Nice little dispensary in a nice little town. Restore has been better stocked and they are very helpful with first timers who might feel a little uncomfortable. One thing is for sure, they care about getting better and they have been. Can’t go wrong with this one.
The staff are all great, super friendly and very knowledgeable.. but the wait times are ridiculous. Whenever I go, no matter the time of day. I just sit and wait for at least 30 mins. I don't understand why when there are no other customers in there. Especially when I pre order. If you come here. Be prepared to spend at least 30 mins waiting.
My clerk, Caroline, was so helpful and easy to deal with. She had great information to share. I also love the customer discounts. Thanks.
The wait here is ridiculous. Everytime even when no one is here. They have two idiots behind the front desk doing nothing. Then you see multiple people in the back talking all the time when they should be calling more people back. I put my order in , way before I got there and had to wait over 25 minutes there were over 15 people here and all of us were waiting and complaining to each other so I'm not the only one. Shouldn't take 45 50 mins to get an 8th that's pre ordered
The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. Wait time is like any other place you go to don’t let that scare you. This place has some of the best selections and prices I’ve seen in my 4 years in the program.

Restore has been great. They usually have the biggest selection, nice employees, and good prices especially if theres a sale.
The wait time is so unacceptable! Been there a handful of times even right at 9:00am and still waited 30-40 mins just to go back. That is a horrible process of having the people having to come out and get you. Also the guy checking you in is miserable!Besides that the staff is helpful and friendly but they have to speed the process up!!

The place is very nice with great selection and good deals but their process for checking out customers is horrible. It’s a shame because all the employees are extremely nice but it is BY FAR the slowest of any dispensary in the area. I am not just saying this based of a few trips either. Even when there are only a few people waiting, it still manages to take forever. Only come here if you have plenty of time.I just left after waiting 31 minutes for them to take care of 4 customers before me. I will not be coming back in the future. Go to Curaleaf, you can sit in the car and wait 5 minutes tops for curbside service.
Nice knowledgeable staff..always clean and smooth in and out...unless they have a sale!! Then you might wait a little bit but always worth the wait!

Absolutely an A+++++++ facility. This location always has a great selection to choose from and the online ordering process is flawless! It is always stress free when coming here to pick up my medicine and the points program and discounts they have are awesome! The manager Tyler is very professional and intellectual about the products they have. Honestly I cannot say enough great things about the whole staff in general they are all very intellectual about the products and as well as making sure you receive the best deals, and they are always in happy spirits! The abundant selection to choose from and the amazing friendly staff is the reason why I truly believe Restore is the best medical dispensary in the state!
I really love the people here. It’s very frustrating to order from here sometimes. Even if you choose times for pickup you have to wait behind everyone and their mom who shows up before your time. As I write this review I’m 15 minutes past my pick up time and I’ve been sitting in here since the beginning of my window. It’s almost like if you don’t just block out half your day every time you go, you just have to play the lottery for will I make it where I need to be after the dispensary. If the pick up times aren’t going to matter. Why even have them? The people are very nice. It’s a clean place. They always have good stuff and deals. But seriously inefficient.
Best Local dispensary for me. Just an awesome staff, awesome prices, and what seems to be the best darn sales around, length and price. This place ALWAYS honors their sales even if there is miscommunication with website and store, like I said the best. Can tell they truly want to help people with all sorts of ailments and for that I truly applaud you, not all of us are abusers of the cards we ailments being fixed and if you're someone really sick like me looking for good knowledge the people in here will not hesitate to explain ANYTHING. I've had other dispensaries just be complete and utter disappointments, this will not be. There may be a line, but that is for a good reason (; 5 stars for restore! Only friendly critique (and I know employment is hard right now) is use all the darn registers you can!
I am usually here once every two weeks. My only advice would be to avoid going on Sundays. For some reason you end up waiting a long time for no real reason. There is ample staff and they are all very knowledgeable and friendly.

Wait times are crazy. Finally got rid of their mask mandate but this is clearly a very liberal, left wing business. Over 6 employees working in the back so no excuse to have a full wait room. Only good thing about this place is the prices are somewhat decent but after coming here for 2 years, will probably just find another dispensery
Great discounts! Decent selection! Everyone is extremely helpful …aside from one heavy-set girl with blue eyes and too much make up - she acted like I was invisible. I assume her shift was done at 2, since she had her book bag on. But maybe don’t use the computer at the checkin counter with your book bag AND ignore customers in line? If you can’t acknowledge a customer in line off the clock you should probably just leave the building when you’re done. Otherwise said customer will rat you out via review.
Great dispensary, great staff, great selection. They have substantial sales regularly and a rewards program based on how much you spend. You can combine your rewards with sales which is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I've tried other dispensaries but Restore is the one I always come back to.
Love the pharmacy team here in the back, but today’s experience with the front desk was disappointing. I brought my boyfriend with me who just received his medical card a week ago, and while he wasn’t getting anything, due to anxiety he wanted to see around the building and watch me do the process before coming on his own. However, the lady at the front desk told him that if he wasn’t buying anything he had to leave. I don’t know if this is a policy, but he ended up having to wait outside in the 90° weather while I waited to get my order. I’m extremely disappointed in this place because otherwise I have always had a positive experience.
Discounts here are definitely much better than at other dispensaries. I get 15% discounts from here for SNAP/SSI/SSDI rather than the 10% at other surrounding dispensaries. The reward system is very appealing as well. 1 point for every $1 spent. A little further of a distance to drive for me, but the extra discounts make it worth it!

The only reason I have not posted a 5 star rating was because of the face mask pushing. This location is absolutely fantastic. Optimistic, polite and informed staff and plenty of stock as well as a variety of options. Thank you for finally respecting our right to chose what we want to do with our own health.
Absolutely ignorant people here the security and the manager would not let me in without a mask and their are zero mask mandates. I do have a medical condition in which I am not able to wear a mask and I explained very nicely the details of this and was told it is their store policy. I have had no issues or mask requirements with my medical condition at all other dispensaries. I would also like to add that this dispensary in particular is the tallest price for all of the supplies. I do not live in the area and can not believe how ignorant the people were here and how high the prices are . Worst experience at any dispensary by far. I will not ever be returning to this place they don't deserve my business.
Upon entering the building, I was greeted by a nice man at the counter who was able to check me in quickly and efficiently. I was helped by Billy Miller inside, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all of the products. He was very personable, seemed to really care about his customers, and willing to find the best product to match my needs. Because of my wonderful experience with Billy, I will definitely be returning. All around great place!
Just had my first experience at a dispensary, let alone ReStore. Walking in I was nervous, but the gentleman Billy Miller brought me back and reassured me there was nothing to worry about and to just enjoy myself. He was very polite and respectful and had positive witty banter while ringing me up. Overall, had a great time, there’s an awesome selection, and Billy was above and beyond! Thank you!

I forgot a mask as I was coming from work. Thinking they usually have masks if you forgot one. I get there and the security guard tells me “we don’t give out masks”. Then tells me I have to go get a mask or I am not allowed in. So with no other choice I go to giant and am forced to spend 10 dollars for a pack of masks. I go back to the dispensary and a lady comes in behind me and the same security guard gives her a fresh unopened mask. When I ask why the other employees tell me we usually have masks if you need one and that’s it. The security guard is a miserable person who I will confront next time I’m there. I don’t know if it is because i am not a woman or what, but it’s a pretty messed up thing to lie right to a customers face.
Restore of Doylestown has a great selection of brands and strands. I have become a Cresco fan over the past few years and something good is always available. I find the staff to be incredibly helpful. By luck or happenstance, I am happy to say that I often find myself in front of Maya’s counter. She is always congenial, welcoming and quite knowledgeable. My interactions with the rest of the staff have always been pleasant and I look forward to returning.Well done!

The staff at Restore in Doylestown are so friendly and helpful. Tonight I visited the store and Christian answered all my questions, and guided me in the right direction. Its always a positive experience.
My second time visiting this dispensary, I had forgotten my glasses and the girl who helped me was so knowledgeable about the products I didnt need to look at the menu! She also told me about all the sales they had that day. I will definitely go back here and would recommend this dispensary!

Edit!: I was waiting in a fairly empty lobby when people that came in /without/ orders were called before me. I asked the girl if it mattered if I ordered ahead online or not nd she said "not really it kind of goes in a line" - whats the point of having to put a pick up time then?You can get what you want but: Wait times are longer then other dispensaries in the area, which I don't mind to wait but I've got to the counter past my 'pickup' times. Theres obviously peak times but I always expect to be at least 20 mins. Just beware if you're in a time crunch.Also this store never does sales or discounts. I've only seen discounts for pods and 5% off m-w (only till like 4) which is cool until you realize stores like Ethos will have 5%-20% off some products. They had a memorial day sale where some of the proceeds went to helping Veterans.I've never had an issue with the employees and the facility is clean. The biggest con about this place is the enormous loud echo. You can hardly hear the person behind the counter, especially with the plexiglass between y'all. If you have anxiety, or are hard of hearing, it's not really the environment I feel a patient might be comfortable asking questions about products, I'm certainly not lol.

Twice now this week I had to wait 20 minutes just for me to get back and have them tell me they don’t have what’s on their menu. Frustrating… skip this place much better places

Hello! I live your location and mostly very happy with the service but it is really annoying when I put in an online order this morning for pick up between 5:30-6.... and I have to wait 45 minutes for my order so I am late for my next appointment. This is the third time! I think a good solution would be to offer and online way to pay and then just pick up my order. Or have two lines one for pickups and one for walk in orders. The whole waiting room was full of people when I came in, how long will I be here??? Omggg!
Everyone is super nice greeted on the way in and out always a great thing to see In an industry as such. Went my first time today and it's always a good experience but this was definitely more set up then others alot more stuff to look at and that just makes you feel more invited. 5 stars great job !!!
I’ve never had a bad experience here the flower does run out quickly but they restock , regularly, I can’t start to mention names but so many people have been very helpful and their guidance and also I have a card med card and it expires in July but because the state is the way it is it expires 30 days prior to the actual expiration date on your cart the pharmacist came out walk me through the process and I was able because I had two cards expired one apparently and my new one that I went and purchased wasn’t good till August 1, yet she gave me The number to the state to call and pay for my validation which is 50 on top 25 for the new time period (1year), or 11 months still confused about it.and another hundred I forget who that was for but that was all state money crazy it I wasn’t able to use my new card because it was before the eligible date and I couldn’t use my old card because it was after the eligible date,card valid for3 more weeks according to the printed card from Harrisburg !!!???? so figure that one out I chalk this one up to Tom Wolf and his wonderful leader ship of this Commonwealth LOL what a joke sorry.With that being said I’m sorry I went off the rent however I think the state needs to fix that issue the store is clean it is very accommodating and the people are awesome I hardly recommend restore in Doylestown.

Wanted to try this dispensary out and it seemed nice! Had a first time discount to use so thought why not. A bit far, but a huge selection of everything I needed.
Honestly by the time you wait for your order you could drive down 611 stop at terravida and get better prices and selection. Prepare to have rude staff and 45 min wait times even if you have an online order. Cannot wait for another dispensary to open. To the owner who reads this and won’t respond. Look at your procedures slow AF honestly go to another store see how fast it is.
Not going back! I purchased a cartridge, went home, opened it and there was NOTHING in the package. I contacted the receptionist and explained the situation. I was told by him that this is not the first time a customer purchased an empty box and that the way this is typically handled is that the manager at the dispensary contacts the vendor, the vendor issues a credit which is then given to replace the product or lack thereof in this case. He asked for my name and phone number so a manager could call me back to help rectify the situation. About 3 hours later, I received a call from Dan the manager who told me that I have to contact Cresco(the vendor) and take it up with them because the dispensary is not responsible! It may not be a product they produced but, it WAS the dispensary that received it and the sold it to me! It is THEIR responsibility to rectify the situation instead of passing the buck. The manager would not even contact the vendor and continued to give me rote answers. They have essentially ripped me off and refuse to take any action to fix this situation.
I love this place! The people are so nice. I get such a warm welcome every time I come here. I'm in and out quickly and my order is right every time.

The employees here are so knowledgeable and friendly! They answered any question I had, and they never made me feel dumb no matter how silly the question. I recommend anyone who actually wants an education on what’s what and how to medicate properly visit their store. I felt like they were extended family by the time I left. Can’t wait to visit again
Placed an online order and received confirmation that my order was prepared and ready for pickup. Drove 60+ minutes (one way) only to receive a call when parking at restore that they infact did not have the item I had reserved. I understand it was a high demand item and they did ultimately call me but only after telling me it was ready and letting me waste 2+ hours of my day. This was going to be my 1st trip to a restore location, been waiting on their upcoming yeadon locations but now I may just stick with my current dispo, at least they can manage their inventory accurately and not waste my time.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Competitive rewards program and a well managed inventory. I drive twice the distance to go to this dispensary over others. The only major criticism I have is the lack of noise canceling material in the main purchase section. If it is busy it becomes difficult to carry a conversation. In the grand scheme of things this is minor, but fixable.

I don't have much to compare Restore to but I've had no negative experiences with them. Generally the lines are quick and efficient, staff has always been friendly with me. It can be a bit hard to hear staff behind the barriers and with masks on but such are the times we live in.
Good selection, nice staff. Busy all the time and hella slow. Placing an order online is mildly inconvenient because it requires pictures of your ID. Their problems seem to stem from a set of procedures they follow that nobody else in PA does.
This is well maintained place with the covid virus to space there patient and there employees..... also very respectful employees and caring for the patients. I want to Thank you to all who work at Restore and there dedication to helping others......
Best dispensary I’ve been to in the area. Friendly helpful associates, diverse menu and STOCK. They also take online orders so you don’t have to wait in line for something you want.
The wait was ridiculous! The way they have the inside setup there is no way to be covid friendly! I will not go there no matter what their specials are. They say you can order online, but even if you do you still have to wait in the long line.
Store was very clean and clearly marked and spaced out for social distancing. Staff is super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I have never done this before and Carter helped me out, answered all my questions and concerns, and made me feel very comfortable.
My first visit here was the day after x-mas it was super busy with A Very long line. Other customers were very upset about it and one even made a scene calling for a manager. I assumed it would be busy being as they were closed on Xmas. The staff was very understanding and doing the best they could to help everyone. My subsequent visits have been less busy and a great experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always smiling and willing to answer any of my many questions without making me feel anxious or uneducated about the products they offer. Restore is my "Go-To" place. They also have great loyalty and discount programs. I'm glad I chose Restore as my dispensary.

I always feel rushed when I'm in the store. Some of the staff can be very rude.They don't allow walkins. I called to place a order. The woman I spoke with said they are totally booked up for today and tomorrow.I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

I Ordered, I received confirmation, and i called ahead to confirm. I show up, was made to wait outside because 7 out of 10 people were waiting in line????? Finally get to the back. My order is wrong, they ran out of product, forgot to call, or tell me when I called to add to my order. I'm in here multiple times a week and at Elkins Park spending a lot of hard earned money. Not only did I waste all this time, I wasn't offered a single thing for it. This isn't my 1st, 2nd, or even 5th time dealing with this. Showing up, waiting in line for NOTHING. I promise my business will be going elsewhere and I'll advocate against this company.
Slow service and limited availability since they opened. Covid prevents alot of things from happening but Terra vida seems to have figured out a good system. Gonna stick to them from now on, pass on restore
My experience is always a great one when I encounter the caring folks @ Restore!W /o benefit of discounts I could not afford the meds I need.
Was the first time in the store. Very rude and poor service. Terravidia in Abington will resume having my service. Not only did the chick working there say stay back six feet they also didn’t try to ask if anything else was needed. Other customers in the store were right up on the counter with no issues, one of the customers was right beside me and not in their social distance circle. It’s a bunch of discrepancies within the store. Don’t waste your time with this place
Why does this place have no inventory? Online menu has only 3 different kind of flower and very few carts. Is this place new? Been trying to find a place closer to home (warminster). Need more Cresco yo!

Best Dispensary in Bucks! Have been a customer for over a year, and Restore’s selection of products and customer service are excellent! I felt obligated to write this review after reading negative comments about this shop. They go above and beyond to provide a excellent experience for you, and have a reward system that allows you to accumulate points to use toward future purchases....and have the best selection of extracts in bucks (52 today to be exact!)
