mistake. I went to pick up an order of a 7 of birthday cake the other day for someone that I’m a caregiver for and once again was told that they couldn’t fill the order once again. I really am starting to feel that the staff takes people orders for themselves if they want it and it’s the last in the store. Bad for business.

I frequent Restore often. More so often at the Frankford location. Here’s why, Elkins park seems to be well staffed, however, there’s always a line and wait. Which is okay if the service you receive is A1. The service I receive here is always slow, and uninviting. June 29th I came in, no one working had on mask. I was under the impression that all medical facilities had to continue with the mask mandate. Signage still states the mask is required but it’s not being enforced. Furthermore the snappy woman who helped me refused to let me hold the flower container in my hand to check the THC. Claimed that it’s a rule from OSHA that no one can touch the flower until it’s labeled but how do you check the THC for accuracy? This Saturday I tried to order online. Online wasn’t taking reservations. Saturday at noon how is your entire website down! Now today, Monday! July 26, I tried to order online, 12 noon I go online and the pick up isn’t available until over two hours later. Okay cool I get here at 230… it’s 310. I’m still sitting in here. Then when it was my turn I was slipped, because they started calling other people who weren’t even scanned in. Just completely out of order. Poor management. Normally when management runs a tight ship the front end staff work effectively. Something needs to improve…

Poor experiences have been consistent here to the point I feel it necessary to leave a review. Restore has one job in providing customer service and they fail at that. Every time I make the mistake of stepping foot into one of their locations I’m often quickly reminded why I’ve avoided it to begin with. Their inability to quickly process patients and communicate expectations is astounding. You can do curbside at Terravida quicker than getting checked in at Restore.

I am usually a fair guy and give multiple chances before I speak negatively about something. Elkins park restore has provided me with 3 bad experiences and after the third I’m out on your company. How does one reserve an item, get a confirmation my order was ready for pick up and when I get there it was sold out? So your text system makes me believe that it isn’t accurate, at all. While I was there you were also sold out of other items that you had posted was in stock on your in store menu. Who ever does your inventory and manages your Elkins store branch needs to be retrained. Your logistics baffles me that you can be fully staffed but take more than enough time to move 3 people. I can not rationalize any more reason for you to waste more of my personal time. I am lucky Montgomery county is full of other places that know how to operate and run a customer service intense business. It is a shame to have to write up my first bad review but I hope your corporate team gets a look to improve that lack luster branch before it tarnishes your name and leaves you behind competition . Also for the record I do enjoy the doylestown branch and never had a bad experience there but lost confidence within your organization to return.

I normally go to the Restore location in Pottstown. Where everything is operated with professionalism and standards. This place is a s**t show! Security guards are consistently on personal cell phones, there is no urgency to get patients in and out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If your in the city, go to CURE on city line. There’s never a wait and they get patients in and out! DONT GO HERE!

Just don't go here. They keep doing things to make the lines faster, like express lane and can pay, but for some reason a line of only 3 people in front of me still takes 30 min to clear. If the place is packed, forget your afternoon. You're looking at at least an hour wait to get seen. Apothecarium has lines that extend through the parking lot, but the wait there and then is still only as long as my shortest waits here

First time using my card. The staff were all so kind and very helpful. Customer service is 5 ???? 's . BUT the 3 rating is bc their check out system was just insane. I pre ordered online that said, it was a Saturday so I expected to wait. But not as long as I did it . It was like one in one out. After my long wait I went back and there were 3 ppl behind the counter. And the nice guy at the door sent someone to help check out. Out of the 3 ppl behind the counter only 1 was checking out. ALSO it was my first time there should be more signage stating it was cash only. I saw no signs. Even online I didn't see it. I had to pay 3 dollars ATM fee. But if I knew it was cash only, I would of being my own cash. Their check out system needs help. I was very disappointed to see 3 ppl behind the counter on one ringing out. But I will go back bc everyone was so nice.

My first time going to the one in Elkins Park. Me and my friend went. The staff was rude and not informative at all. I felt rushed and not welcomed. A girl that worked there told my friend she need to wait in the waiting area if she’s not buying anything. She was helping me find what I wanted because the staff wasn’t. I don’t think I will be back here. Terra vida might not have as much discounts but they treat me better and their prices are cheaper. Even Liberty was super nice staff. Not the best experience for the first time somewhere.

I still believe it's a very nice place and the people are wonderful but I've noticed they went from being the most competitive in prices to one of the more expensive. They went up on price on everything so even with discounts ur still paying a lot. You get less money back in points than you did when points program started.also if you get any benefits and use it in the program be prepared to bring in paper work a lot of the time. This Restore always gives me problems with my discounts! Twice they have removed my discount without warning! Once they didn’t give me my discount because they rung up my order under SOMEONE ELSE’S NAME! Horrible customer service the exception of staff at the security desk & the front desk! I avoid this Restore at all costs! Fishtown so far has the best customer service, followed behind Doylestown! I haven’t visited Pottstown or Lancaster to date!

Since other people are also ordering during the same 30 minute time frames there will obviously be some sort of line there, but they’re are always good at getting to you within that 30 min time frame, it’s usually in 10-15 mins that you will be served once you arrive.

I arrived in the morning of their annual 4/20 sale.This was my 2nd time at this location, but the first time ANYONE, ANYWHERE, has ever wished me a "Happy 420" 🌿🍃😁🍃🌿 I was so tickled, along with other waiting patrons I spoke with. They also gave us free pastry snacks, tea, and coffee while we waited our turns (very busy morning, as you can imagine). After a short 10 minutes, they took me in the back, I made my order swiftly, and they gave me a free branded t-shirt... Which I changed into on my way out, because hey WHY NOT 👍🏽😎👍🏽

    I have been going to Restore since 2020 when I lived in Fishtown and loved it. Thankfully the Elkin's Park location is just as great with insanely friendly and courteous employees. They have a great selection of medicine, a great rewards program, and random discounts/deals. Restore is the best dispensary in the biz in my humble opinion.

    After reading the reviews I was thinking about not going but I'm glad that I did… the employees were very helpful,knowledgeable,nice and pleasant. I didn't have to wait long and the very selective flower menu Is what caught my eye. I am a regular at the other dispensary up the street. I used to come here before the pandemic but because they didn't have curbside I chose to go to the other dispensary. What else bought me back?The discounts are great (15% daily)the rewards are always special and the variety of various flowers is also what brought me in...it's crowded with employees. The turn into the place is awkward, I wish I got the name of the woman who helped and suggested a item but I will be going back regularly and no longer pass it by to go up the street...I will get her name but she's the sista wit long locs...can yall get a door panel for your disabled clients? I have to ask to be let out...I'm in a wheelchair (elkins park)....

The variety of items is the same as any other dispensary. However, I’ve been to other dispensaries like Cure that are run much more efficiently.

    The folks who work here are *super* friendly, but I’ve heard from former employees that the ownership is awful and there are some labor practices that are questionable. There’s also no rhyme or reason to wait times. If someone puts in an online order, they shouldn’t have to to wait 30+ minutes in store to pick it up. That said, sometimes it’s super speedy, but when there’s a wait, there’s a WAIT. And it happens a lot.

I’ll be back soon.Edit: Still a fan but the flower situation shows no signs of consistently getting better. Staff attributes it to the State of PA, many new patients, more dispensaries opening, etc.New shipments of flower get posted online, the menu gets updated, and if you don’t hustle over there for a 45 minute wait you might miss out on your preferred medication. Can’t you just staff up? The business aspect of this medicine seems pretty healthy.Still good after three years, I’m now old enough to get 15% off my medicine every day and 20% Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. That helps. The flower situation has stabilized, it’s always in long supply. Service is pretty consistently good.

    Insane wait times. 90% of the time when I order something online, it's not ready 8 hours later and quite often is out of stock by then. Every other dispensary I go to in PA fills my order near instant. Only redeeming quality of the store is the employees are extremely kind and friendly.Also, there still a forced mask policy for the fortune cookie flu, in April 2022. Absolutely insane. I couldn't believe it when they wouldnt let me in without a mask. It must be mentally ill Biden voters who run this place. I'll never come here again if possible.

    My doctor suggested I try medical marijuana for my fibromyalgia as an alternative to strong pharmaceutical medications, which have now led me to gastric inflammation.This is a whole new world for me. Luckily, the pharmacist Karen Guest has been very thorough and informative in helping me navigate which items could help alleviate some of my pain. It's too early to know if using a nonprescription alternative will help me. However, I'm thankful that I have Karen as a kind and very knowledgeable resource.

    Staff is always pleasant but wait ti.es are far too long. Intense times there will be 5 patients in the lobby with maybe 2 staff on cash registers while 5 to 6 other people do "fulfillment ". This should be more balanced. You can't ignore the patients in the store to hserve patients on the phone or online. The patient in front of you should take priority. Please get us in and out. The customer used to be always right.

Now it seems the man jumped over people that have way more experience then himself. I don't want to say he should be fired.. I feel trainings or a lower position for this person would be more suitable I recommend anyplace else...     Too many times I’ve tried to make purchases and my items were reserved online and upon arrival to the store I am told that what I reserved isn’t available and I’m forced to pick something else and usually it’s more expensive than what I initially picked because I look for certain terpines within my order and usually when I have to pick something else it may be a couple dollars more and they won’t accommodate me with a discount to balance it out so that I don’t have to spend more money even if it’s five or ten dollars to level out their mistake. I went to pick up an order of a 7 of birthday cake the other day for someone that I’m a caregiver for and once again was told that they couldn’t fill the order once again. I really am starting to feel that the staff takes people orders for themselves if they want it and it’s the last in the store. Bad for business.

    I frequent Restore often. More so often at the Frankford location. Here’s why, Elkins park seems to be well staffed, however, there’s always a line and wait. Which is okay if the service you receive is A1. The service I receive here is always slow, and uninviting. June 29th I came in, no one working had on mask. I was under the impression that all medical facilities had to continue with the mask mandate. Signage still states the mask is required but it’s not being enforced. Furthermore the snappy woman who helped me refused to let me hold the flower container in my hand to check the THC. Claimed that it’s a rule from OSHA that no one can touch the flower until it’s labeled but how do you check the THC for accuracy? This Saturday I tried to order online. Online wasn’t taking reservations. Saturday at noon how is your entire website down! Now today, Monday! July 26, I tried to order online, 12 noon I go online and the pick up isn’t available until over two hours later. Okay cool I get here at 230… it’s 310. I’m still sitting in here. Then when it was my turn I was slipped, because they started calling other people who weren’t even scanned in. Just completely out of order. Poor management. Normally when management runs a tight ship the front end staff work effectively. Something needs to improve…

Second time back, with my husband and Quinn was AMAZING as well. He liked my shirt and we had a lovely conversation while my husband was being helped. Every time I make the mistake of stepping foot into one of their locations I’m often quickly reminded why I’ve avoided it to begin with. Their inability to quickly process patients and communicate expectations is astounding. You can do curbside at Terravida quicker than getting checked in at Restore.

    I am usually a fair guy and give multiple chances before I speak negatively about something. Elkins park restore has provided me with 3 bad experiences and after the third I’m out on your company. How does one reserve an item, get a confirmation my order was ready for pick up and when I get there it was sold out? So your text system makes me believe that it isn’t accurate, at all. While I was there you were also sold out of other items that you had posted was in stock on your in store menu. Who ever does your inventory and manages your Elkins store branch needs to be retrained. Your logistics baffles me that you can be fully staffed but take more than enough time to move 3 people. I can not rationalize any more reason for you to waste more of my personal time. I am lucky Montgomery county is full of other places that know how to operate and run a customer service intense business. It is a shame to have to write up my first bad review but I hope your corporate team gets a look to improve that lack luster branch before it tarnishes your name and leaves you behind competition . Also for the record I do enjoy the doylestown branch and never had a bad experience there but lost confidence within your organization to return.

    I normally go to the Restore location in Pottstown. Where everything is operated with professionalism and standards. This place is a s**t show! Security guards are consistently on personal cell phones, there is no urgency to get patients in and out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If your in the city, go to CURE on city line. There’s never a wait and they get patients in and out! DONT GO HERE!

    Just don't go here. They keep doing things to make the lines faster, like express lane and can pay, but for some reason a line of only 3 people in front of me still takes 30 min to clear. If the place is packed, forget your afternoon. You're looking at at least an hour wait to get seen. Apothecarium has lines that extend through the parking lot, but the wait there and then is still only as long as my shortest waits here

I pre ordered online that said, it was a Saturday so I expected to wait. But not as long as I did it . It was like one in one out. After my long wait I went back and there were 3 ppl behind the counter. And the nice guy at the door sent someone to help check out. Out of the 3 ppl behind the counter only 1 was checking out. ALSO it was my first time there should be more signage stating it was cash only. I saw no signs. Even online I didn't see it. I had to pay 3 dollars ATM fee. But if I knew it was cash only, I would of being my own cash. Their check out system needs help. I was very disappointed to see 3 ppl behind the counter on one ringing out. But I will go back bc everyone was so nice.

A girl that worked there told my friend she need to wait in the waiting area if she’s not buying anything. She was helping me find what I wanted because the staff wasn’t. I don’t think I will be back here. Terra vida might not have as much discounts but they treat me better and their prices are cheaper. Even Liberty was super nice staff. Not the best experience for the first time somewhere.

I still believe it's a very nice place and the people are wonderful but I've noticed they went from being the most competitive in prices to one of the more expensive. They went up on price on everything so even with discounts ur still paying a lot. You get less money back in points than you did when points program started.also if you get any benefits and use it in the program be prepared to bring in paper work a lot of the time. It's sad but must be said they fell to the dark side. Was my favorite

Once they didn’t give me my discount because they rung up my order under SOMEONE ELSE’S NAME! Horrible customer service the exception of staff at the security desk & the front desk! Since other people are also ordering during the same 30 minute time frames there will obviously be some sort of line there, but they’re are always good at getting to you within that 30 min time frame, it’s usually in 10-15 mins that you will be served once you arrive.

    I arrived in the morning of their annual 4/20 sale.This was my 2nd time at this location, but the first time ANYONE, ANYWHERE, has ever wished me a "Happy 420" 🌿🍃😁🍃🌿 I was so tickled, along with other waiting patrons I spoke with. They also gave us free pastry snacks, tea, and coffee while we waited our turns (very busy morning, as you can imagine). After a short 10 minutes, they took me in the back, I made my order swiftly, and they gave me a free branded t-shirt... Which I changed into on my way out, because hey WHY NOT 👍🏽😎👍🏽
