Kayla is always great! Everyone here is so friendly and courteous… I will say though I miss all the cartoon art on the windows behind the counter 😕. They were always so fun, it was always nice to see the younger and older customers converse over cartoons that dated us. 🙂

Professional, knowledgeable, and with customer service smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter — she made the whole experience feel VIP-level. I’m convinced she could talk down a thunderstorm with how calm and friendly she is.Then there’s Jesse — the human encyclopedia of all things Verilife. This guy could probably explain the terpene profile of your mood. He’s like that friend who always knows exactly what you need before you even finish the sentence. He recommended the perfect product for what I was looking for — and somehow made me laugh while teaching me more than a 10-minute YouTube video ever could.And let’s not forget Mike — chill, confident, and clearly running on pure customer-service excellence. The man moves with purpose! He’s got that smooth “I got you” vibe that makes the whole checkout process feel like a concierge service. The teamwork between the three of them was top-tier — it was like watching the Avengers of dispensary service in action (if the Avengers also gave great product recommendations).I walked in expecting just another stop at a dispensary. I walked out feeling like I just left a 5-star resort staffed by people who actually care about what they do. This is my favorite dispensary! I worked with Bradley this time and he was so sweet and knowledgeable. I had a couple questions and he did not make me feel silly about asking him. Every time I come to this location here in pottstown, I get the best service and the gentleman by the front door that check me in are always so kind. I wish the inventory was bigger and there were more options but given the inventory, they always have just what I need and I go for the service every time. Thank you, Bradley and team for making me feel so comfortable to be a patient.
