Beyond Hello South Side is my FAVORITE dispensary in the city. Every single time I walk in, the staff is beyond welcoming, kind, and helpful—it’s such a positive vibe from start to finish. Special shoutout to Chaz, who is truly my favorite! He’s phenomenal—always so upbeat, caring, and genuinely goes out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of. I honestly look forward to seeing him every visit because he makes the experience that much better. Beyond Hello South Side sets the bar high, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Today on 8/31 I came in to pick up a little medication and I was greeted by a man who from the time he opened his mouth was very unpleasant and once I expressed this he threw my card down in the direction of the next associate who was helping someone else I think that employees should be aware of the effect such energy can have on a person. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but the visit was at 240 pm he was the only guy on the floor not my first time here but sad to say probably my last even though this is now my neighborhood dispensary

I love it here. The menu is endless, and the prices are fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If you go at the right times, you're in and out in under 5 minutes. Sometimes when it's busy the line can be quite long, but I don't mind seeing as the staff is sure to thoroughly take care of patients. They guide you, make recommendations, try to save you money when possible, and make sure you leave happy.

Easily one of if not the best dispensary in Pittsburgh … I’ve had my card for almost 2 years and I’ve been to a few on different sides of the city and by far they are THE best … I’ve had good customer service but they go above and beyond (literally) to make it feel like home away from 💯 literally makes you feel like you’ve known everyone there for years …. And I know people personally who work at a few of the other dispensaries I went to and I still go here because no other dispensaries around can even come close …… They have some of the best deals and from what I’ve seen have the most deals to offer 💯 and when you are looking for something specific and they don’t have it they will go out of their way to get it for you to ensure you’re completely happy with your visit … I’ve been on the south side for over a year I went to beyond hello once and I haven’t been anywhere since .. try them out you will fall in love with this place I guarantee it 👍💯💯

Love ❤️ Love the specials, discounts and promotions.. keeps me coming back for more.my flower, fine ground, oils and topical are all always useful and medically efficient. so glad i switched to this dispensary 2nd in the 3 yrs ive been licensed. im not leaving, they are making sure to keep me coming.online orders are the truth, the staff are ALL 💯, just love this place.
